Type Stores

MyFonts.com -- IMO an exellent place to shop for type. The Larabie foundry has several no-charge faces. Cookies and HTTPS are required to access downloads.

Top Fonts -- hundreds of decorative faces, some even readable.

the Dingbat pages -- decently-organised dingbat sets.

Foam Train has some decorative faces and typography info (glossary, history, bios)

I'm migrating to DocBook as a base type, but still using TeX for setting type, via a translator.
