1 December 02

47 were killed in a nightclub fire in Caracas, Venezuela.

British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw is to publish an Iraqi torture dossier (as a cherry on top of the WMD dossier cake, presumably).

The UN weapons team is checking an Iraqi airstrip (they've failed to find anything in Iraq so far).

US and British warplanes attacked premises of the Southern Oil Company in Basra, according to the Iraqis. The US and UK deny knowledge of this, but say that they bombed an Iraqi defence facility in response to artillery fire. (BBC Ceefax, p.113; ITV Teletext, p.309)

Amnesty International has criticised the British government for bringing out a detailed Iraq torture dossier as a further pretext for war. They paid comparatively little heed to such Iraqi violations when it was not in their political interest to do so, Amnesty said.

'IRAQI COMPLIANCE "UNENCOURAGING" — BUSH

'Signs that Iraq is serious about averting a war are "not encouraging", President Bush has warned. [I.e, The signs are encouraging.]

'He noted that Saddam Hussein's regime had recently fired on US and British planes patrolling Iraqi no-fly zones. [Who knows who fired on whom, or if there was any fire at all.]

'He also said the regime had responded to UN disarmament demands with "protests and falsehoods".

'The arms declaration Iraq must make by Sunday must be "credible and complete", he said in a Pentagon [!] speech.'

(BBC Ceefax, p.110)

Meanwhile, the smallpox campaign is being worked up in Britain.

The British government has been criticised for the tawdry-propagandistic style of a video showing Iraqi regime brutality (complete with background music).

3 December 02

'[British] PUBLIC MAY FORCE U-TURN OVER SMALLPOX

'Public pressure may force the Government to vaccinate the entire population against smallpox, a report has acknowledged.

'Ministers and said only key health and military staff will receive vaccines.

'But a Department of Health report suggested the policy could change if the public demanded protection.

'But it added a "good public relations strategy" should avoid the need for mass vaccinations to take place.'

(BBC Ceefax, p.119)

"What do we want? PT! And when do we want it? Now!", as they could have chanted in "1984". But there are no crowds, merely a public-relations figment being cooked up by a government tending towards totalitarianism.

4 December 02

'MAIL[ newspaper:] A Russian scientist may have sold a virulent strain of smallpox to Iraq, US intelligence sources has said[ sic].' (ITV Teletext, p.326)

The CIA is the agent of the virulent mega-pox that is menacing the world. (I.e., American cabalistic imperialism/totalitarianism).

And with so many countries and interest groups making explicit UN authorization for an Iraq-attack a condition for their support of one — e.g. Turkey will make its airbases available on this condition — it looks like the cabal will have "no choice" but to stage a biochem event (attack or "accident") and blame it on Iraq (and/or "al-Qaeda").

There was the CIA & Co. with their neat 9/11 conspiracy, which most believed was al-Qaeda, all set up to bring key Saudi oil resources under American control, when in steps "tangled-string" puppet Bush with his own "unfinished family business" with Iraq, banging his unsubtle Iraq-attack drum.

IRAQ WILL DENY HAVING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION

'Iraq's report on arms will not include any admission that Baghdad still maintains weapons of mass destruction, a senior Iraqi general has said.

'Hossein Mohammed Amin said the report on chemical, biological and nuclear programmes would include new activities conducted in the absence of inspectors.

'But he said the activities could be for peaceful or military purposes.;

(ITV Teletext, 4 Dec. 02, p.309/1)

Oppositionists in Venezuela are continuing their strike and demonstrations against President Chavez.

'IRAQ HAS ILLICIT WEAPONS: USA

'The White House has "solid evidence" that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction, and rejects Baghdad's denials, a spokesman said.

'Ari Fleischer declined to say what the evidence is, but said the US will provide details to weapons inspectors. ...'

(ITV Teletext, p.313/1)

'AL-QAEDA MEMBERS IN GAZA, WARNS SHARON

'Ariel Sharon has said members of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda network are in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon [What? Not Ecuador too? More liaison with Richard Armitage, please!]

'The Israeli Prime Minister said al-Qaeda members in Gaza were co-operating with Hezbollah fighters.

'However, the chief of [the] Palestinian Preventive Security [Service] in Gaza dismissed Mr Sharon's statements.

'Rashid Abu Shbak said Israel was looking for a pretext to invade Gaza.'

(BBC Ceefax, 5 Dec. 02, p.120)

'CND ANTI IRAQ-WAR CASE LAW COSTS PEGGED

'Judges have placed an historic cap on the costs the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament may face in its legal bid to stop the UK going to war with Iraq.

'CND is urging the High Court to rule that no hostile action can be taken without a fresh UN Security Council resolution clearly authorising force.

'Two judges ruled that CND would have to pay a maximum of £25,000 in costs.

'They said the case was exceptional and had been brought in the public interest.'

(BBC Ceefax, 5 Dec. 02, p.116)

Blair (and opposition leader Duncan Smith is just as bad) must be thwarted in law from his determined bid to be a cabalistic bandit puppet.

The US State Department [concerned at Turkey's uncertain support for its proposed conquest of Iraq] has coughed up a "terrorist threat" (it's only "unconfirmed information") to Gazientep Airport, in Turkey near the Syrian border and 115 miles east of the key US air base at Incirlik.

(BBC Ceefax, 5 Dec. 02, p.110)

—just as Kurds are dutifully battling "al Qaeda-linked" fighters in northern Iraq.

6 December 02

'Ten Palestinians, including two UN employees[ aid workers], were killed when Israeli troops, tanks and helicopter gunships poured into a Gaza Strip refugee camp. ...' (ITV Teletext, p.305)

Last summer I speculated (on the Usenet) that the 79-year-old Henry Kissinger was the covert boss of the US petroleum faction. This on the grounds that (the Machiavellian-reputationed) Kissinger, who as Secretary of State in 1974 had blustered about seizing Saudi oil fields (during the OPEC price hikes), had recently made himself conspicuous by his "sole opposition", on the Pentagon's advisory Defense Policy Board, to a proposal that Saudi Arabia's oil fields be seized "as punishment" if it didn't stop "backing terrorism" (the "kernel of evil" proposal). Dr K, still in the thick of oil-conspiring, now against it, all by his lonesome? No, I don't think so somehow.

