Instructions
We accept Paypal,
Money Order or Personal Cheque.
We prefer Money Order
or Cheque as this does not incur Paypal charges. But
cheques/ postal orders must be made out in GBP.

Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped
(courier or recorded delivery) within an absolute maximum of 14 (but
usually 4) business days of receipt of payment. In the case
of payment with cheque this is after the cheque has cleared.
Buyer pays for all
shipping costs.
Seller ships
internationally (worldwide).
Buyer is notified of
the weight of the item and our postcode so that they are
able to calculate postage costs them selves. (Please see
‘Using the Royal Mail Postal Calculator).

Returns & Refund
Everything we sell is
as described. The posted images are fair representations of
the items offered for sale. If the item is not as described,
we must be notified within 4 (four) business days of its
receipt and it must be returned to us at our office in
Newcastle within 10 (ten)
business days of the item’s delivery to you. The item must
be shipped via an agreed method and received in undamaged,
"as sold" condition, before a refund of the sale price may
be issued. Special circumstances are, of course, considered.
Please note that any
damage sustained during postage should be taken up with
royal mail. Once the item is posted by us, with insurance,
it is considered your item. Therefore, we will give you any
insurance details and you are responsible for reclaiming any
losses.
The buyer is also
responsible for all shipping, packing, insurance and all
other related costs before an item can be returned for a
refund. In no circumstances will a refund be considered,
before we receive the item.

Non Paying Bidders
If you are the winning
bidder on an item and no longer wish to purchase it please
let us know.
If we receive no
communication from you within 4 days we will re-list the
item, and leave negative feedback. However, if you simply
get in touch with us we will, in most cases re-list, without
issuing bad feedback (please don’t make this a habit). Your
name will be stored and if it appears you are taking
advantage of this policy we will leave bad feedback and
notify ebay.
If you are going on
holiday, or will be unable to contact us in the near future
please let us know during the auction so that if you win we
can take this into consideration. |
Our Policy
We essentially strive
for accuracy and detail in our descriptions. Coupled with
the high quality photography, and refund policy our buyers
are able to bid with peace of mind.
If for any reason our
customers are unhappy, we ask that they contact us so that
we can make amends. Note that we are a friendly family
business so rudeness, abruptness and/ or threats do not sit
well! Be nice and we’ll be nice.
Anyone who fears that
an item is not as described please contact us (again
politely), and we will re-evaluate the item, and or add your
concern the description. We welcome any advice or insights
that we have not considered. |
