    This anime is about a guy named Keiichi.  He accidentally telephones the Helper goddess office and gets in touch with Belldandy.  Belldandy grants him one wish, and Keiichi wishs to be with a goddess like her.  This wish becomes reality and Keiichi starts to live with Belldandy.

History

The Oh My Goddess! series of manga first appeared in a magazine published by Kodansha called Comic Afternoon on September 25th 1988. Oh My Goddess! is actually Kosuke Fujishima's second series of manga, his first being the Taiho! Shichauzo series (known in English as "You're Under Arrest!"), which revolves around 2 policewomen who patrol the streets of Tokyo and their personal lives.

There is a little story about the origins of the Oh My Goddess! manga series. In 1988, Fujishima did a four panel comic short as art of a contest where readers could win loads of Taiho Shichauzo merchandise. In it, Natsumi and Miyuki (the 2 policewomen) were praying to this goddess to let them win the contest. Fujishima liked how the goddess turned out, so this led to the creation of the goddess Belldandy.

An incredibly, loving, nice, and sweet person. She is the Goddess of Nature and the Present.  She uses mirrors as transportation between places. She loves Keiichi a lot and will doanything for him.

Skuld: Goddess Second Class, limited. Skuld is Belldandy's little sister, the Goddess of the Future. She is very smart, and has a very highly technical with computers. Likes to build robots and other gimmicks. Loves Belldandy and treats her as though see is queen. Uses water as her transportation between places.

Urd: Goddess Second Class, limited: Belldandy's weird and semi-evil sister. The sexiest of the three sisters, Urd is also a total electronic wizard, and can use any sort of video terminal as her transportation between places. Urd considers herself as the Goddess of Love, but is really the goddess of the past.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Keichii Morisato: Keichii is a student at Nekomi Tech who is still trying to figure out how he ended up with three Goddesses under his roof. He is the driver of the NIT Motor Club, and often gets forced into riding SPECIAL BIKES, that are "built for you". He must always build the machines he rides. His machine is called the BMW Rennsport with special sidecar.  

Megumi Morisato: Megumi is Keichii’s little sister. She has gone into NIT and was forced into the Motor Club. Like her brother, she is very good with machines and loves her bike, the Kawasaki KSR-II. She appears in the first episode and starts to live with Keiichi and Belldandy at the Temple.
