Jolly Green Giant Salad


1 cup can milk (carnation only)
3/4 cup grated cabbage
3/4 cup grated carrots
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tbs. mayonaise
1 small pkg. lime Jello
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, (drained)
1/4 cup grated celery


Mix Jello as directed on pkg. in boiling water: Add 1 tbsp. vinegar Stand till thick, Add mayonaise, Fold in all vegtebles, Whip can milk till thick. Fold in to the mixture. Grease a jello mold with oil or use a non-stick Jello mold, and put mixture in refrigerate till set, decorate with sprigs of parsley if desired. ENJOY!!! Serves approx. 10-12 people.
