My growing suspicion is that a faction within the U.S. establishment is responsible for the current terrorist onslaught, which it intends to use as the pretext for laying the foundations of a world police state and / or a coup-d'etat within the U.S.A.
It was responsible for the destruction of the World Trade Center and the other associated attacks. it seems likely that it used Islamic terrorists who believed they were working for a Middle Eastern terrorist organization.
It may also be responsible for the downing of the Russian airliner with 66 Israeli passengers in the Black Sea, and possibly be connected with other suggestions or hints of terrorism. The explosion of the chemical plant in southernn France was probably an accident, but it could have planted the body of an Arab in a 'suicide suit' which was found there; but the isolated human anthrax case in Florida may simply be the mass media jumping on the publicity bandwagon.
This postulated faction must include at least part of the CIA. The 'evidence' and 'proof' currently being bandied about [on] the responsibility of Osama bin Laden's organization comes, apparently uniquely, from the CIA, as does the 'satellite reconnisance data' of 'an accidental Ukrainian missile strike on the Russian airliner. (The motivesin this latter case are not very clear, beyond a general stirring of dissention between Russia, the Ukraine and Israel.)
This postulated faction may include personnel of the FBI, the military, (and other organizations) too.
The leader of the postulated faction may possibly believe, in the current religious-revivalist atmosphere, that he the Antichrist (or another character from the Christian 'pantheon'). [but he surely doesn't believe he's one of the good guys? (1 Nov. 01)] In relaity he is -- if he succeeds -- the first of the Spenglerian proto-Caesars (like Marius or Sulla).
This person or faction may also have been responsible for the 'accidental' bombing of the Chinese embassy in Belgrade in 1999. Of all the buildings which could have been hit, this was the second-worst target (the worst being, of course, the Russian embassy). The object here was presumably to trigger World War Three, or at least a sufficient upheaval to act as the pretext for a coup d'etat and the establishment of a despotism. If this was the case, this attempt miserably failed. But in this case it shows the unlimited ruthlessness of the faction: a large part of the world's population would have been killed in the most extreme case.
FBI terrorists? 11 Oct. 01
The FBI seems to be striving to create a general atmosphere of fear with its non-speciifc predictions of 'terror attacks' (within the next few days). It is difficult to believe that the whole U.S. security apparatus is consciously involved in conspiracy. Is there a small group within it that is skilfully maneouvring the rest" Is there 'a CIA within the CIA' and an FBI within the FBI? This would be thirty years of conspiracy movies come true (or the truth at last unveiled) (but after all these began from the relaity of Watergate).
Assuming that the FBI's analysis of the 'Florida anthrax spores' is genuine (i.e. that they are a 'man-made' strain first developed in an unnamed US laboratory in the 1950s for 'research purposes'), there might seem some hope of exposing such a conspiracy. [Note: but nothing has yet come of investigations into airline share dealings prior to Sept. 11, some of which have been dismissed as 'coincidence' / explained away.]
The security apparatus's machinations seem to be for the creating of a suitable atmosphere in which it can get away with the laying of the foundations of a police state, both in the U.S.A. and abroad. But to be effective, they will have to actually stage fresh atrocities.

The CIA -- a particular section of it -- was responsible for the deliberate bombing of China's Belgrade embassy, according to reports I have now read. This was said to be the only site targeted by the CIA, and the bombing mission was independent of the 900-odd NATO bombing missions. 'The Counter-Proliferation Division within the CIA is known for its opposition to Clinton's China policy. The CIA's regular targeting office -- the Central Targeting support staff -- was not consulted about the mission. Instead the Counter-Proliferation Division forwarded the target information to U.S. forces.' The 'real' reason for the attack was said to be that the embassy was relaying Yugoslav army radio messages [during the Kosovo campaign].

