After talking with my father, I found out that my Uncle and Aunt, H.L. and  Pam Leggett, who are from a town called Laurel, Mississippi have not contacted anyone before or since Hurricane Katrina hit.  They are currently among "the missing" as we cannot locate them and we believe they stayed at their residence during the storm. . . 

Also, I have a few friends from New Orleans that may be missing as well.  David Leonard and Roselyn Lionhart (www.davidandroselyn.com), Linda "Mustang Sally" Perkins, and another friend named Kat are all residents of New Orleans, Louisiana that I haven't heard from since the storm.  Hopefully they got out and are safe.

ALSO, my friends David and Janice Liang from New Orleans.  Janice is safe with family, but David is still in New Orleans, at work.  He is a Police Officer for the New Orleans Police Department and I hope he is alright and will get to go be with his wife soon.

One last person, an old family friend from Biloxi, Mississippi named Dallas Brossett.  She lived in a trailer home on Pass Road just 300ish yards away from Mississippi Beach.  It is most likely that her home will not have survived the storm.  No one I know has heard from her either.

I can't find a list of survivors anywhere...  One would think someone would atleast have a list of those people that are at the Superdome or those being transferred to the Astrodome???  Wish I had more info.
