Well I'm sitting at the Houston airport waiting for my next flight.   My vacation was awesome.   I got to spend a bunch of time with my parents, sisters, and my niece and nephews over Christmas and then trolled on down to Baton Rouge for New Year's.  I saw many friends that I haven't seen in years.  I enjoyed the Star One Delta NYE party, and even got to go to SCA fighter practice on Sunday afternoon with the awesome fighters of Wyrmgeist. (The shire I started in the SCA with, btw, SCA = The Society for Creative Anachronism = A medieval reenactment club with fighting/feasts/bardic arts/and guys who still practice the age old art of chivalry!)

So my holiday was a complete success.. Now if I can just get home!