It appears that the faction has begun its coup-d'etat by spreading anthrax in the Congress and closing the House of Reps. The fact that the Democratic House leader and his staff were targeted seems to be evidence of the group's right-wing nature.
-- It was the Democratic leader of the Senaate* who was targeted. (This is the House with the bare Democrat majority.) However it is the House of Reps. that is being closed 'for 5 days'.
The office of the New York governor in Manhattan has also been attacked with anthrax.
The 'Florida connexion' seems a crude attempt to incriminate the Democrats. The anthrax letters (many of them) appear to come from Florida, where some of the Trade Center attackers were based, and where one of them was supposed to have enquired about a crop-spraying plane. A couple of weeks ago a Pakistani newspaper reported Bin Laden as saying that he believed that the Trade Center attacks were carried out by 'Florida Jews' as revenge for Bush's acquisition of the Presidency (Florida was the split-vote State on which the outcome of the Presidential election hinged).
But this is no good reason why it should be Florida 'Jews' or Democrats who are behind the attacks [those 'offended against' are seldom the best qualified to organize revenge].
Thus the 'Florida connexion' seems a crude attempt to draw people's attention to this idea.
[Note added 1 Nov. 01:-] And now we here a story, apparently from the FBI, that police in Florida intercepted a group of 'Middle-Eastern' men who had plans of a nuclear power station on them. The FBI was said to be furious that the police released the men. (Channel 5 news, 5.30 p.m.). (So there is no proof that these men even existed.)
Why Florida again? Why would foreign terrorists have an obsession with Florida in particular? Again, this seems a crude attempt to smear the Democrats with the origin of the terror attacks.
'ANTHRAX ATTACK COULD BE CONSPIRACY

Yesterday U.S. vice-President Dick Cheney said that the 'war against terrorism' may go on for the rest of our lives, and that (some) liberty will have to be sacrificed for the sake of 'security'.
Today there is a story (ITV midday news) that the Congress (closed because of 'anthrax attacks') may be re-opened IN A MILITARY BASE!! How long will it be before the opposition are all lined up against a wall and shot?
Totalitarianism, having been first practised in non-Western nations on the back of the Marxist ideology which originated in the West, now comes home to roost in the West.

Clearly, Congress has not succumbed to being imprisoned on a military base, but has resumed its business at the Capitol (to some extent). But the 'anthrax coup' proceeds apace, with the Supreme Court the latest government organ to be (temporarily) closed. The conspiracy's agents are (presumably) systematically infiltrating all government agencies with this technique, perhaps planting bugs and computer spy programs -- and, say, explosives?
Bush and the gang (of ministers) are playing along with alacrity, giving me the impression that they are the active agents of it, though perhaps not the prime movers. Bush today signed an 'anti-terrorism' bill which enacts 'sweeping' new powers to act against non-citizens, conduct surveillance (including Internet tracking), etc. With such a useful man as the President at its disposal, there seems scarcely need for an overt coup-d'etat against democracy.
Watergate eat your heart out! You were a babe-in-arms compared to this!

The U.S. 'anti-terrorist' bill has given the CIA domestic investigative powers for the first time. Thus the conspiracy has begun to set up a legal basis for its projected police state.
'Western intelligence sources' (the CIA, who else?) have said (using British Channel 4 as their mouthpiece, and picked up on by the worthy London Times) that bin Laden and al Qaeda have acquired atomic bomb materials from Pakistan, and may possess, or be making, a crude atomic bomb (or two). In effect, the conspiracy is threatening atomic attack against its own countrymen if it is not allowed to proceed with its putsch. This is perhaps directed in particular at an exposé (by the Washington Post) that the anthrax sent to [Senate majority leader] tom Daschle was weapons-grade produced only in the U.S. So it is reported today (Channel 5 teletext) that the CIA and the FBI say they think the anthrax was sent by extremists not of bin Laden's organization (a compromise cover-up?).
The threat of small-scale atomic attack is nothing for people who were prepared to start World War III in 1999 (by bombing China's Belgrade embassy as a means of seizing power). [For the latter, see 'CIA-Instigated Bombing ...'.

Gray Davis, governor of California, claimed there was 'credible evidence' that terrorists were planning to attack key bridges during the rush hour. He initially named four Californian bridges, including the Golden Gate, but later stepped back, saying that the threat was to bridges in the western U.S. states in general, and the four named were possible examples. He even presented an exact timetable for the threat, viz. from 2 - 7 Nov. The 'Homeland Security Chief' [Tom Ridge] downplayed his comments.
Is Davis a Republican? Has one of the conspiracy's minions slipped his leash and become a loose cannon? His exact timetable seems almost a caricature of the Federal Gang's (also rather precise) one.
[No! He's a Democrat! Was the whole thing then a satire?]
I believe the FBI originally said they had no knowledge of this [threat] but were investigating. Now they say 'the credibility of the information, which came from another intelligence agency [my emphasis], [is] being checked'. (BBC Ceefax, 3 Nov. 01, at 1 a.m. GMT, p.142.)

'US NO NEARER TO SOLVING ANTHRAX MYSTERY
'The US has admitted it is still no nearer to tracking down the source of anthrax attacks that began a month ago.
'Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge said it was not known whether the incidents were the work of domestic criminals or overseas terrorists.
'"I am hopeful that the anthrax has stopped permanently," he said at a White House press conference. ...'

Ridge's effectively contradictary staements underline the regime's complicity. If he does not know who is behind it, he has no reason to be 'hopeful that the anthrax has stopped permanently'. Contrariwise, if he does have reason to be 'hopeful', it is because he does have a reasonable idea of who is behind it, and the fact that he denies it betrays his complicity.
(So Ridge has effectively announced the end of the domestic terrorist campaign.)
The fact that it is easy to see the regime's guilt is worrying; perhaps there is a deeper level of conspiracy under the layer we are meant to see. Or perhaps I've read too much detective fiction; there's no need to assume that such a conspiracy would be remarkably efficient, even if it is 100% ruthless.
'FBI SHAKE-UP TO AID ANTI-TERROR FIGHT
'A "wartime" reorganisation of the US Justice Department to improve the FBI's fight against terrorism has been announced by the Attorney General.

-- 'The war on terrorism will not be foughtt in Washington', Ashcroft said. Big A's gang are full of psychological slips! Logicaly, he should have said 'will not just be fought in Washington'. He gives away that the core of the terror-conspiracy is in Washington.
Is the 'reorganization' a step in setting up a police state? Or is it a purge of the FBI, a removal of elements who might otherwise threaten the conspiracy?
'GOLD MAY LIE UNDER SAUDI ARABIAN DESERT
'A new geological survey has suggested that gold and silver deposits may lie beneath the Saudi Arabian desert.

Anthrax was sent to the Democratic senator Patrick Leahy, chairman of the Senate judiciary committee, US TV networks report. It was postmarked 9 October, and contained a letter with similar handwriting to the one sent to Tom Daschle (and to the other two letters). It was part of a quarantined batch of mail being checked.

This appears to be another of the same batch sent to political offices. It was another attempted attack on a Democratic senator. Apparently the motive is to produce a Republican majority in the Senate, but there must be a dozen more effective and less spectacular ways of doing so, if professional[ killer]s are involved.

[US Defense Secretary] Donald Rumsfeld has shown the press a photograph of 'American special forces' (if so in disguise) on horseback in Afghanistan ('hunting al Qaeda'). This reminds me of Timothy Dalton in that Bond film set in Afghanistan. The American leadership are endeavouring to present a Hollywood--video-game--cartoon--strip substitute for reality to the public. 'Circus', in a word.
Al-Qaeda's 'second-in-command and heir-apparent', Muhammed Atar, has been 'killed in a bombing raid', according to the U.S. --- aka assassination. It will be necessary for the U.S. to murder the al Qaeda leadership (rather than bring them to open trial) to shut their mouths -- otherwise they will blow open the connections between themselves, the CIA and the U.S. executive government leaders. (They could of course be 'tried in camera' by the military tribunals or whatever, with bogus or heavily censored publication of court proceedings. But, otherwise, who are the tribunals for?

