  • The first 12 tracks are silence. 2 reasons are 1. to end a cd on track 13 would be back luck since they were up-and-coming. The other is "a moment of silence" for Justin. The terminally ill boy who met Korn as his last dying wish.
  • Features guest appearances by Ice Cube ("Children Of The Korn"), Fred Durst ("All In The Family"), Tre Hardeson ("Cameltosis"), and Cheech Marin ("Earache My Eye")
  • Steve Thompson was originally brought in to produce the album, and Toby Wright to engineer, but when Korn got the first mixes back on the album, they didn't like the way they turned out. So they mutually agreed to let Thompson go and give the producing job to Toby, however, Korn gave Thompson credit for the work he contributed to the album
  • The band switched instruments on "Earache My Eye". David played Bass, Jonathan played Drums, Fieldy did Vocals, and Head and Munky switched guitar parts.
