I  AM  GATHERING  UP  MY  PEOPLE  

Dear Paul, Rita and Friends,
Greetings on this overcast day! A little bit of snow fell during the
night and it is windy this morning. I had many phone calls last evening
and even more e-mail letters when I returned from Charlottetown
yesterday afternoon. It is always a joy to hear from you. I will be at
Tignish Parish this evening for confessions and I will go to the Manor
this afternoon for the celebration of the Holy Eucharist with my mother
and many of the residents.

I was with Jesus and the Father in prayer today. Jesus began by saying,
"Melvin, my love, I bless you this morning. Your fidelity to prayer
fills my heart with joy. Let us go and visit our heavenly Father." I
agreed and Jesus took me to His throne. He spoke to us saying,
"Greetings Jesus and Melvin and come near. Jesus, my beloved Son, your
great feast is near. You came to lift a fallen world. Melvin, my son, I
anoint you again with the Holy Spirit. You were anointed powerfully last
evening to be the instrument that Jesus wants. A new era has started and
the time for waiting is over. It is time to revive the faith of my
sleeping people. Let the power of the Holy Spirit be manifested in the
lives of my people. I am calling you all to be strong in the truth and
be without fear in confessing your faith. Now is the time, my children,
to turn to me and leave behind your compromises with the world, your
attachments to material things and your weak efforts to follow Jesus. Be
strong in the Spirit to proclaim your faith and love in Jesus, your
Redeemer, who was born in Bethlehem. Wake up, my dear people, for I am
doing great things. Now is the time for salvation. Catch the fire which
I have thrown upon the world. I am gathering up my people for I want you
all with me. I love you all."

I felt a strong anointing last night and I did not know what it was at
first. It came upon me without warning. I never felt such a great
infilling before. The Father confirmed this morning the inspiration I
had at the time. Jesus wants me to be a stronger instrument for Him. The
Father calls us to wake up from sleep and to be strong to confess our
faith. The Father is gathering up His people. He wants us all to be
close to Him. A new era has begun and it will soon be visible to all who
have faith. Let us pray to be anointed with the Holy Spirit in order to
become the true sons and daughters of the Father.

Wayne is going home from the hospital today stronger but still in need
of our prayers. Michelle asks for our prayers as there is little change
in her condition. Let us remember during this season all those who
suffer in any way.
