Friday
Some games and activities (informal) will be provided for those who arrive on Friday night Shuffleboard, Trivial Pursuit, Malaysian bean game etc. Participants will be encouraged to get together and make up a skit for the Campfire.
Saturday
6 7 am: PJ, Curlers & Ciggies walk activity for the early risers. Appropriate time to wear your chenille dressing gown and fluffy slippers, cold cream or brill cream. (Optional)
Meet in front of Community Hall
8 8.30 am: Breakfast Community Hall
8.45 am: Early arrivals craft session make a take home showbag. Extras for latecomers Community Hall
9.15 -10.45 am: Morning Tea and registrations Community Hall
10.45 am Opening Ceremony Committee will have a flag raising

11.00 am: Icebreakers: 4 bases - Active game - and quiet game; activity; yarn; craft
12 noon Craft Session
12.30 1.30 pm Lunch
1.30 2.30 pm Codes and Signals program scavenger hunt (separate activities for Joey and Cub leaders)
2.30 pm Craft (choice of 2) Participants to bring a pack of at least three sponges
3.00 pm Afternoon Tea and craft sharing
3.30 pm - 4.30 pm Games session Separate activities for Joeys and Cubs
4.30 5.30 pm BCCS and BCJS information sessions separate cubs and Joeys
6.00 7.30 pm Dinner in the Chalet restaurant dress in fifties gear
7.30 pm Rock and Roll evening Competitions - dancing and trivia
