The cabal are systematically developing their 'conspiracy theory' of a massive foreign conspiracy with agents scattered throughout 'more than 60 countries', plotting attacks on key amenities and assemblies. This is a mirror-image of the real-life cabalistic conspiracy.
CIA director Tenet claims in a report that crude plans for a nuclear bomb (was it the plans or the bomb that was crude?) were found in an al-Qaeda safe house in Afghanistan. Defense Secretary Rumsfeld reiterates and builds on the cabal's established terror-warning technique, outlining plans for kamikaze attacks on nuclear power stations, sabotage of dams, poisoning of reservoirs, by the army of al-Qaeda reds-under-the-bed. (Those commies are sorely missed! After the demise of a real enemy, another had to be invented.)
Bush himself added Iran and North Korea to Iraq (in his Union Address) to create the 'evil axis'. (ABC News, 31 Jan. 02.) This was said to be a victory for the 'hawks' in the administration. This emerging new policy is already dubbed 'the Bush doctrine'. One Republican Senator questioned all this: 'we can't fight the whole world', he said.
This is all so reminiscent of the 'imperialist-conspiracy' hysteria campaigns in Stalin's Russia in the 1930s. These were designed to destroy all opposition to the regime and perfect its despotism, while also finding excuses for the failures of the industrialization and collectivization drives (all down to the 'sabotage of reactionary traitors and imperialist agents').
The Al-Qaeda agents said to planning a kamikaze attack on a nuclear power station were said to be trying to recruit non-Arabs to take part. This looks like an early attempt to spread persecution and mass arrests beyond Middle Easterners. How soon before leftist and liberal WASPs become the next targets?
We must defend ourselves; but we must do it within the law. Otherwise we shall become them, and thereby lose what we hoped to preserve -- our humanity. They have already lost it, in having fought the communists with their own methods, and thus having become like them.
CNN has shown a video of a 'bin Laden interview' (from al-Jazeera TV), apparently made months ago, in which 'he' says that retribution will be carried out in America and also the now-famous phrase (previously canvassed by itself), 'history is a witness that we are terrorists'. The visual quality of the video is so poor that (while lip movements can probably be matched to the Arabic soundtrack, unlike that other 'bin Laden' group video), any computer or other faking would be obscured. (ITV News, 1 Feb. 02, 10:30 p.m.)
-- This video is clearly part of the currennt American Islamic-reds-under-the-bed campaign.
Meanwhile, the CIA (along with the FBI et al) has set out to 'guard' public sites and events against 'attack'. (TV news pictures show armed troops in fatigues and berets.)
This reminds me of the 'special patrols' instigated by General Jaruzelski in Poland shortly before his Dec. 1981 military coup (to preserve communism against the Solidarity movement, in this case). After the coup it was realized that the patrols, rather than being aids to preserving decaying law-and-order, were there to spy out the ground for the putsch.
The purposes in America could be to get people used to armed forces on the streets, while positioning forces for a putsch and/or repression.
Today's London Times reports a claim that 'The al-Qaeda terror organization is trying to transfer its base from Afghanistan to Lebanon'. (ITV Teletext, 1 Feb., p.326)
-- This is a(nother) job for -- SuperSam!
2 Feb. 02
'The US Justice Department has ordered the White House to preserve documents relating to energy giant Enron ... The request covers all paper and computer documents relating to Enron since January 1999 ... The White House said it would "fully comply" with the request.' (BBC Ceefax, 2 Feb. 02, at 1 a.m.)
-- You can almost see the column of smoke rrising from the White House incinerator! (At least Nixon had the ego-motivation to preserve -- most of -- his tapes.)
3 Feb. 02
'President ... Bush will press Congress ... to raise defence spending by $120bn over the next five years to $451bn by 2007, officials say.' (ITV Teletext, 3 Feb. 02, p.318)
Defense Secretary Rumsfeld makes his contribution to the Middle-East-attack bandwagon, accusing Iran of letting Taleban and al-Qaeda members escape through its 'porous border' and (a quite separate issue) of arming various Afghan factions. (Iran has always supported the Shi'a peoples in western Afghanistan.)
The cabal's oil-grabbing machinations are so crudely obvious that I wonder why outraged citizens don't spontaneously rise up and pull the visible members of the cabal out of their positions of power and -- Good Heavens! -- make citizens' arrests of them.
But this feeling is symptomatic of the closeness to civil conflict between power-hungry opportunists and constitutionalists, which is like that of the late Roman Republic. The perennial vendetta of Democrats and Republicans, their evergreen eagerness to 'get back' at each other (the latest Democrat opportunity being the Enron scandal) is another manifestation of this incipient conflict.
6 Feb. 02
Colin Powell has said the road to negotiation is still open with the members of the 'evil axis'; he would welcome them including North Korea.
Powell and the administration 'hawks' are clearly playing a 'soft-cop / tough-cop' routine; which doesn't mean there aren't genuine differences between the two.

The British Foreign Office says that Iran has rejected the diplomat chosen to be British ambassador in Tehran and (I believe) it is going to run down the British mission in Iran. I don't know what Iran's side of the story is.
This could be a sign of an imminent large-scale American attack on Iran.
The British Daily Telegraph says that Iran (meaning perhaps the hardline faction in the government) had (already) rejected this choice of ambassador in mid January. (So maybe it isn't.)
The Venezuelan Air Force Colonel Soto, addressing thousands of demonstrators, called for them to march on the President's residence and demand his resignation. The military leadership has rejected his views and activities.
(BBC News 24, 8 Feb. 02, at 3:20 a.m. GMT)
The US cabal, and the CIA, are doubtless looking for a Venezuelan Pinochet. They would like to install a puppet, perhaps backing him up with American arms, and thus close their oil-thirsting jaws on a country that is, after all, the USA's third-biggest oil supplier.

