Looking Forward to the Weekend

It's Thursday and I am already looking forward to the weekend. . .  I have a D&D game Friday night, then a LAN Party Saturday to Sunday, noon to noon, then gaming at my house at 2PM Sunday, I think we're playing V&V(Villans and Vigilanties) this week . .  On top of that, I finally got Burnout 3: Takedown for my PlayStation 2 and am enjoying the game quite well.  But the boys keep borrowing it to play downstairs so it looks like I might have to get a 2nd copy so I won't have to share with them.

Today is Kyle's first day at school and I hope he has a great day.  I need to get German-English dictionaries for both him and Ryan.  Ryan recently failed a Math Quiz because he didn't understand the questions, but when the teacher let him re-take the test and explained the questions in further detail to him, he passed with an "A".  So it's just a case of helping Ryan build up his vocabulary in English.  However, his teacher should have realized that since English is a 2nd language to Ryan that his teacher should have helped him understand the questions in the first place, and not failed him at all.  I suggested to Cole that he go talk to Ryan's math teacher and see if the teacher will allow him to have the German-English dictionary I am going to buy him to use during tests so he can look up any words he doesn't understand.

I miss Rob.  I haven't really seen or heard from him in almost a week.  I miss his visits.  And I really did enjoy going out to dinner with him a couple of weeks ago.  I hope he will come see me sometime in the near future, on a day other than gaming Sundays.  I like gaming Sundays, don't get me wrong, but I don't get any 1 on 1 time with Rob on those days.  I really like just talking to him by himself sometimes.

Well, it's off to save the computers here at school.  Yippee..  (Well, atleast I'm good at that)
