위치 : 위경의 모혈로써,복부의 정중선에서 배꼽의 위로 4촌이다.
필수 침구 전서에 상위부 중앙점으로, 취혈은 제 직상 4촌(흉골체 하돤과 제 중심의 정중앙점)에서 취혈한다고 한다.
참고로 중완 외측 5 푼에 족소음 신경의 음도혈이 있고 중완 외방 2 촌에는 족양명 위경의 양문혈이 있다.

주치 : 위통 복창 장명 번위 탄산 구토 설사 이질 황달 음식불화 실면.
필수 침구 전서에 위궤양, 급성 위카달, 위경련, 위통, 위산과다, 위확장, 위하수, 위아토니, 위내정수, 식욕부진, 소화불량, 당뇨병, 자궁 위치 및 내장 위치이상, 담석산통, 담낭염, 12지장궤양, 간염 등증에 효가 있다고 한다.
자구법 : 0.5 ~ 1.2촌을 직자한다. 뜸을 떠도 좋다.
상사자로 1.5 촌을 자한다.
신경 분포 : 상복벽동맥과 정맥이 있다. 제7 늑간신경의 전피지가 분포되어 있다.

윗그림 해설 : 폭은 600 이고 높이는 400 이다.
그러므로 X 좌표와 Y 좌표값은 각각 598, 398 이 한계이다.
화면 높이의 십분의 일을 일 척( 40 Pixcel_화소_)으로 하였고 ,
얼굴과 전완의 길이를 역시 일척으로 정하여 그려진 그림으로
인체의 정중선 X좌표값은 300(600/2) 이고
