Here is the easiest way I know to teach
you how to create an animation, (Using PSP7's Animation shop 3.0) as I feel
doing this will teach you the basic's of how to create your own animations.
Here are 2 animated pictures -->
a HeartBeating2 and a HeartChangingColors, they must be saved as gifs because
they both animate as you can see.
They both have transparent backgrounds and they both have 9 frames each.
Once saved to your hardrive, open them both up in animation shop 3.0 (FILE to
OPEN and click on them) once there both in your browser window you will see they
both have 9 frames
left click any picture for the HeartBeating2, now go up at the top and click on
EDIT
and choose SELECT ALL
now click on EDIT again and choose COPY.
(just keep that, like that for a minute till we do the following)
now left click on the "HeartChangingColors" picture
go up at the top and click on EDIT and choose SELECT ALL
now click on EDIT again and choose PASTE INTO SELECTED FRAME you will see the
BeatingHeart2 appear in the 1st box, move your mouse arrow so the heart is in
the center of the first frame of the HeartChangingColors picture.
Now left click your mouse arrow and the heart will stay there,
but it will also appear in the other 9 frames :-)
(if you are happy where it is, go to the next step)
you can "View The Animation" BEFORE you save it, just click on VIEW and
ANIMATION
(if you are unhappy push CTRL Z one time and redo that step, placing the heart
where you want it inside the HeartChangingColors picture.)
If it is how you want it...
Choose FILE and SAVE AS
Ta-Da...
your almost done and YOU DID IT! :-)
Now only thing left to do is to come back to our forum
and attach it to a message to show off what you did! ;-)
Here is what it should look like --->
(Once you get good at this
you can use short cuts
using your keyboard keys,
also by right clicking your mouse arrow on the 1st picture and choose PASTE
instead of going to the top all the time.)
Basic rules I learned is:
if an animation is 9 frames
whatever you do to it,
it has to be 9 frames ok?
(Lets say 1 picture is 9 frames and 1 is 8 frames and you do it anyways, when
you go to PREVIEW the animation you will see a HUGE problem ~LOL~ and you will
learn from the error.)
Also the more the frames the slooower it loads, however the less the frames the
worst it sometimes looks! ~LOL~
EXPERIMENT...
AND HAVE FUN!!!