Dr Kissinger is now emerging from his (officially) behind-the-scenes advisory role in American politics, and has been nominated by President Bush as chairman of the upcoming "independent" investigation of 9/11 "intelligence failures". (One of the chairmen, it seems; former Senate majority leader George Mitchell is to be the other one.)

'Both men said they expected the panel to come up with not just facts about the past but also recommendations for the future. Kissinger added, as he had done last week when named, that after talking privately to the president he was under the "impression" that Bush would implement any recommendations but "of course he has to make his own judgement." [!!]

'Asked about a sharply critical newspaper editorial by the New York Times that criticized him for not being independent because of current commercial interests and his past use of government power and secrecy[ my emphasis], Kissinger responded that the newspaper "will apologize for this editorial when our report is submitted."'

(Walter Pincus, 'Kissinger Denies Client Conflicts ...', Washington Post, 2 Dec. 02, p.A06)

The commission gives Kissinger, our suggested puppet-manipulator, an official channel (for the first time in more than two decades) through which to pull the strings. And if Kissinger himself was the mastermind behind 9/11, he couldn't be better placed to weave a cover up and/or set some of his intermediaries up, if he deems necessary, to take the fall for it.

'[Iraqi] ARMS DETAILS "TO STAY SECRET"

'UN experts will keep sensitive material on nuclear, chemical and biological weapons in Iraq in a report secret, Hans Blix has revealed.

'The UN chief weapons inspector said he would brief the Security Council next week on the report.

'Iraq is preparing to hand over a weapons declaration to the UN ahead of the Sunday deadline.'

(ITV Teletext, 6 Dec. 02, p.308/1)

Thus, whatever Iraq says, they can sneakily imply that it "really" has weapons of mass destruction. After meeting Dick Cheney, Hans Blix has become as able a tool of cabalistic oil imperialism as Prime Minister Blair (or opposition leader Duncan Smith).

Iraq, for its part, is turning in a report of 13,000 pages which, it doubtless hopes, will tie analysts up for months before they have an excuse for invasion. Seriously?

7 December 02

'President Bush is hoping to increase his two-seat majority in the US Senate in a runoff election in Louisiana. ...' (BBC Ceefax, p.122)

Only two seats? They're hardly any better off than the Democrats were ... 'IRAQ SAYS NO BANNED ARMS IN DECLARATION

'Iraq's 11,807-page declaration on arms programmes confirms there are no weapons of mass destruction in the country, a top Iraqi official has said.

'"In this document we declare ... Iraq is empty of any arms of mass destruction," said Hossein Mohammed Amin, head of liaison with UN arms experts.

'Iraqi officials have handed over the dossier at UN headquarters in Baghdad.

'It must now be flown to United Nations headquarters in New York.'

(BBC Ceefax, 7 Dec. 02, p.116)

'IRAQ MUST PROVE IT HAS DISARMED SAYS US

'Saddam Hussein must prove that he has disarmed — or Washington will assume he has not, the US has said.

'A senior official told a Washington briefing that banned weapons programmes "not only continue but have accelerated", according to intelligence. ...'

(BBC Ceefax, 7 Dec. 02, p.105)

'UN chief [Iraqi arms inspector] tells US to back off ...'

((The Times, 7 Dec. 02, p.1)

'... Hans Blix, the chief inspector, countered growing [US] pressure for more aggressive investigations including American specialists by insisting: "We are in nobody's pocket. ...'

This remains very much to be seen.

'ANTI-TERROR SMALLPOX PLAN [by World Health Organization]

'Health ministers from around the world have agreed an action plan to prepare for deliberate release of the smallpox virus by terrorists, it has emerged.

'Global stocks of smallpox vaccine are to be increased to allow the World Health Organisation to respond to emergencies in any country.

'The announcement cames in a document drawn up at a WHO meeting in Mexico.'

(ITV Teletext, 7 Dec. 02, p.307)

'CLINTON BACKS ANTI CHILD-ABUSE CAMPAIGN [in UK]

'Former US president Bill Clinton has thrown his support behind plans to eradicate child abuse in the UK.

'Mr Clinton, speaking at a fundraising dinner in Liverpool, backed the NSPCC's [National Society for the Protection of Children's] Full Stop campaign.

'He added that as well as fighting physical, mental and sexual abuse, the charity should target the "systematic" cruelty of poverty and war.

'Other guests at the event included Cilla Black and Tom O'Connor.'

(BBC Ceefax, 7 Dec. 02, p.114)

8 December 02

'AL-QAEDA "CLAIMS KENYAN BOMBING"

'Al-Qaeda claimed it carried out last month's bomb attack on a Kenyan hotel, according to Arab satellite TV station al-Jazeera.

'Sulaiman Bu Ghaith, a spokesman for the terror group, confirmed al-Qaeda was behind the car bomb that killed 16.

'•A statement attributed to al-Qaeda on a militant website has vowed harder strikes against the US and Israel.'

(ITV Teletext, p.308)

If "bin Laden" recordings are regularly faked, there's no reason why they can't do the same for Sulaiman Bu Ghaith (whoever he is). And it doesn't appear here whether this wasn't a simple reading-out by a Jazeera newscaster of an alleged Qaeda statement.

'Israel has denied claims by Palestinians it plotted to set up phony al-Qaeda cells in the Gaza Strip in an attempt to sway Western opinion.' (ITV Teletext, 8 Dec. 02, p.318)

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, in this case by the Israeli side-kicks of the CIA/SOCOM (in particular, the 9/11 operation).

'Colombian rebels are reported to be plotting to kidnap former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani in Mexico City, where he is a crime adviser.' (Ibid.)

9 Dec. 02

'Telegraph[ newspaper:] American armed forces will be ready for war in the Gulf by next month, much earlier than many experts had predicted, Pentagon sources said.' (ITV Teletext, p.326)

The UN has handed the Iraqi declaration to the US government to make photocopies for the other members of the Security Council ("because the US has the best photocopying facilities"!). The five permanent members will get "uncensored" copies (without blanking-out of any alleged WMD recipes), and the rest of the Council, censored copies.

(British Channel 4 news at 7pm)

This seems to illustrate the extent to which the UN is the flunkey of the US government. Of course, the US would be unwise to interfere with the content of the Declaration en route to the other members. Are they unwise enough?

10 December 02

'MIRROR[ newspaper:] UN officials were furious after America whisked the only copy of Iraq's weapons declaration to Washington.' (ITV Teletext, p.326)

The UN was to make photocopies of the declaration and distribute them to the members of the Security Council. Apparently the US put pressure on Colombia, the current chairman of the Council, to hand the documents over to them. A BBC commentator said that the other members will probably fall into line with this decision.

The US is now just a bandit seizing the world in the same way as it has this declaration. And the world is spontaneously assuming the role of subservients of their upcoming taskmaster. "O generation fit for slavery."

'Syria has protested against the decision to allow the five permanent members of the UN Security Council early [and "uncensored"] access to Iraq's arms declaration. ...' (BBC Ceefax, 10 Dec. 02, p.104)

Syria, who was the last Security Council member expected to back Resolution 1441 — and the Council backed it unanimously. If you volunteer for slavery, you shouldn't then complain that the chains are too tight.

'The Bush administration has begun searching Iraq's massive 12,000-page arms declaration for deceptions[!!!!!!!].

'The US earlier took the UN Security Council's only copy from New York to Washington to make duplicates[?] for Britain, France, Russia and China.

'The move was made amid concerns that bomb-making instructions could get into the hands of non-nuclear countries. [Or similarly-"esoteric" information on how to stab in the back].

On the above, see also 'UN row erupts over Iraq dossier', BBC World News online, 10 Dec. 02.

'IRAQ ANGRY AT DOSSIER'S EARLY RELEASE

'Iraq has criticised the UN's decision to hand over an early, unedited copy of its weapons declaration to the US.

'Washington would "manipulate" it to "find covers for aggression", the Iraqi foreign ministry said. ...'

(BBC Ceefax, 10 Dec. 02, later, p.104)

'MISSILES HIDDEN ON "YEMEN-BOUND" SHIP

'A ship carrying a hidden cargo of 12 Scud-type missiles from North Korea has been intercepted in the Arabian Sea[ US officials said].

'The ship, believed to be bound for Yemen, was stopped by the Spanish navy about 600 miles from the Horn of Africa.

'US intelligence [we could expect no-one else] had been tracking the ship for weeks and officers will be searching[?!] the vessel, US officials said.

'The missiles, similar to those used by Iraq in the Gulf War, were hidden beneath concrete, they added.'

(BBC Ceefax, 10 Dec. 02, p.109)

No sane person would believe this opportunist rubbish, the like of which is daily churned out by CIAgitprop (see-eye-AYE-jitprop). (The conspiracy exists not within the dissolute ragbag concocted as the "axis of evil", but in Langley, the Pentagon and the White House.) But sanity is being swept away in the historic flood of American world hegemonism.

The rest of the West, which trusted the USA as their leader in the Cold War, is now having this trust shamelessly and mercilessly milked by the US cabal (in which this historic flood is centred).

The "Scuddish" idea seems to derive from the similarly got-up shipload of arms, "destined for Yasser Arafat", intercepted by the Israelis earlier this year. Probably the CIA had a helping hand in this, too.

11 December 02

'GUARDIAN[ newspaper:] President George Bush has formally approved £60m [about $90m] to train an Iraqi militia to fight Saddam Hussein.' (ITV Teletext, p.326)

The White House has reiterated its policy of nuclear response to attack by (any type of) weapons of mass destruction. '... it is being seen as a direct message to Iraq'. (BBC Ceefax, 11 Dec. 02, p.108)

This was done before the last Gulf War too.

'PUBLIC MEETING ON [BRITISH] PUBLIC ID CARDS

'A major public meeting is being staged[!] to discuss the Government's plans to introduce "1984-style" identity cards for everyone in Britain.

'Under proposals by Home Secretary David Blunkett people would be unable to use services like the NHS, schools or libraries without "entitlement cards".

'Speakers at the London event include Home Office minister Lord Falconer.'

(ITV Teletext, 11 Dec. 02, p.309)

Bush-team slips, no. umpteen in a series: ...

'Dr Rice [Condy, Bush's security adviser] has said that North Korea is one of the major proliferators [of missile technology] — it appears she was busy proliferating again.'

—Richard Armitage, US under-secretary of State, to TV news reporters.

I may be wrong (it happens!), but I got the impression he did this intentionally. And not even old Dick Head could be this stupid ...

Yemen has said that the missiles are its. See below.

'AMERICA SECURES USE OF QATAR AIRBASES

'The US and Qatar have signed a pact formally allowing the Americans to use military airbases in the Gulf state.

'US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said it would improve the US's military readiness, but denied the move was directly related to a possible Iraq war.

'Mr Rumsfeld's visit to Qatar coincides with the staging of a computerised war games exercise involving the US and the UK.

'The US already has between 4,000 and 5,000 soldiers in Qatar.'

(BBC Ceefax, p.106)

'BUSH BACKING VOLUNTARY SMALLPOX PLAN

'President Bush plans to make smallpox vaccines available to all Americans on a voluntary basis, in an attempt to thwart a possible bio-terrorism attack.

'He is expected to announce the details of the plan later this week.

'But he told ABC TV: "I think it ought to be a voluntary plan ... I don't think people ought to be compelled."

'Military and emergency services staff would get the vaccine before it was offered to the public in [by] 2004, ABC said.' [So what use would this be for an imminent Iraq war??]

(BBC Ceefax, p.108)

Once in place, the plans can easily be converted to compulsion, especially with the emerging police state in the USA.

'YEMEN MISSILES TO BE RETURNED[ TO YEMEN], SAYS US

'The US has said a shipment of 15 Scud missiles seized in the Arabian Sea will be returned to Yemen.

