There isnt as much evidence here that Hermione and Krum will get together but it was obvious that they were smitten with each other when they met. And in Book 5 Hermione was writing her 'novel' to 'Victor'. Harry also states in his mind in book 6 that he thinks that Hermione kissed Krum. Who knows?
