Geico Will Pay for Auto Repairs

Well my Dad finally agreed to me making the claim to Geico to fix the car.  I get to see the claims inspector today and they will tell me how much Geico will pay to have the car repaired.  Then I have the option of paying the $250 deductible and having the car fixed at the place I am taking it or to get a check from Geico so I can take the car somewhere else for the repair.

Last weekend I went to RadCon, a Sci Fi Convention in Pasco, WA that they hold over President's Day weekend each year.  It was really fun!  The Klingon Karaoke was hillarious!  I also enjoyed the rave-like dances they had on Friday and Saturday night (it's one of the few places where noone cared if you can't dance, everyone was just out to enjoy themselves).  The after hours parties were good, and my favorite drink of the Con was Cathulu-goo (lime koolaid, lime jello, and rum).  I also spent about 2 hours in the LAN room playing Battlefield 2: Special Forces Expansion, that was fun.  But I think the best thing was getting together with some of my friends from Spokane and playing a card game called Ninja Burger.  It's made by Steve Jackson Games and you are a ninja who works for Ninja Burger and has to deliver hamburgers to your often hard to get to customers in 30 minutes or less.  It was great and I had bought my copy of it there at the Con.  Last, but not least, I enjoyed the film "The Gamers" by Dead Gentlemen Productions and now have my own copy.

Well, if I can get this together with my new friend Tom, it looks like we are going to get together and meet each other for the first time tomorrow.  I have talked to Tom online for a couple of weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed our conversations so far.  Tom seems genuine and kind.  I'm truly looking forward to meeting him.