'The US defended its right to "stop and search", but admitted the North Korean ship's cargo, was legal, White House spokesman Ari Fleischer said.

'Yemen lodged complaints to the US and Spain over the interception of the ship by the Spanish navy.

'The missiles were for Yemen's army, foreign minister Abubakr al-Qirbi said.'

(BBC Ceefax, p.109)

So why were they hidden, and the ship sailing without a flag? Or were they?

12 December 02

"Total Information Awareness": this is the Pentagon's latest hi-tech scheme for establishing an all-seeing Orwellian state. (BBC News 24 at 5am)

'US EYES BIG BROTHER PLAN IN TERROR WAR

'The US is looking into hi-tech ways of monitoring what its population is up to in the fight against terrorism.

'A team at the Pentagon is working on plans to collect as much data as they can about everyone in the United States.

'It includes doctors' records, bank deposits, e-mails, travel sales, phone conversations, subscriptions and more.

'The aim is to catch people intending to carry out terrorist crimes, said Under Secretary of Defence, Pete Aldridge.'

(BBC Ceefax, 12 Dec. 02, p.154)

And "terrorist crimes" will soon be any activity the state disagrees with. Apart from the obvious police-state aspect, this news seems also to represent the advance of the military into and over society. Sc. the Northern Command?

'IRAQ DISMISSES AL-QAEDA NERVE GAS CLAIM

'Claims that Iraq may have given nerve gas to militants linked to al-Qaeda are "ridiculous", an Iraqi general has said.

'Lt Gen Hossein Mohammed Amin dismissed a report in the Washington Post.

'The US newspaper said that members of the Asbat al-Ansar group may have obtained VX nerve gas in Iraq.

'Lt Gen Amin, chief Iraqi officer who deals with UN inspectors, said it was a "ridiculous assumption" as "they know we have no prohibited substances.".'

(BBC Ceefax, 12 Dec. 02, p.110)

Cf. John King, David Ensor, '[US] Officials: No hard evidence in nerve agent report', CNN online, 12 Dec. 02. It's surprising to see the right-wing CNN dismissing a line in cabalistic agitprop apparently reproduced by the liberal Washington Post.

'N KOREA TO RESTART REACTOR

'N Korea has sparked fears of a nuclear crisis by saying it will reactivate a frozen nuclear programme once feared to have been linked to arms development.

'a dismayed S Korea urged its reclusive neighbour to reverse the decision, made in reaction to a winter power shortage.

'The announcement followed the seizure and release of a ship carrying North Korean Scud missiles to Yemen.'

(ITV Teletext, 12 Dec. 02, p.312)

Score one for the US cabal's campaign for the destruction of the Catholic Church.

'[HENRY] KISSINGER LEAVES SEPT 11 INVESTIGATION

'... Dr Kissinger had been criticised for possible conflicts of interest relating to clients of his consulting firm. [see 'Kissinger Denies Client Conflicts', Washington Post, 2 Dec. 02. The nature of the conflicts wasn't specified.]

'Democrats said commissioners must obey Congress rules on financial disclosures.

[George Mitchell, the vice-chairman, also resigned.]

'The commission will investigate any intelligence, aviation, immigration or other lapses related to September 11.'

(BBC Ceefax, 13 Dec. 02, p.106)

The International Atomic Energy Authority 'is to inspect new [nuclear] plants being built in Iran. ... The Iranian government insisted all its nuclear activities were "for non-military fields."' (Ibid, p.109)

The US [who else?] accused Iran of having a secret weapons programme. See below, under 15 Dec.

'MASS US SMALLPOX JAB PROGRAMME UNVEILED

'... Some 500,000 members of the US military are to be vaccinated — including Mr Bush, as commander-in-chief.

'Other US personnel in what are described as high-risk parts of the world are to be in the first wave of inoculations.

'Mr Bush denied a biological attack is imminent, but said it was prudent to prepare for the possibility.'

(BBC Ceefax, 13 Dec. 02, p.111)

It would be sensible for the cabal not to include any "ulterior ingredients" in this first wave of jabs, if they intend that for the mass of the public.

'US INTERVENES IN VENEZUELA PROTESTS

'The US is urging Venezuela to hold early elections to resolve the economic crisis caused by a general strikes against President Hugo Chavez. ...

'Organisers of the strike, which has now entered its 12th day, say the protest over claims of economic mismanagement will continue until Mr Chavez resigns.

'Mr Chavez denies the claims, and says opponents are trying to stage a coup.'

'Police in Jordan have arrested two men with links to a top a;-Qaeda operative for killing a US diplomat in October, officials have said.

Right, let's rampage through Jordan!

'FBI HAS THWARTED 100 ATTACKS

'Nearly 100 terrorist attacks have been thwarted since September 11, 2001, the FBI's director Robert Mueller says.

'But he warns that many potential terrorists remain at large in the United States.

'"We will be at war until we make certain that every member of al-Qaeda is incapacitated in his or her ability to harm the United States," he said.'

(ITV Teletext, p.313)

In other words, permanent war.

'NAVAL TASK FORCE BOUND FOR GULF IN 2003

'A Royal Navy task force is to visit the Gulf early in 2003 amid growing expectations of a possible armed conflict with Saddam Hussein.

'The Ministry of Defence said it was part of a long-planned exercise, ending in the Asia-Pacific region. [Yeah, maybe they'll do their royal bit to knock off North Korea next. :-)]

'It will involve six vessels, including the aircraft carrier Ark Royal, a destroyer, a frigate and a submarine.

'Some 2,600 military personnel [marines] are also reported to be due to set sail.'

(BBC Ceefax, 15 Dec. 02, p.106)

'HINDU NATIONALISTS WIN [GUJARAT] INDIAN ELECTION

'India's ruling Hindu nationalist party has won a watershed election in a state with a history of racial conflict.

'The opposition Congress party conceded defeat after early counting showed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was well ahead in the western state of Gujarat.

'The election was held after bloody Hindu-Muslim clashes in February and March left more than 1,000 people dead.

