Napanee Midgets Vs Enterprise

Sydenham Vs Brett Contracting Cowboys
Sydenham opened the scoring in the top of the first inning when third baseman Trevor Corkey hit a solo home run to centre field with one out.  The Cowboys responded in the home half of the inning with three runs.  Centre fielder Jeff Hannah lead off with a triple to right centre and scored on an RBI single by right fielder Tim Murphy.  After a Doug Kane double moved Murphy to third, catcher Craig Pearce delivered a two run single.  Sydenham rallied to tie the score in the second inning.  Both second baseman Dave Hannah and shortstop Chris Carroll singled and scored on a double to centre by first baseman Greg Murphy.  The Cowboys took the lead once again in the bottom of the inning on another two run single by Pearce that scored  Hannah and Murphy, who both had singled.  The Cowboys extended their lead in the fourth inning when Pearce drove in Murphy with a sacrifice fly and Hannah scored on an error.  A five run fifth inning blew the game open for the Cowboys.  Third baseman Bryan Brooks lead off the inning with a single and moved to third when designated player Mike Halligan doubled to left field.  Second baseman Kevin Gauvreau then reached on an error, scoring Brooks.  Dave Hannah came in to pitch for Sydenham, and after striking out the first batter he walked the next two.  Murphy picked up an RBI with his walk.  One out later, Pearce hit a bloop single between the second baseman and the right fielder that cleared the bases for three more RBI.  Pearce finished the game with eight RBI.

East Side Mario's Vs Moscow
Moscow opened the scoring in the bottom of the first inning.  First baseman Jason Sutton singled with one out and then scored when second baseman Joe Reid tripled.  Moscow extended their lead to 3-0 in the third inning.  Left fielder Andrew Plumley singled with one out, moved to second on a sacrifice by Sutton and advanced home on a ground ball by Reid.  Reid reached base safely on an error and scored when pitcher Gregg Garrity hit an RBI double.  East Side Mario's rallied for one run in the fourth inning on an RBI single by third baseman Derek Shaver that scored catcher Adam Kyle, who walked to lead off the inning.

Central Frontenac Midgets Vs Sunbury Leonard Fuels
Sunbury's pitching was the story of the night, allowing only two hits, three baserunners and combining for 13 strikeouts.  Hustin Heyman and Craig Hollingsworth each allow only one hit against.  Sunbury starting the scoring in the first inning.  After a lead off walk to centre fielder Paul Tolles and an error that allowed left fielder Terry Orr to score, catcher Cory Gee hit an RBI single to left field.  Second baseman Dave Tolles then followed with a sacrifice fly to right field that scored Orr.  Corey Fowler then hit a two run homerun two left field to give Sunbury a 4-0 after the first.  Heyman hit an RBI single to right field in the third inning that scored Gee.  Sunbury then scored three runs in the fifth inning to finish the scoring.  Orr lead off with a single and scored on a two run homerun by Gee to left field.  Dave Tolles then followed with a solo home run.
