Life Empowerment Coach, Trainer and Career Counsellor
Kelly Kozar is a Life Empowerment Coach, Trainer and Career
Counsellor who resides in Kitchener, Ontario. She holds a Bachelors of
Education (Adult Education) degree from Brock University, a diploma in
Social Services, a diploma in Business Administration; she is a Certified
Career Development Facilitator Instructor and, is currently enrolled in
the Masters of Distance Education degree program at Athabasca University
in Alberta.
After studying the peaks and valleys of human behavior and what makes people "tick,"
Kelly founded a business called K.L. Kozar & Associates, a company focused on speaking,
training & coaching. She creatively designs full and half-day workshops as well as
keynote presentations that have been known to open doors to our unlimited potential
as human-beings.
Having learned many transformational techniques and strategies for living life to
its fullest from many of the world's masters and exceptional teachers of human
behaviour, Kelly has combined this wisdom with her own personal blueprint for
navigating life to become a well-recognized and popular personal empowerment
coach for adults, teens, and families. Kelly also serves as a volunteer with
the Association of Parent Support Groups of Ontario where she provides parents
with an alternative to traditional methods of dealing with the challenges of
raising adolescents. Kelly offers parents an opportunity to learn practical
and proven strategies for parenting their rebellious sons and daughters.
Kelly has presented her "Uncovering the Genius in Your Clients" to hundreds of
professionals throughout southern Ontario and continues to complement her work
with people with disabilities by offering "Discovering Your Personal Power to
Employment Success "workshops throughout the Halton, Peel and Dufferin areas.
Her current focus is working with those individuals who recognize they create
their own reality, and who want to use that knowledge to create the life of their dreams!
In addition, to strong presentation and facilitation skills, Ms. Kozar brings
expertise in individual counselling, seminar design, teaching and curriculum development.
In her career, Kelly has worked with hundreds of individuals as their career manager
in many settings including: school boards, Job Finding Clubs, private learning
institutions, vocational rehabilitation agencies, career resource centers,
out-placement programs and non-profit social service agencies.