'The BJP had campaigned on a hardline Hindu fundamentalist platform.'

(BBC Ceefax, 15 Dec. 02, p.122)

The province used new electronic voting.

The BJP and allied hardline fronts are said to want to use Gujarat as a laboratory for the subordination of the Muslims to Hindu culture — and, who knows, ultimately their ethnic cleansing. The BJP is the Indian version of the new right, ostensibly just centre-right, which is emerging worldwide, and which represents the new fascism or right-totalitarianism. These movements are often "fundamentalist" — "Christian" in the case of the USA's ruling spectrum. The latter clearly recognise in the BJP a "fellow traveller", and strategically collaborate" with it to some extent (in "Pakky-bashing").

About two-thirds of the seats in Gujarat went to the BJP, reinforcing their hold on the province.

'Washington has given the CIA permission to kill people on a list of accused terrorists, it has been reported.

'The New York Times says George Bush allowed the killing of the leaders of al-Qaeda and affiliated groups if they cannot be captured.

'Senator Joseph Biden, chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, said the policy was "totally appropriate".

'"These are combatants of war. And I find no difficulty with it," he added.'

Colin Powell has found "problems" with Iraq's arms declaration, saying it appears "suspect". 'He said he expected the US release its full assessment of the document to the UN later this week.' (BBC Ceefax, p.109; ITV Teletext, p.305)

'FOUR GUILTY OF INDIA PARLIAMENT ATTACK

'Four people have been found guilty by a court in India on charges related to an attack on the parliament in Delhi.

'Three were convicted of waging war on the state and the fourth of aiding and abetting those who launched the attack.

'Nine people were shot dead when five gunmen entered the parliamentary grounds last year. [December 2001. Also, there was a massive truck bomb that failed to explode.]

'India blamed the attack on Pakistan — a charge which was denied by Pakistan.'

(BBC Ceefax, 16 Dec. 02)

Nothing about who the people were in this Ceefax report.

The above event was India's answer to 9/11. It was probably concocted by the ruling BJP as an excuse to bash Pakistan, and to bring in repressive laws (just as the original was to set up a US police state and Middle East oil empire). That truck bomb conspicuously didn't explode — the BJP were not prepared to blow themselves up in pursuit of their aims, of course!

'CND IRAQ WAR [LEGAL] CHALLENGE FAILS

'A CND [Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament] bid for a High Court declaration that it would be against international law for the UK to wage war against Iraq without a new UN resolution has failed.

'Three judges ruled that the court had no power of interpretation ['no jurisdiction' over, BBC Ceefax] of the UN resolution on Iraq's disarmament.

'CND argued at a two-day hearing last week that there was currently no clear mandate to launch hostilities.'

(ITV Teletext, p.306)

'US EXERCISES IN GULF END

'The US military's computer-assisted exercise in the Gulf has ended.

'The exercises, thought to be for war with Iraq, began on December 9 and involved thousands of senior officers and staff around the world.

'It was to test the ability of the US Central Command to control a war from a portable HQ [!] that was deployed to Qatar last month.'

(ITV Teletext, 17 Dec. 02, p.307/1)

Britain is to co-operate with the American "son of star wars" missile defence. The early warning system at Fylingdales is to be made available (for a start). Some question why it is needed in this post Cold War age, and when "rogue state" missiles are (as yet) incapable of reaching the US or Britain.

To protect the Anglo-Saxon Evil Empire from the reactions as its American leader takes over the world.

'[BRITISH] POLICE CHARGED AFTER CHILD PORN RAIDS

'Fifty police officers are being investigated — eight of whom have been charged — as suspected users of child pornography sites on the internet.

'Details of the police suspects emerged as 32 other people were held in raids[ in London].

'In total, the names of 1,200 suspected paedophiles have been given to detectives by police in the US. [Is it 1,200? Or 2,400? Or 7,200? The figures flap about like a flag in a storm.]

'Around 250,000 paedophiles worldwide were traced last year through credit cards used to download child porn.'

(BBC Ceefax, 17 Dec. 02, p.110)

The previous "total worldwide figure" I heard was 75,000, in October, from the US Postal Inspection Service's "Operation Avalanche" — itself a vast increase on the approx. 7,000 from Operation Candyman (announced last March).

Can we get a progressively increasing productivity figure for "paedophile suspects"? One million in 2003, say, five million in 2004, twenty million in 2005 ... an industrial growth rate which will be the envy of the "uncivilised world"?

'NHS [Britain's National Health Service] BUYS AMERICAN BLOOD PLASMA COMPANY

'The [British] Government has bought up an American firm supplying blood products for the National Health Service.

'Officials say buying the company for £50m is the best way of securing a safe long-term supply of plasma.

'A BBC correspondent says the smaller US companies which pay donors for blood are being taken over by other firms supplying customers other than the NHS.

'The use of British blood supplies is limited by the risk of vCJD[ variant CJD].

'BUSH URGED TO DECLARE BREACH

'US President George Bush's advisers say he should declare Iraq in violation of a United Nations resolution on disarmament, officials have said.

'Mr Bush is being briefed on the available options in response to Saddam Hussein's 12,000-page arms declaration.

'Officials said his national security team had concluded the dossier on mass destruction weapons was full of holes.

(ITV Teletext, p.305)

Holes big enough to drive a tank through, as one of them wittily put it. The puppet king's evil advisers include Condoleeza Rice, the key National Security adviser, who is always forward to concoct excuses, no matter how full of holes, to conquer the Middle East.

And now the agitprop campaign has shifted into high gear again ...

'AL-QAEDA CAMPS "REACTIVATED"

'New foot soldiers are streaming into al-Qaeda training camps that have been recently reactivated in eastern Afghanistan, a UN report has warned. ["The Red Army is streaming out of Moscow" towards America, as they said in His Girl Friday.]

'While Osama bin Laden's financial network has been mostly dismantled, his terror network still enjoys significant support, the study on the group said.

'Operatives may be present in up to 40 countries, experts said.'

