entrants may share a tank by mutual agreement. Even if a tank is shared, each
individual must complete a KOI ENTRY FORM for his or her fish in the shared
tank. If you plan to share a tank, with whom will you be sharing? Name

All necessary
precautions will be taken by the Tropical Koi Club of South Florida to safeguard
entered Koi including continued monitoring. Therefore, all participants in the
show agree to hold the Tropical Koi Club of South Florida, its officer, and
members blameless against any loss or injury to the fish. In addition, they
agree that they have read and agree to the published rules and regulations of