Pincer Movement on Middle East Oil 2 Dec. 01
Having secured Afghanistan, the American cabal is collaborating with the right-wing Israeli government.
It is no coincidence that Ariel Sharon has just returned from a visit to America. The techniques which he has avidently agreed to employ (use of enemy suicide bombers as an excuse) is the same as the [U.S.] cabal's use (presumably) of al Qaeda suicide fliers. (They are comrades-in-tachniques: both have used provocation politics to ride to or increase their power.)
The Israeli 'reaction' appears to be a retroactive response to terrorist attacks. How can we tell it isn't? Because
(a) Sharon has just been visiting America
(b) Bush has issued a Statement.
like the Sept. 11 attacks, the attacks on Israelis were a coordinated series of suicide bombings. Hamas has claimed responsibilty for one of them. How are they induced into it? Are they overtly presented with opportunities? Of course, the Israeli assassination of a Hamas leader was a strong provocation.
'The advocates of peace in the Middle East must rise up and fight terror', said Bush in a ploughshares-into-swords statement.
[Defense Secretary] Donald Rumsfeld, fresh from threatening Taleban troops with death if they do not surrender (which is no choice in this case), has backed up Bush's statement by saying that Israeli attacks would be self-defence, not revenge.
It hardly seems coincidence that the energy giant Enron has just filed for bankrupty. This is 'the biggest collapse in U.S. corporate history'. Enron appears to be a Texas / oil-based [in fact natural gas] enterprise, although it has branched out into multiple interests; its HQ is in Houston. I don't say, of course, that its collapse is directly related to the declining rate of discovery of world oil stocks! Does it have anything to do with declining(?) petroleum pumping in the U.S.?

An interim (6 months) Afghan government has been agreed to in Germany, with the leading Pashtun Hamid Karzai as its Prime Minister. Promptly the Americans tried to blow him up outside Kandahar with a 2000 lb satellite-guided bomb (supposedly misdirected) (copying, perhaps, Sharon's 'little messages' to Yassir Arafat). Or are they just trying to send him a (thinly-veiled) message ('you're our puppet or we'll kill you')?
The strike was supposedly called in by U.S. special forces on the ground. Three U.S. [Green-Beret] troops and 5 anti-Taleban [Afghan] soldiers weere also killed. Karzai got away with scratches.
The dead were c.100 metres from an explosion which, according to military spokesman Gen. Stufflebeem himself, (endangers life) up to 2000 (or 4000?) metres from it. An investigation has been announced. My God, the comfort we can draw from that!
-- There is an allegation (London Times<, 6 Dec. 01, p.14) that Karzai has done an amnesty deal with the Taleban leadership. Perhaps that's why the U.S. sent him a warning bomb.
The gang [i.e. cabal] may be trying to at once bug and destroy the free Internet, partly by a tidal wave of virulent viruses. This will be more effective if, as seems pretty likely, they have roped in Microsoft to their service. Hot on the heels of the 'BadTransB' spyrus comes the 'Goner' Windows virus, which attempts to destroy anti-virus software and is said to wreak havoc with email systems. It's so far struck 17 countries, with the US, UK and France worst hit.

U.S. 'special forces' (shamefully aided by British special forces, even as the UK government servilely assists the US) have helped in, or were even the main executors of the savage massacre of hundreds of Taleban PoWs near Mazar-e-Sharif. They called in USAF air strikes; a technique which was repeated for the intimidation of the newly-chosen Afghan PM, Hamid Karzai, yesterday.
Bush faces Ho. Reps. vote on fast-track approval for international trade deals which Congress can either accept or reject but not discuss.

If the anthrax envelopes sent to Democratic senators had been intended to kill them, wouldn't they have been made to look like business letters and marked 'private' or 'confidential' (or the U.S. equivs.) to try to ensure infection of the Senators themselves? Made up to look like letters from a child, the Senators (I assume) would be unlikely to open them personally.
The use of (artificially-engineered) anthrax is, anyway, a 'spectacular' form of attack as distinct from an efficient or practical one; it seems designed to draw great public attention first-and-foremost.
On the other hand, there may be no quiet efficient way of taking out Senators! If one Democratic Senator mysteriously dies today, one Republican Senator may do so tomorrow. By making a 'spectacular' attack, it may be possible to lay the blame on foreign terrorists (but this was presumably too exact an operation to let foreign terrorists actually handle it). The Republican administration have not been able to agree among themselves what the story is. [Vice President] Dick Cheney, for example, favoured al-Qaeda, while [attorney general] John Ashcroft, for example, favoured a domestic origin (he even used the term 'domestic conspiracy' on one occasion). The FBI, referring only to those envelopes which had letters in them, has (untenably) suggested a 'socially inadequate' individual. But nobody is yet ready to definitely lay blame anywhere (in radical contrast to the September 11 attacks).
'US ATROCITIES "PLANNED IN EUROPE"
'FBI officials believe none of the 1,000 people they rounded up in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks was linked to the outrages, it has been reported.
'Investigators now think the hijackings were planned in Europe and the terrorists had little help in the US.
'They also failed to link any of those in custody to Osama bin Laden's al Qaida group, newspaper USA Today said.'

