Palmer wrote the bulk of this one. It was based on a News of the Weird
story that was circulating at the time that some people in Africa
were being branded as witches and murdered because they were stealing
other's genitals.
The name of the police chief came from our radio show.
During our "news minutes" break if we had a police story, our
police chief was usually given a string of surnames common in Windsor
like Adkins, Lauzon, Hodgekins?/p>
Kristen's article originally made reference to some
torture being conducted at a gym. I noted bankers don't go to gyms. They go
to health clubs. The reference was changed.