(ITV Teletext, 18 Dec. 02, p.310)

And — surprise, surprise — the head of this UN "study" has an English name (Michael something-or-other). A loyal servant, perhaps, of the upcoming American Anglo-Saxon empire.

COMRADES! THE HOUR OF DECISION IS UPON US! The fascist hordes of Saddam Qaeda have become so brazen, that the situation can no longer be tolerated ...

And it can't.

Some further offerings from the "mad-dog" bandwagon today:-

'TERROR ATTACK IN UK "HIGHLY PROBABLE"

'Small pockets of al-Qaeda terrorists are operating in the UK and are likely to launch an attack at some stage, according to a senior Whitehall source.

'It is thought such an attack, described as having "high probability", would probably target the transport system. [Now here is an opportunity to explain away the deficiencies of the transport system. "It's due to the necessary security measures, comrades ..."]

'The terrorists could use planes, unsophisticated chemical warfare or high-explosives, the sources said.

'But there was no "specific warning or general alert" at present.'

(BBC Ceefax, 18 Dec. 02, p.105)

Seven more men, of North African origin, have been arrested in Edinburgh and London in unspecified connection with terrorism. (Ibid, p.106)

'STRAW SLAMS IRAQ ARMS DOSSIER AS FALSE

'Saddam Hussein's claims to have stopped developing weapons of mass destruction are an "obvious falsehood", [British] Foreign Secretary Jack Straw has said.

'He said Iraq's declaration to the UN was not "the full and complete" version [!!! And WHO was responsible for THAT?] and there were some "obvious omissions".

'The White House said President Bush was also "concerned" about Iraqi omissions concerning its weapons programme.

'Tony Blair told MPs "most people" would be sceptical about the declaration. [Speak for yourself, Possessed Puppet.]

(BBC Ceefax, 18 Dec. 02, p.107)

Jack Straw, having originally wavered (after 9/11) seems since to have decisively swung over to the cabal-puppet camp, and is now apparently even trying to outdo his Draculistic masters in militant agitation.

'A range of military options are being planned for possible war with Iraq, but a conflict is not inevitable, the [British] Defence Secretary [Geoff Hoon] has told the [House of] Commons ...' (Ibid, p.108)

'The Government has said that a vote by MPs on military action in Iraq would be irresponsible if the safety of forces required an element of surprise. ...' (Ibid, p.109/1)

'DOSSIER BREACHES UN MANDATE, US [Colin Powell] SAYS

'Iraq's arms dossier amounts to a material breach of the UN resolution, Colin Powell has said.

'The US Secretary of State said US experts [like the CIAgitprop boys] had found it to be "anything but accurate, full or complete".

'It contained systematic omissions — most brazen of all [!!!] was its denial of any prohibited arms, he said.

'War was not inevitable but Iraq had "totally missed" the opportunity to meet a peaceful solution.'

(BBC Ceefax, p.104)

What Powell means, is that war is not yet feasible, because the troop build-up in the Middle East is as yet insufficient, so the administration will stall for a while.

'Iraq has failed to meet its obligations as set out in the United Nations resolution, [British Foreign Secretary] Jack Straw has said ...' (Ibid, p.106)

'Iraq's arms dossier contains relatively little evidence on programmes of weapons of mass destruction, chief UN weapons inspector Hans Blix has said. ...' (Ibid, p.106)

'Iraq has rejected US accusations that it was in breach of the UN resolutions ...' (Ibid, p.107)

'BUSH SETS US ON COURSE FOR WAR

"President Bush will declare Iraq has violated a UN resolution on disarmament and set the US on a course for possible [!] war early next year, sources have said.

'Senior officials said the decision was part of an intense diplomatic campaign and not an immediate trigger for war.

'The administration is not likely to decide whether [!] to go to war until late January or early February, they added.'

'COLOMBIAN EMBASSY CLOSES

'The British Embassy in Colombia has closed following a "specific threat", the Foreign Office has said.

'It will remain shut until the New Year ...

'Other embassies in the capital Bogota are also thought to have been threatened.'

(ITV Teletext, 19 Dec. 02, p.308)

Might the US be intending to use Colombia as a back door to invade Venezuela?

21 Dec: 'COLOMBIA[:] Sweden and Canada are following the example of Britain and closing their embassies in Bogota next week amid security fears.' (ITV Teletext, p.318)

'BLIX ACCUSES UK AND US [of not providing enough intelligence ...]

'The UN's chief arms inspector accused the US and British governments of not providing enough intelligence to help his team search for weapons in Iraq.

'Dr Hans Blix said his inspectors were not receiving the support they needed from the western powers.

'He called on the governments to "tell us sites where they are convinced they keep some weapons of mass destruction ...'

(ITV Teletext, p.303)

'... "You really need an indication of where things are stored — if they [the US and UK] know" [Blix said].

'The US says it will give "high quality intelligence" to the UN mission.'

(BBC Ceefax, 20 Dec. 02, p.105)

"Truth is always consistent with itself, and needs nothing to help it out. It is always near at hand, and sits upon our lips, and is ready to drop out before we are aware; whereas a lie is troublesome, and sets a man's invention upon the rack, and one trick needs a great many more to make it good[ my emphasis]."

'Hundreds held in US round-up of immigrants'

'Hundreds of men of Middle Eastern descent have been detained in the United States, many on minor visa violations, after they complied with an anti-terrorism law ordering them to register with immigration authorities. ...

'... most of the detentions occurred in California. ...

'... By far the largest number of detentions, estimated by witnesses as exceeding 500, were in Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County in California, an area with many Iranian exiles.

'One lawyer said that he saw Los Angeles authorities running out of handcuffs as they rounded up men trying to comply with a deadline on Monday for males from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan and Syria. Men from another 15 countries including Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have to register by January 10. ...

'Legal sources said they believed that the problem in southern California was because a new acting immigration chief was terrified of seeing his career ruined if he released the wrong person. ...'

(The Times, 20 Dec. 02, p.16)

21 December 02

US AND UK "TO SUPPLY INTELLIGENCE TO ARMS INSPECTORS"

'UN arms inspectors have resumed the hunt for banned weapons in Iraq after being promised secret data on the stockpiles from Britain and the US.

