| What could be more simple than mixing and baking in the same pan? This is a great cake for the little bakers to help out with. Only suggestion I have is to make sure you get all of the mixture from the corners. It is such a moist cake you don't even need to frost it. |
| Mix in 9 x 13 pan : 3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1/3 cup cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt Add : 2 Tablespoons vinegar 1/3 cup salad oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups water Blend well and bake 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes |
