Well, since "the meeting" I have been on edge at work with my coworkers and especially my boss.  Hopefully, I will just be able to deal with this and finish up my Term Position at the university.  I definately want the option to be considered for employment with them again sometime in the future.  I still like my job mainly because of the folks I am helping.  I wish things were different, but they aren't.  I've begun to accept the impending doom that awaits me come June 1st. (that is, unless I can score a new job by then)

I have started looking for a new job.  I have applied all over the place all the way from Seattle, Washington straight through to Cour d'Alene, Idaho and just about everywhere in between.   I had a preliminary interview at WorkSource for a job at F5 Networks out in Liberty Lake, Washington, and should have an interview with them probably next week.

I finally got to meet Tom.  We went out to dinner the other night at Shari's (it's a lot like a Denny's, only nicer).  He just had enough time to go to dinner with me and had to go back to work directly afterward.  He was nice.  A little on the wild side, but nothing terribly bad.  I enjoyed listening to him talk about his work and his little brother and things.  I definately want to spend more time with him.  However, he works so much this will be hard to pull off.  I will just have to see what happens.  This will be a challenge for me as I like to plan things way too much, but with Tom, it looks like if I don't catch him "right then and there" then I won't be able to have a date with him.  It's a little frustrating to me, but I know he is a good guy and I really want to see how far this can go.  So I will have to be more flexible.  I hope he will call me sometime soon.
