Mutual Dissoloution
David and I talked on the phone tonight. After dating just over a week, we finally found parts of ourselves that just wouldn't work well together. So we decided to back-track and just be friends. Neither of us have done anything wrong, we just realized that there are parts of our personalities that clash with each other, just badly enough that had we gone further down the road (boyfriend/girlfriend wise) this whole relationship would probably have blown up in our faces and we would have hurt each other to the point of not having any type of relationship at all. Being responsible and logical we both agreed upon a mutual dissoloution of the whole dating thing and have decided to enjoy each other's friendship, hopefully for a long, long, while. David is a great guy, and I am glad I have gotten to know him. I know that he will be the type of friend I can rely on and even cry on when things are bad. I do hope that he finds the type of person he really needs in life because he is definately deserving of someone who can love and understand him for who he is. I am sick today, which sucks. My sinuses have just been at it nonstop since Sunday Morning and today was just bad. I hate it when I can't breathe. I even called in sick to work this morning and slept most of the day. I am feeling a little better this evening, but will see what the morning holds. I really want to go to work tomorrow. I hate missing work. I actually LOVE my job and feel like I let the team down when I'm out. Even when I am sick. I really need to get better and go to work tomorrow. Well, I am going to down 1 more glass of orange juice, then it's off to bed for me. Hopefully I can get some sleep tonight and feel better in the morning. 2005-10-19 05:27:09 GMT
