Our Lady's visit to the House of Hope on 18th May 2002

On the 18th of May 2002 while endeavouring to convey the message that
Jesus wanted me to give to all who had gathered in the holy House of
Hope in Ballytrasna (near Macroom, Co. Cork), I suddenly became aware
of a dazzling sphere of light moving very rapidly from the back of the
prayer room towards the altar wall.

Then I beheld the Mother of God in all Her splendour. She appeared in
the way She has always come to this holy place. She was dressed in a
long cream dress.  She wore a brown cloak. The cloak was hooded but the
hood hung loosely down between Her shoulder blades. On Her head She
wore a cream veil but it did not completely cover Her head. She wore a
silver tiara which was studded with beautiful amber coloured stones or
gems. These gems sparkled with even the slightest movement of Her head.

Her left hand was extended. Suspended over this hand was a very bright
and pulsating Host. The Host was approximately ten inches in diameter.
In Her right hand She held a silver crucifix. This She held closely over
Her Heart. She was standing on a cream coloured globe. On Her feet She
wore very light silver sandals. Where the narrow straps of Her sandals
met on each of Her insteps I observed tiny daisy-like flowers and in the
centre of each flower there appeared another of the beautiful amber
gems. Around Her waist She wore a silver girdle. The inside of Her cloak
was lined with a rucked satin-like material. Where each ruck ended and
the next one began I could see more of the amber coloured gems. Her hair
was dark brown and Her skin was of a sallow complexion. Her eyes were
dark. She has such perfect features and is so beautiful.

Our Holy Mother spoke. She said "I am the Mother of the Eucharist and I
love you My children". She then extended Her right hand and held the
crucifix towards the people.

Then I saw two large beams of silvery dust emitting from the lining of
Her cloak. The only way in which I can describe this is that I felt that
I was looking at beams of gentle wind. It was as if the lining itself
was disintegrating and was being wafted along the beams like a million
particles of glittering dust. It settled gently on all those present.

Then I heard a strong voice saying "Behold the Lady of All Nations!".
I heard our Lady reply "I am the handmaid of the Lord". When I took my
gaze away from the light beams and looked again towards our Holy Mother
I now saw Her as the Lady of All Nations. It was awesome to see Her
thus. She is truly so beautiful. Then She stepped from the globe on
which She was standing and She seemed to be coming towards me.

I now noticed that in Her arms She was holding a beautiful little white
lamb. Then I observed that the lamb was bleeding from underneath and
its blood was dripping to the ground. As our Holy Mother came nearer I
was suddenly aware of our present Pope (John Paul 11) walking towards
Her. He was dressed in golden garments. He wore a golden cope and a
golden mitre that were exquisitely embroidered. In his right hand the
Pope held a long golden staff. The Mother of God handed the lamb gently
to the John Paul II. The Holy Father looked so feeble as he clutched the
lamb closely in his left arm.

The scene then changed and I saw a map of Ireland lifting off the globe.
It came toward me. The map was black. Then I could see the Holy Father
walking through this black land. He was struggling in his effort to move
forward as his staff sunk down into the black coal-like dust. It seemed
so difficult for him. The blood that dripped from the lamb was leaving a
trail of blood behind Pope John Paul. The Lady of all Nations followed
at a short distance behind. As Her dress swept over the trail of blood
I could see that the blood became brighter and brighter until it had
changed into an intense white light.

Then I saw beautiful white doves flying and gliding gently into the
light from both sides. As they entered the light I saw a spire arising
from this wonderful brightness. At first the spire was of a stone-grey
colour and then it turned into gold. Beside the spire I saw a golden
dome. The Pope struggled onward followed by our Lady.

At different intervals I saw the same beautiful scene. Many churches and
domes appeared from within the white light. While all this was taking
place I was listening to the angelic choirs as they joyfully praised
God. Many times I heard the strong voice saying "Thou art Peter and upon
this rock I will build My Church".  Then I could hear a voice saying,
"Behold the Lady of All Nations". Our Lady would always respond by
saying, "I am the handmaid of the Lord".

As I watched I saw the maps of England, Germany, France, Poland, Italy,
Holland, Canada, and South America. All the maps were black but a
beautiful light shone from the Vatican. Amsterdam emitted a great
radiance. In Canada there were some areas of great brightness. On the
West Coast of South America were a number of white lights. I saw the
Pope struggling only through the following countries: Ireland, England,
France, Germany and Poland. After that I could only see the maps but I
felt that this scene was meant for every country in the world. As the
churches and the domes rose up from the wonderful holy light I noticed
that the lands around them became like beautiful gardens, fields and
forests. The entire world seemed to be wrapped in a blissful peace.

As suddenly as this scene had begun it ended, and then I was observing
our Lady as She normally appears in the House of Hope. She then
expressed Her pleasure at the way in which the wishes of Her beloved
Son are being carried out in this humble House of Hope. She said that
the mission team would have many obstacles to overcome but that it must
not be afraid.

Then I saw a scene to my right-hand side. I could see Rosaline (who has
been given a very special gift of healing by Jesus) sitting in the
middle of a meadow.  It was covered in wild flowers. Around her was a
group of people. Some were sitting on the ground while others were
lying down. They appeared to be bubbling over with joy as they felt
their limbs in disbelief. They were so happy at the wonders that Jesus
was working. Their crutches and wheel chairs were strewn on the grass
that surrounded them. Some wheel chairs were turned upside down and the
wheels were spinning. It was such a joyous scene.

Then I noticed Veronica (who has been given the task of praying for the
team's protection and for the protection of all who come to hear the
message that Jesus desires to be conveyed) standing a little distance
away. She was facing the crucifix that Jesus had asked me to build. The
crucifix was suspended in mid-air above Veronica.

She was dressed in a cream suit. As she praised and thanked God for His
wonderful blessings and graces I could see Rosaline pointing the people
in her direction. They moved towards her and joined her in a most holy
prayer of thanksgiving, praise and love. I could see myself in the
corner of the meadow. I was seated at a small table. I was watching a
team of clerics who were seated around a large table. They were in deep
conversation. I felt as if I was awaiting a verdict.

I looked at holy Mary again and I spoke to Her. I told her about the
opinion that I had held regarding the Lady of all Nation's dogma. I told
Her that I had listened to different and varied views from within and
from outside the clergy and that I had eventually decided that the dogma
would never be declared. I expressed my apologies to Her for having been
so stubborn in my own views. I told Her that I had pushed aside the
writings of Ida Peerdeman. She said that I was not to be upset about
this matter now, but that I should be able to understand how She feels
when Her genuine message is not believed. I knew what She meant.

On each occasion that our Lady has appeared at the House of Hope she
has referred to the Sacrament of Reconciliation. The way in which She
touched on the subject during this apparition was by asking me to recite
the Act of Contrition. Then She asked me to recite the Memorare.

She then spoke beautiful words to encourage the team to continue to be
obedient to the wishes of Jesus. She assured me that She and Her holy
angels would always be close to the little team that Her Son has chosen
for a special and blessed task.

Then our Lady knelt and gazed in the direction of the Eucharist, which
was now suspended high above Her. She joined Her hands and ascended
toward Her Son in glorious adoration.
