Feohtan is an estranged Protector of Geldyn Forest. Feohtan wanted to explore and rove the countryside, but as a Protector, he could never leave the forest's confines. Until he met the nomadic bariaur in wyldewolf form, Feohtan fought to find his place in the sedentary Pack. He tried on several occasions to contest the alpha male only to lose his rank completely, but by sheer fortitude and indomitable will, he always fought his way back to 2nd or 3rd rank. He never had any supporters in his continuing quest for dominance and desire for more but he easily bullied the respect out of those weaker. As alpha, he would have lead the Pack out of Geldyn.
In Addrun he finally found something that he had been searching for- a way out of Geldyn and a leader that he could actually respect. He was always the lone wolf in the Pack but now he willingly follows the bariaur ranger into nearly any setting or danger. A more than capable fighter, a cunning hunter and an expert tracker, the lone wyldewolf has much to teach the ranger yet has even more to learn and experience from the ranger and his travels across Azolin. Feohtan willingly and loyally follows Addrun's lead, but is by no means a simple pet or a mindless slave. Addrun knows this and shows the prideful wyldewolf the respect of a near equal.
Unfortunately for Addrun's friends in Marulama, Feohtan pays them little heed and even less respect. He comes across as being mean, but is really just indifferent. |
