Oh, it wasn't that bad. Steve did really well; I think they are sold.

They were until you told them that we were making the same product for their competitors. You never tell them that.

I am sorry, but I cannot lie just to make a sale. Maybe that's why I'm terrible at sales.

Yeah, that's right. From now on you just stick to designing and programming, and leave the selling to me.

Don't be too hard on him, Steve. Mr. Wang might appreciate his honesty. Even if you had lied to him, he's a smart guy, especially when it comes to computers, and he probably would have known anyway. Now he knows you guys and our company are honest; we'll just have to see what happens.

True. And besides, Apple is really a tiny company when compared to all these PC giants. I don't think Mr. Wang feels threatened by them.
