My mission for this weather web site is to provide information and encouragement for the WEATHER OBSERVER. I have been an observer since my junior high and high school days back in the late 50s and early 60s. After high school, I became a proud member of the United States Air Force and the Air Weather Service. I now serve as a volunteer with the National Weather Service Cooperative Observer Program along with several other observer networks.