The FBI has apparently admitted that all the arrests were wrongful.
However an excuse may have been laid for a future US attack on Europe (not necessarily military).
[President] Bush, speaking to US servicemen on the 60th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, said terrorists were the 'heirs to fascism ... with the same wield of power'. The present conflict was one between civilization and barbarism, he added.
The cabal's 'moral descriptions' of the enemy are, purely and simply, descriptions of themselves. They are talking about themselves.

While the British et al are organizing food-aid for hungry Afghans, the Americans have built a prison camp outsie Kandahar (BBC News 24, at 4 a.m.). This says much about the realpolitik of the situation.
U.S. Vice-President Cheney has suggested (-- !) a U.S. and British 'interim' security force to accompany the start of the new interim government in Kabul on 22 Dec. (Today's Financial Times etc)

The British government is dissolving into complete servility to the cabal. No sooer does Defence Minister Geoff Hoon say that bin Laden would not be handed over to the U.S., if captured by the British, because it would violate the European Convention on Human Rights (because the U.S. would execute him), than Prime Minister Blair contradicts him (saying he would be extradited), and Hoon is forced to retract his statement, saying it was a 'hypothetical' one.
The U.S. Democrats seem just as supine; the leadership supports uncritically the cabal's policies (Clinton speech for latest example).
Bush s now going to release a video tape of bin Laden (allegedly found in Afghanistan) which Bush says proves his responsibility for Sept. 11. This has been done after some debate in the U.S. leadership as to whether its release would compromise intellignce operations and publicise hidden messages, etc.
There's no point in discussing possible technical faking on such a tape before it has been seen. Rather ask the question, why would genuine evidence be released simulatneously with monthly anniversaries of Sept. 11? A previous tape (or was it the same one?) of 'bin Laden admitting his guilt' was announced in an 'exclusive' by the Sunday Telegraph coincident with the previous monthly anniversary.

The British government is declining to the level of a retinue of the U.S. cabal. 'The US Attorney General [Ashcroft] is to meet [Home Secretary] David Blunkett to discuss (sic] the legal measures being taken against the terrorists behind the [Sept. 11] attacks' (BBC Ceefax today).
Meanwhile, Zacarias Moussaoui, a French citizen of Moroccan descent, has been charged in connection with the attacks, the first person to be so charged. He will be tried by the Virginia Court. There are 6 charges, 4 carrying the death penalty, the U.S. Justice Dept. said. He was charged with multiple counts of conspiracy [!] including plans to use 'weapons of mass destruction', and to kill.
-- This comes shortly after the FBI said noone of the 1000-odd arrested had connexions with al-Qaeda.

They're all at it! Unknown gunmen, suggested to be Kashmiris, have attacked the Indian Parliament in New Delhi with guns, grenades, and a truck bomb (which didn't detonate).
a few weeks ago the Indian government enacted a law, imitative of the U.S. 'Patriot Act', for the detention without trial of terrorist suspects. It seems the Indian government -- is it a hard-right one? -- is getting in its own version of the U.S. cabal's one -- is this an orchestrated / fake attack, on cabalistic lines, to be used as an excuse for further suppression of freedom? Is it done with the approval and cooperation of the cabal, who will back it up? (Members of the U.S. government visited India a few weeks ago.)
India is no longer First Among the Independent National Democracies in Asia!
This video 'of bin Laden', so crude that it's hard to tell if its faked or not -- which is presumably the idea (i.e. if it is faked). Still, is this the best the Americans can produce, genuine or fake? They must be pretty desperate to release it. But then, so many are desperate to believe it; the alternative is too nasty to face up to.
Now if it were genuine, the U.S. government would be ashamed to release it; would realise the effect might be counter-productive; would try to get some better evidence. But convincing fakes are far harder to produce than a good-quality genuine article (though the latter might be harder to find).
Whatever the casem this video is worthless because it cannot be seen whether it is genuine or fake. It makes no difference to the state of play.

No! It will only reinforce the solidarity of those who want to believe, and those whom it suits to 'believe' it. It will help to polarize the world -- which is, in general, the path-to-power technique of our new Evil Empire.