'[British] Government officials said intelligence is being handed to the UN team after it urged them to produce evidence on arms.

'And the US said the inspectors would be given "whatever intelligence is necessary" to find any hidden weapons.'

(ITV Teletext, p.304)

'LEAVE VENEZUELA, BRITONS TOLD

'Britons should leave Venezuela unless they have urgent reason to remain, the Foreign Office has warned.

'The advice was issued as a result of the political crisis and the worsening security situation in the country.

'Families of British diplomats and non-essential members of staff in Venezuela will be withdrawn, a Foreign Office statement added.'

(ITV Teletext, 21 Dec. 02, p.310)

This thus does seem to be in tandem with Colombia, where the British government announced the temporary closure of the British embassy two days ago after a "specific" (but unspecified) "threat" to it (above 19 Dec.).

Possibly we are to see a simultaneous conquest of America's principal oil suppliers in the Middle East and South America.

'[SUNDAY ]EXPRESS[ newspaper:] A death squad from America's CIA arrived in Britain on a mission to "eliminate" al-Qaeda suspects.' (Also reported in the Star.) (ITV Teletext, p.326)

'The US has called for United Nations weapons inspectors in Iraq to be conducted more aggressively.

'National Security Adviser, Condoleeza Rice, wants the UN to more than double inspectors from 100 to up to 300 ...'

(BBC Ceefax, p.308)

And she didn't even bother to make the Bush-puppet's mouth go open and shut to the words.

'North Korea has confirmed it has begun removing UN monitoring devices at an atomic reactor suspected of being part of its nuclear weapons programme ...' (Ibid, p.105)

Either the country's trying to set itself up as the next American target, or ...

'JOURNALIST KILLED BY US TANK IN KUWAIT

'A French journalist has died a day after being run over by a US army tank on live-firing exercises in Kuwait.

'Patrick Bourrat, a TF1 TV journalist, was hit by the tank after leaping in front of it to save his cameraman from being run over, the French Embassy said. ...'

(BBC Ceefax, 22 Dec. 02, p.115)

It could have been an accident. Or a message to all pesky, truth-seeking reporters to stay the other side of the smokescreen. And perhaps too, US Central Command are in competition with the Israeli military's murders of UN personnel.

In Tommy Franks' Middle East proconsulship, will we see the arbitrary, terroristic rule which will be the trailblazer for America itself?

'PALESTINIANS POSTPONE GENERAL ELECTION

'Palestinian leaders have postponed indefinitely January's general election because of "Israel's reoccupation" of West Bank cities.

'Ministers said it would be impossible to hold elections at the current time.

'They would be held immediately after "occupation forces" had pulled back to positions held before the Palestinian uprising began in September 2000.

'The January 20 election was called amid global pressure for Palestinian reforms.'

(BBC Ceefax, 22 Dec. 02, p.104)

"AMERICA'S NEW MIDEAST EMPIRE", by Eric S. Margolis (on Foreign Correspondent.com) seems a perspicacious analysis of the US oil cabal's plans for the region.

The cabal's intentions are to control the main oil countries of the Middle East (and probably to deal with Israel's enemies too — though I would think this is secondary); and possibly to partition Saudi Arabia, occupying the oil-producing region by the Persian Gulf, leaving the Islamic shrines to an "independent" state.

But I question Margolis's idea that the Palestinians will be made 'a self-governing but isolated native reservation surrounded by Israeli forces'. I suspect that only ethnic cleansing will ultimately satisfy the Israeli right, with the Palestinians initially being driven into Jordan (and Egypt?).

'US AND ISRAEL WILL STAGE JOINT EXERCISES

'Israel is to stage a joint exercise with the United States in preparation for a possible attack by [or rather on?] Iraq.

'Up to 1,000 US troops are expected in Israel this week, with American-made Patriot anti-missile batteries.

'The aim is to integrate the Patriot system with Israel's newer Arrow anti-missile system.

'Israel fears Iraq could respond to any US strike with missiles carrying chemical or biological warheads.'

(BBC Ceefax, 22 Dec. 02, p.106)

Israel has offered to be a conduit to US forces attacking Iraq, so this could be what's going on (rather than "biochem defence" bullshit).

'USA[:] The Patriot Act — passed after the September 11 terror attacks — is the biggest threat to democracy in America, Muslim leaders in California said.' (ITV Teletext, 22 Dec. 02, p.318)

'KEY AL-QAEDA TERRORIST [was] "CAUGHT BY UAE"

'The United Arab Emirates has claimed the credit for handing over a senior al-Qaeda terrorist to America.

'Abd-al-Rahim al-Nashiri, identified as Osama bin Laden's chief official in the [Persian] Gulf, was arrested in October for terrorism, according to UAE officials.

'He has subsequently been passed on to American authorities.

'Al-Nashiri is wanted for the bombing of the US warship Cole in Yemen, which killed 19 soldiers two years ago.'

(BBC Ceefax, p.124)

'US SAYS IT CAN FIGHT IRAQ AND N KOREA

'The US Secretary of Defence has warned North Korea not to exploit US attention on Iraq to pursue its own quest for nuclear weapons.

'Donald Rumsfeld said: "If they do, it will be a mistake".

''"We are capable of fighting two major regional foreign conflicts," he told a Pentagon briefing.

'North Korea has begun removing seals and cameras at a nuclear reactor closed eight years ago in a deal with the US.'

(BBC Ceefax, 23 Dec. 02)

24 December 02

'IRAQI ARMS "COULD BE IN SYRIA"

'Iraq could have moved its chemical and biological weapons to Syria, according to Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.

'He said Israel had received information that "weapons Saddam wanted to hide — chemical weapons, biological weapons — were indeed transferred to Syria".

'But Sharon, who did not indicated where the information came from, admitted it had not been fully verified.' (ITV Teletext, p.304)

Unfortunately for Sharon, the US cabal does not share with its Israeli counterpart a view of Syria as a principal target or enemy. For the US cabal Syria is secondary; it will sometime want to remove the Baathist regime there in order to secure the borders of its Middle East oil empire. Sharon & Co. will have to be patient.

