Well, I finally got the Laptop and it was definately worth the wait!  It is more powerful than any PC I've ever owned.  It's HUGE!!  It has a 17" Widescreen LCD display and the laptop is more like a really nice desktop crammed into a laptop case.

For the Geeks, here are the specs:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ Processor (Thats 2 2.4Ghz processors built into 1 chip)

1GB PC3200 DDR RAM

80GB SCSI Hard Drive

On-Board RAID Controller (as if I needed that, which I don't, but it's nice..)

256MB Nvidia GeForce Go 6800 PCI-E Video Adapter

Dual Layer +/- DVD-RW Drive

Gigabit Wired LAN Adapter

802.11G Wireless Adapter

5.1 Surround Sound

17" Widescreen LCD Display

Media Card Reader (SD, Sony Memorystick, Compact Flash, etc.)

This thing is beefy to the MAX!!!!

I enjoyed the LAN Party, my buddy Sunab_Naverith kicked my butt on Counter Strike and everyone was oohing and aahing over my new "toy".  It was GREAT!
