Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow

Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow

This high-performance interceptor was cancelled by the canadian government in 1959 because they
believed that surface-to-air-missiles would be better. It was the greatest achievement and the highlight
in canadian aircraft development history. Those SAMīs were a complete flop.

My comment:
I initially wanted to write a complete file about it, but then I saw that fantastic homepage about it,
and this completely discouraged me! Hereīs the link!