'N KOREA "COULD MAKE 55 A-BOMBS A YEAR"

'North Korea's reactors could one day produce plutonium for 55 nuclear bombs a years, a US official [who else?] has said. ...

'The official said the existing Yongbyon reactor would produce enough plutonium for one bomb a year.

'But two unfinished reactors could increase the total to 55, he added.'

(BBC Ceefax, 24 Dec. 02, p.108)

25 December 02

'The new Archbishop of Canterbury [head of the British Anglican state church] has used his first Christmas radio message to criticise politicians for their readiness to go to war.

'In what is seen as a warning against conflict with Iraq, Dr Rowan recalled the biblical tale of the Three Wise Men to mock political strategists.

'Despite their sophistication, they end up killing innocent people, he said.

'His speech followed several appeals by church leaders against war with Iraq.'

(BBC Ceefax, p.111)

The Catholic Archbishop of Westminster, Murphy-O'Connor, had a similar message.

26 December 02

USA[:] CIA interrogators have used "stress and duress" techniques on prisoners in Afghanistan that "blur the line between legal and inhumane", it is claimed.' (ITV Teletext, p.318)

'USA[:] The CIA has been accused of handing al-Qaeda suspects over to foreign intelligence agencies, where they can be tortured.' (Ibid, later)

'N KOREA HITS OUT AT US

'North Korea has accused Washington of using the nuclear weapons row as an excuse for mounting an invasion.

'The state-controlled news agency warned that the US is "rushing headlong into extremely dangerous confrontation". ...'

(ITV Teletext, p.305)

28 December 02

Here's how to get China through North Korea:

'West urges China to bring North Koreans into line'

'Britain and America protested strongly to China this week over its failure to curb North Korea's nuclear programme. ...

'At the stormy [diplomatic] meetings, Chinese officials showed themselves to be reluctant to join the international diplomatic effort to contain North Korea. ...

'China is said to be North Korea's closest ally and Beijing has so far refused openly to condemn Pyongyang over the recent reactivation of its nuclear programme. ...

'... authority for North Korea policy in Beijing is split between the foreign ministry, which is more pro-Western, and the Communist Party, which is keen to preserve ideological bonds with its neighbour. In the current climate, the foreign ministry is seen as relatively weak and the International Department of the party as quite strong. ...'

(The Times, 28 Dec. 02, p.12)

'YEMENI POLITICIAN MURDERED AFTER SPEECH

'A gunman has shot and killed the deputy leader of the main Yemeni opposition party minutes after he made a speech.

'Jarallah Omar, deputy secretary-general of the Yemeni Socialist Party, had been at a meeting of the Islamic Reform Party, which is also in opposition. ...

'His suspected attacker, whose motive is not yet clear, was arrested by police.'

(BBC Ceefax, 28 Dec. 02, p.119)

Yemen is one of the US cabal's staging posts for the construction of a Middle East oil empire. The Yemeni government is a cabal collaborator, and duly has carte blanche to pop its opponents off.

29 December 02

'TERROR-HIT AREAS [in Britain] "TO BE CORDONED OFF"

'The police and armed forces would be given new powers to evacuate or quarantine large parts of London and other UK cities under planned new laws.

'The special powers are likely to form part [!] of a "civil contingencies" bill to be published shortly, The Times [of London] reports.

'The aim would be to throw "health cordons" around areas hit by biological attack to stop people spreading disease.

'Live ammunition could be used in major cases of unrest, the report said.'

(BBC Ceefax, p.104)

The American Satanic gangster cabal is the disease which threatens to crush and enslave the world. It drew up city-corralling plans for the USA early this year. Its British monkey-puppets are belatedly copying it.

The cabal may well intend to unleash death and destruction on the world as a cocktail of diseases under the cloak of smallpox. Non-Western nations will find that their own anti-smallpox antidotes/vaccines do not work against this cocktail.

Their Western counterparts will of course contain the necessary remedies for the Apocalypse-cocktail. (The serum being administered to US military and medical personnel must already contain them, unless they are to be administered later as "booster shots".)

In this way the target lands of conquest can be fatally undermined.

And the city-corralling plans will be useful for controlling Western (Anglo-Saxon) populations too who revolt against the intended tyranny.

'... The scheme, which would require changes to the civil contingencies bill, was given a cautious welcome by the Tories[ the opposition Conservative party].' (ITV Teletext, 29 Dec. 02, p.308)

31 December 02

'MoD DENIES AL-QAEDA CLAIM

'The [British] Ministry of Defence has denied US reports that al-Qaeda detainees are being held on the British territory of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean.

'The issue was raised by veteran Labour MP Tam Dalyell (Linlithgow) in a letter to the Defence Secretary Geoff Hoon.

'But a Ministry of Defence spokeswoman said: "It is completely untrue. There is no substance in it at all."

(ITV Teletext, p.310)

If the Defence Ministry's denial is dissimulation, it may mean that Britain has copied the US cabal's trick of holding prisoners (possibly for trial by US military tribunal) outside of national jurisdiction, i.e. to evade constitutional safeguards which would otherwise inconvenience the warders.

'NO ARGUMENT [YET!] FOR FORCE AGAINST IRAQ — UN

'Kofi Annan has said he sees no reason for using force against Iraq before UN arms inspectors publish their report on Iraqi weaponry in late January.

'"I don't see an argument for a military action now," the UN Secretary General told Israel's Army Radio. ...'

(BBC Ceefax, 31 Dec. 02)

'USA[:] Officials have identified and are monitoring about 15 cargo ships around the world that are believed to be controlled by al-Qaeda, reports said. (ITV Teletext, 31 Dec. 02, p.318)

'YEMEN[:] Investigators say a man held in connection with the killing of three US missionaries may be linked to al-Qaeda.' (Ibid.)

The US oil cabal seems definitely to be targeting Yemen, as part of Operation Surround-the-Arabian-Oilfields, presumably.
