This is an old drawing...originally intended to be one of several characters in a strange video game or something. This one is Linda, a hyperactive college student who practices martial arts in her spare time and has a huge blaster that she wears on her arm, which she has incorporated into her fighting style. This is one of my favorite character designs, being cute and having the nice hair and clothes (which are important to me when I draw) and that blaster on her arm...and it's kind of sad I don't really know what to do with her.
