Four long years separated the release of 'New Jersey' and its aptly-titled succesor, 'Keep The Faith'. The success of Jon Bon Jovi's first solo album, the soundtrack to the hit western movie 'Young Guns II'. led to speculation that Jon no longer needed the band. It was also suggested that Bon Jovi had been inactive for too long; that their fans might have deserted them. No way, 'Keep The Faith' was a triumphant comeback. Not for the first time in their career, Bon Jovi silenced the critics, this time with six monster hit singles. The album's brilliant title track updated the band's sound while reataining the melody and rock power that's synonymous with Bon Jovi. 'Dry County' clocked in at nearly ten minutes; the longest song the band have recorded and a truly epic drama.