The sordid depths which he (and his ministers) are prepared to sink in their -- voluntary -- U.S. puppetization. No-one with a single functioning brain cell could believe this drivel. This too throws light on his previous statements of having seen 'irrefutable proof' of bin Laden's guilt (curtesy, of course, of CIA agitprop).
But there is a dualism in my own ideas. Either al-Qeada are innocent fall guys of CIA Machiavellianism, or they are guilty, but cleverly-manipulated puppets of the same CIA (or elements within it). Some al-Qaeda, at least, would presumably, if they had had the opportunity, have carried out atrocities, if only they had had the coordination and information necessary to do this.

-- If this is true, Pakistan is using technniques analagous to the U.S. cabal's, and of course Pakistan is a U.S. satellite and the ISI may be subordinate to the CIA, so it might in fact be the CIA behind the attack. Sewing dissention so to profit, again?

Venezuela and Nigeria too are important oil producers. Is the cabal secretly encouraging the Venezuelan leader in his nutty 'socialist revolution from above', so that it will have an excuse to go in and pick up the pieces after the hoped-for conflict this may produce? (The revolution will only be stopped 'over my dead body', the president said in what seems a deliberate provocation to assassination attempts.)
Meanwhile, India has become demanding to Pakistan over the latter's 'harbouring of Islamic terrorist groups whom India claims were responsible for the attack on its Parliament building.
One of the keystone techniques of the cabal is the provocation of conflict within countries it wants to conquer, and between these countries and other countries. Salient among these [methods] (and the 'founding move') was the destruction of the World Trade Center. The killing of thousands of businessmen will be an excuse not just for little Afghanistan, of course, but (the cabal hopes) for many other countries, and beyond the Middle East too, with (evil) luck.
We may reasonably guess that the cabal is at the bottom of the curent intensification of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. A right-wing ally on the western flank of Middle East oil will do for a start (but the cabal moves with breakneck speed, so for how long?). CIA director Tenet's previous sponsership of the 'peace process' [June 2001] may well have been a cover for CIA machinations ...
Bush's recent statement about seeking al-Qaeda members in 'dozens' of countries gives America carte blanche to rampage through country after country, puppetizing them.
The US's continued blocking of the international biological weapons inspection treaty (in spite of its own pretended vehement opposition to such weapons) highlights the US's guilt in itself continuing to hold (and produce?) bioweapons. The material for the anthrax attacks is doubtless taken from this source.
Encouraged no doubt by cabalistic banditry, British legalism is collapsing apace. The police have plans to supply addicts with herion at pollice atations; the chief constable of N. Wales calls for the legalization of all drugs; the police (supported by deputy Prime Minister Prescott) are encouraging the News of the World's anti-paedophile lynch-mob publishings, and have called (in imitation of the new terrorist detention laws) for the locking up of paedophiles without trial. The police state is arriving in the UK.

According to Channel 4 News (7 p.m.), the FBI(?) are pursuing a commercial-connected possibility / 'motive' for the anthrax attacks. (The 'Bioport pharmaceutical company was mentioned.) This sounds like Horowitz's stuff (on www.tetrahedron.org), which he says he has drawn the FBI's attention to.
The cabal has stepped up its "Iraq-attack" drum-beating. They produced an Iraqi defector, al-Haideri, who was interviewed by U.S. intelligence officials and claims to have knowledge that Iraq has stepped up its nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programmes. (London Times, quoting New York Times etc). (This is also a direct attempt at diversion from the army's and CIA's anthrax culpability exposure.) Meanwhile Somali authorities, under U.S. browbeating, have arrested terrorist suspects in Mogadishu: 'reports claim that some of the are from Iraq'.
A 'more leisurely review' and translation of that bin Laden tape (apparently by ABC) has revealed a 'whole bunch of names', of which the [names of] 'Sept. 11 hijackers' Naway Alhamzi, Salem Alhamzi and Wail Alhehri were given. A German commentator cast doubts on some of the details, saying times of attacks were imagined.

