LMA Autorespond system 0.2

Description

Being an Internet Service Provider (ISP) system administrator can be a very difficult task, because most of the times this activity involves handling special requeriments from dozens (sometimes hundreds) of customers, making it very time-consuming. The LMA Autorespond system -or LAS for short- is part of a suite of software to make the Administration of a ISP easier. The goal of LAS is to let the users of a mail server to setup an Autorespond text by themselves.

Main Features

High security. Uses POP to make authentication of the user and creates files on own separated area. Deletion and setup of the Autorespond at anytime. Free text entry. HTML tags are allowed. Easy to install by the system administrator.

To-do list

Even when the program is quite complete and stable, some features are still missing. Some examples are: Ability to generate pages with format for the ISP who is hosting the application, so it can look professional and consistent with the site that it is installed. Spanish module. All messages are displayed in English by now. Also this page translated to spanish would be great

Credits

GTM is completely programmed in Perl and uses POP3 for authentication. Obviously, the systems was programmed, designed and tested under a Linux box, please contact me if you make it run in other system.
