I had a dream the other night.  And I dreamed it, or some version that was very much like it, 3 TIMES! (gee, is this a sign?)

The dream was that I had gone back to Germany to work doing the same job I do now as a Civilian Employee for the Army.  Either I would work at a school, or some place like it.  And I liked it. 

This dream prompted me to start looking online and I found this:

This is the SAME, EXACT, JOB THAT I CURRENTLY DO, just at a hospital instead of a school.   And I have been to Landstuhl, Germany and Kaiserslautern, Germany (I actually went to a couple of years of high school at Kaiserslautern American High School, Vogelweh, Germany) before. . .   Plus, the starting pay is $8K more a year than what I currently make, and the benefits are just as good as what I have now. (not to mention the job tops out at around $63K, my current position tops out at $50K)

My current job at Gonzaga University is AWESOME, I really enjoy it and truly want to stay, but it is a Temporary 18 month position that "might" get converted into a permanent position, but so far, I have heard nothing on whether or not that will happen.  The 18 months are up in April 2006.

I am thinking of going ahead and applying for this job, just to see if I will get an interview.  I suppose it is always good to keep my options open.  What do you all think???? 

In OTHER news, my geek friends from my Friday Night Gamer Group are going to go see Doom tonight at the theater so I guess I'm tagging along.  Plans are in full swing for the Halloween Party I am throwing at my house, I'm busy making arrangements, shopping, decorating my house, etc.  I think it will be fun.
