Someone pointed this speech out to me at the Ben & Jerry's website of all places and I wanted to post it here also. Chief Seattle must have been an amazing human being. His words are timeless and love and gentleness pour out from them today even as they must have done when he spoke them 145 years ago. They are also profoundly sad. I will say in the meantime, that they are wonderful, brilliant, magical, kind and altogether a blessing in my life and in the world. It is awesome to think that I knew them when they were tiny little babies and then curious toddlers and then.... What's really wonderful is that it is still awesome and amazing to me to watch them grow and evolve as people. Being and aunt is cool.

I have a less than healthy relationship with money and am hoping to change my beliefs and attitudes about it. I can't yet say whether the Abundance Game will work for me, but it's a lot of fun, so I am playing anyway.
