SEG continuous weight
reducing machine is a suitable machine for silk-like handle as fusing
polyester surface. It is applied hydrolysis of alkali in polyester. Effect
of reducing process is that ; surface is changed,so gets soft and lustrous
like silk. Productivity is increased due to following ; temperature is
rised quickly by using thermo-medium oil & direct steam and energy
consumption is decreased than using saturated vapor. The feature of SEG's
continuous reducing machine is that ; crease dosen't take place
transporting cloths in chamber because of tensionless driving type air
clutch.
