Frontenac Cyclones Midgets Vs Brett Contracting Cowboys
Right fielder Brandon Burtch opened the scoring for the Cowboys with a solo homerun in the bottom of the second inning.  The Cowboys extended their lead to 2-0 in the fourth inning when first baseman Pat Severin hit a homerun.  In the fifth inning the Cowboys added three more runs.  Left fielder Glen Williams scored on an RBI double by Shortstop Doug Kane after reaching base on a walk.  Kane and centre  fielder Tim Murphy both scored on a single by second baseman Kevin Buchan.  The Frontenac Cyclones Midgets added a run in both the sixth and the seventh innings to make the final score 5-2.  Centre fielder Thomas Hannah received a two out walk and scored on a triple by pitcher Adam Garrison in the sixth.  In the final inning first baseman Geoff Crawford drove in third baseman Kevin Walker on a ground out.
