PRAY EVERY DAY
Dear Paul, Rita and Friends,
Greetings in the Lord! The storm, Isidore, has finally reached us. It
rained hard last night but the rain stopped this morning and a bit of
fog has settled in. It is still overcast and we will most likely have
more rain before the day is out. I was at Bloomfield Church yesterday
morning for the funeral of Hannah Gallant. The Church was full. I took
my car to the garage and it is now running better. I also attended the
wake of a young man of 40 who died of a heart attack on Tuesday. He will
be buried today at Palmer Road Church of the Immaculate Conception.
I spent my prayer time with Jesus and Our Blessed Mother. Jesus spoke to
me first saying, "Melvin, I am here with you, I love you. Let us go
today to visit Our Mother."
I agreed and Jesus took me to her home in heaven. She greeted us at the
door saying, "Greetings Jesus and Melvin, do come in and let us sit here
in this room. What a happy custom that you come to visit me on Saturday,
the day dedicated to me. Jesus, my Son, I love you with all my heart. It
was a great privilege to be associated with you in your work of
salvation. Melvin, my priest son, I love you and I gave you a special
mission to establish my shrine in Prince Edward Island. It is the desire
of my heart to have this shrine known under my new title, The Lady of
Prince Edward Island. Many will come and visit me, their mother, at this
sanctuary. My dear children, continue to pray that permission will soon
be given for this house of mine. Many of my sons and daughters have
abandoned my Son and do not believe in Him. They do not pray or go to
church. This brings me great sadness as they are all my children. Their
salvation is in jeopardy if they do not turn their life around. I
intercede for all of you that you may have the grace you need to follow
Jesus, my Son. Come to me all of you, my dearest children, and I will
direct you to Jesus, your Lord and Saviour. Pray every day for the
conversion of sinners. I bless you."
The Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Mother, speaks again today about her desire
to have a shrine in Prince Edward Island. She wants us to pray that
permission will be given soon for her home among us. She also expresses
her sadness at the many people who do not pray or believe in her Son,
Jesus. They are all her children and she wants that they all be saved.
Let us pray for the conversion of them all.
I asked yesterday for a novena to Our Lady of Prince Edward Island for
the cure of the Bishop here. Beside praying the rosary, I especially
would like you to pray this prayer for the next nine days:
Prayer to Our Lady of Prince Edward Island
O Blessed Virgin Mary,
You are Our Lady of Prince Edward Island,
Mother of Jesus, who is our Saviour and Our Lord.
Mother and Protectrice of us all,
we thank you for choosing this Island
to be blessed with a shrine in Your honour.
We, your children, come to you to ask your help.
Intercede before your Son, dearest Mother,
that all your children who are ill may find health,
(especially Bishop Vernon Fougere of Charlottetown, P.E.I.)
that all may repent and obtain forgiveness for their sins,
that all may receive the fulness of grace,
and that all may be delivered from every evil.
Pray Heavenly Mother, that your Island may remain free
from the scourge of abortion. Pray that the world will soon
change to respect all life, especially the life of the unborn.
May your great desire for a shrine dedicated to you,
Our Lady of Prince Edward Island, become a reality in the near future.
Mother, we have made your desire our own,
and we await with hope your home among us.
Bless us all, your children, and pray to your Son
that our faith may increase, and that one day we will be
united with Jesus, with you, Mary,
and with all the angels and saints. Amen.
I spoke to Wayne yesterday and his voice was stronger and there was a
change in him. Let us praise the Lord and thank Him for hearing our
prayer.
I will go to St. Anthony's Church, Bloomfield, this afternoon and I will
not be back before tomorrow afternoon. I hope to send you the message
after I return.
May the Lord and His Blessed Mother bless you all and shower you with
peace and joy.