`An Iraqi defector claims Saddam Hussein has a top-secret squad of 30 specially-trained terrorists scattered around the world ready to strike at any time.
BBC Ceefax adds (he is an) ex-brigadeer, and that al Qarea was set up by Saddam's son Uday, and that Vanity Fair has reported these claims.
'Al Qarea' is good: you just change the 'd' to an 'r', and move the 'e' to the other side.
In other developments in the last few days, there have been 'copycat' terrorist attacks (of the Indian Parliament one) in Haiti (failed) and the Comoros Islands, by members of the military. The Comoros Islands are near to where the cargo ship the Nisha began its journey (Mauritius) if this has any bearing. [This ship was held in the English Channel by British special forces for days, while being searched for 'terrorist weapons', apparently unsuccessfully.])
You might think that the cabal, confronted with imminent exposure, would launch a military coup to save its position (like the Greek colonels in [the film] 'Z'?) At the moment they don't seem to be able to manage this, but seem to be continuing with their provocation policy (or stepping it up). Tricks range from the destruction of a (N. Korean?) boat and its crew by the Japanese authorities (they of Aum Sang fame), to the farcical 'explosive shoe' on a Paris-to-Miami airliner.
We probably can't blame the cabal for everything; on the other hand 'innocent till found guilty' was not the right approach to Hitler either.
How far could it be suggested that the American terrorist attacks are an FBI - Democratic plot to incriminate the CIA and Republicans? It was (according to Le Figaro the FBI who found traces of a U.S. military explosive at the Kenyan and Tanzanian embassies, of a type which the CIA had supplied to al-Qaeda in 1995. The anthrax attacks on Democratic senators, so utterly ineffective at destroying the Democrat majority, could have been done by the Democrats to incriminate the CIA / Republicans. The FBI is working towards incrminating the CIA and army, by finding that the anthrax was of a sub-strain originating with these bodies (though provided also to a few other labs, in the U.S., Canada and the U.K.).
But other things still point to the Republican right. The government's systematic campaign of periodically issuing terror warnings, vague as to time and place, seemed designed to foster a general atmosphere of fear -- rather than to effect its ostensible purpose of alerting the public to genuine terror threats. Was the government really so stupid as to do this 'accidently', or be led into it by opposition elements? It was 'intelligence agencies' other than the FBI who providing the 'information on terror attacks'.
A result of the current conspiracy is that everybody can be suspected and that we are all [or will be] at each others' throats.
From the historical-political viewpoint, it doesn't matter 'whodunnit'. There are two polarized, antagonistic (and potentially civil-war oriented) camps. If the Democrats are not the plotters, they are still forced into the same position as if they were: the necessity of making a counter-coup to the cabal's one.

If the anthrax were designed to destroy the Democratic majority in the Senate, they were singularly ineffective. They were better at driving Congress into passing police-state measures ('Patriot Act'). (A Congress resolution putting the defence of the nation in the hands of the President had already been passed in September.)
On the other hand, if they were a Democrat plot to incriminate the CIA and Republicans ...
Having set up Bush as a political leader, the Right is now also setting him up as a religious leader.

Anti-paedophilia is being developed in tandem with the 'anti-terrorist' campaign. [British] Lord Chief Justice Woolf has said it may be necessary to lock up a small number of dangerous paedophiles before they commit a crime. Previously, it has been suggested that international paedophilia is another form of international terrorism.
Anti-paedophilia has already acquired a social status comparable to anti-witchcraft in early modern times. It has become a potent instrument of social terror. It is becoming one more weapon within the arsenal of the anti-democratic and totalitarian tendency. Any opponent of this tendency can and will be accused, now without proof, of terrorism, paedophilia, or other heinous crime, and thereby destroyed. We are at the beginning of the institutionalization of mob law, but for the benefit of an elite to whom the mob will be one more tool (and, ultimately, victim).
The boat recently riddled [with gunfire] by Japanese coastguards is evidently North Korean. North Korea accused Japan of 'brutal piracy' and 'unpardonable terrorism' over the sinking.
Is Japan acting as the servant of the U.S. cabal's 'provocation policies'? Modern Japan is, to a fair degree, a U.S. creation.
Is Japan shifting from its long-held (West-friendly) neutrality to more positive support of the U.S. (specifically, of cabal-imperialism)?

He suggests a 'commercial motive' for the attacks. On the face of it, it sounds as absurdly comic-strip as Lex Luther's plan to destroy California to drive up the price of real estate.
