LIVE ALWAYS IN MY PRESENCE
Dear Paul, Rita and Friends,
Greetings on this windy and rainy morning! It blew very hard overnight
but it is a bit less this morning. I think I will go to Dieppe although
I was not sure when I went to bed. I pray that the bridge will be open.
In prayer this morning, Jesus spoke to me saying, "Melvin, my brother, I
love you. You will soon leave for Dieppe, New Brunswick. I will be with
you on the way. Put your trust in me. My dear friends, many of you have
fear in your heart. You are anxious about many things especially the
future or about your health. This shows your lack of faith and trust in
me. You rely too much on yourself. You do not believe that I am in
charge. If you have faith you will put all these things in my hands. You
will not worry about them anymore. It is only by believing in me that
you will find peace and joy in your life. Pray, my brothers and sisters,
for an increase of faith so that you may believe in me with all your
heart and mind. Know that I am working at your side and guiding you.
Follow me and you will never get lost. You will have crosses and
suffering in your life but with me they will be lightened for I will
help you to carry them. Live for today for I give you only the graces
and help you need for one day at a time. Tomorrow has not come yet so do
not try to live it today. Live always in my presence and open your heart
to my love. I bless you all."
Many people suffer needlessly because they do not trust in Jesus. They
think that everything depends on themselves and no wonder they cannot
sleep at night. They are too busy figuring out what the next day will
bring and how they are to deal with it. NO, we cannot live like that.
Let us put all our worries and problems in the hand of the Lord and He
will deal with them. In their place He will give us His peace and joy.
My mother is well and I thank the Lord for helping her. I thank you all
for your prayers. I will soon leave for Dieppe. I know the Lord will be
with me and I go with peace in my heart.
May the Lord increase our faith and give us His peace.
