Why the Shrine? 
Well, I noticed that online, there are millions of Faye, Jet, Ed, and Spike shrines. But where were the Vicious shrines?! So I decided to create a shrine dedicate to one of the sickest bad guys of Anime. I mean, he's evil, he's bad, cute, sexy, strong, and has the bird. Now who can forget the bird!!

When I first saw him, a year ago, my impression wasn't that keen. I was more of a Spike worshiper than anything. But as I watched Episode 12 and 13 (Jupiter Jazz part 1 and 2) I've began to have more respect for him (also Gren became a favorite, which dropped Spike and Faye down to number 3 and 4 on my favorite list... ouch). But episode 25 and 26 was what really set me off the edge about him. Not only about how he did things, but how he manage to trick the syndicate. He's a manipulator, and good at it. He has mysterious life that can bring up many explanations, but there's something about that that really grabs my attention. What happen to Vicious' pity? Yeah, Spike and Julia got their pity from the audience, but what happened to Vicious' pity? There can be many answers to this question. I would go on, but then I would be going off topic. Sorry!!

I mean even Legato and Knives have their own shrines! But where was Vicious!? So welcome everyone to Cry for the Devil. 

What's with the name Cry for the Devil?
Well I didn't want to use Sympathy for the Devil, because a character shrine already had the title (Sympathy for the Devil: A Millions Knives Site). So instead I used Cry for the Devil, the name was mostly inspired from the PS2 game  " The Devil May Cry " (which is also a section name at this shrine). Also, many people don't understand Vicious. They may think of him as a heartless bastard, but in reality, you have to look at his life. It wasn't that easy, and anyone can get f***** in the head from what he dealt with. So that's why I have Cry for the Devil.
