"Hello Perth City!"

After our arrival, we were greeted by Curtin Uni staff who drove us to a YHA (Youth Hostel Association) hostel called Jewell House. There we met lots of fellow Asians - mostly Singaporeans. Infact we were the only Malaysians there! Later, the bunch of us walked around the city.

The Festival of Perth The Festival of Perth was starting when we arrived in February. During the festival, there are lost of buskers (street performers) and theatre productions.

Unfortunately, I didn't go to any of the productions. I was waiting for a big one! I got my wish two months later.

Diary Entry: If you look closely, you could see the outline of a Gothic church behind me. No, I don't know why the stop sign is glowing. This was after my walk around the city with the Singaporeans.
