Pumpkin Pie Cake
Note: If you don’t
want to bother with making a pie crust for pumpkin pie, this dessert is one
you will enjoy!
Imgredients
3 large eggs
1 can (15oz) pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
3/4 cup
sugar
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
1
(18.25) package Betty Crocker Butter Recipe Yellow cake mix
1 cup pecans,
chopped
3/4 cup butter, melted
Heat oven 350º Butter a 13x9-inch
baking dish
In a large bowl whisk eggs, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie
spice; stir until smooth. Add evaporated milk and stir to blend. Pour into
prepared pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top and then spread chopped pecans.
Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake 50-55 minutes until knife inserted in
center comes out clean. Cool completely to serve.