An unprecedented 'security operation' for the Winter Olympics at Salt Lake City (Utah, USA): the police, national guard and FBI there in force; much of downtown sealed off; the airport closed for four hours; snipers on the rooftops around the stadium; Black Hawk helicopters overflying it; a forty-mile air-exclusion zone around it, with F-15 fighters on standby to shoot down intruding aircraft.
A dress-rehearsal, on a real live American city, for a Washington putsch?
As I watched the national teams parading in the opening ceremony, in view of Mr President, I thought an appropriate anthem would have been: 'he's got the whole world in his hands'. Or rather, in his masters'.
And a simultaneous large-scale attack on the Middle East would make an excellent distraction, as well as fulfilling the cabal's imperial ambitions (to some extent).
The Games 'come at a perfect time', President Bush said in a speech to the American team before the opening ceremony.

Two men held to be responsible for the attack on the American Cultural Center in Calcutta in January have been extradited from Dubai to India.
(BBC News 24 report at 3:20 a.m. GMT)
The United Arab Emirates is beginning to appear as another geographical centre of cabalistic conspiracy (along with the Washington—Fort-Detrick—Langley complex and the Fort-McDill Central Command, etc, in Florida [see above, 4 Jan. 02]). The UAE is at the heart of the Middle East oil-producing zone. The emirates were a British protectorate until 1971, and the UAE has remained on friendly terms with the West ever since (unlike many ex-colonies). The Dubai emirate is where the CIA's regional head, Larry Mitchell, is said to have met bin Laden three months before the September 11 attacks. (See 'Terror to Despotism', section 'CIA—al-Qaeda Links'.) Qatar (which separated from the other emirates in 1971 but retains strong ties) is the home of al-Jazeera TV, which has shown various "bin Laden" videos (fake or otherwise).
The head of the FBI was visiting India at the time of the Cultural Center attack. There have been other such coincidences, notably Israeli leader Ariel Sharon's visit to America last November, which coincided with a sudden spate of Palestinian suicide bombings. ...

'THREE DIE AS ISRAELI TROOPS ENTER GAZA
'Three Palestinian police officers were killed after Israeli troops conducted house-to-house searches.
'The men died in Deir al-Balah after soldiers occupied part of the town -- along with Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahiya.
'A Palestinian spokesman said troops conducted house-to-house searches.
'Israel's defence minister has spoken of potential "security zones" being needed to put Israeli cities out of range of a new rocket used by militant group Hamas.'
(BBC Ceefax, 13 Feb. 02)
'Security zones': is this the beginning of ethnic cleansing? Didn't the Israelis have security zones in the 1970s?
Where did Hamas get the alleged missiles? E.g. the Russians? Or what were those points sticking out of the sides of George Tenet's travel case?
'The men were "assassinated in cold blood" in Dir al-Balah in central Gaza, said Palestinian security forces.
'Israeli troops later pulled out of Beit Lahiya and Deir al-Balah, but continued to occupy Beit Hanoun.'

'HOON SET TO FOCUS ON WAR AGAINST TERROR
'The [British] Defence Secretary is to reveal planned changes to the armed forces to support the fight against terrorism.
'Geoff Hoon will set out a discussion document which aims to take account of the events of September 11.
'The paper will lay out potential options which include changing the role of the 40,000-strong Territorial Army.
'Amid a new emphasis on peacekeeping missions abroad, Mr Hoon is said to be focusing on so-called homeland defence.'
(BBC Ceefax, 14 Feb. 02)
'Homeland defence'. Hoon is one of the more faithful and zealous running-dogs of the US cabal, and now is monkeying the cabal's 1984 term 'homeland'. We can now see a spectrum of cabal-affinity among British politicians, ranging from the (reservedly) enthusiastic (Prime Minister Blair, Geoff Hoon, the Conservative opposition leader Iain Duncan Smith) to the provisionally doubtful (Foreign Secretary Jack Straw), and the reservedly-critical (the Liberal Democrats, and Labour minister Peter Hain, who was a Young Liberal in his salad days).
'GUARDIAN The Pentagon and the CIA have begun preparations for an assault on Iraq involving up to 200,000 US troops, likely to be launched later this year.'
(ITV Teletext, 14 Feb. 02, p.326 [newspaper reviews])
'... however, this story is denied by US Secretary of State Colin Powell who tells the Financial Times there were "no plans to topple Saddam".
[-- soft info, tough info]
'He said the President would consult widely before taking any action against the "axis of evil", the paper reports.'

ASIAN TOUR BUILDS ON BUSH UNION SPEECH
'President Bush is preparing for a trip to Japan, South Korea and China which will build on the themes of last month's State of the Union speech.
'Fighting the US recesssion, protecting homeland security and expanding the war on terrorism will be will be discussed at various stages of the week-long visit.
'The trip was postponed last year following the September 11 attacks.
'Mr Bush will stop off in Alaska and is due to arrive in Tokyo on Sunday.'
(BBC Ceefax, 16 Feb. 02, p.107)
'US "DISAPPOINTED" BY CONDUCT OF IRAN
US Vice-President Dick Cheney has strongly condemned the Iranian government, saying he was deeply disappointed with its recent conduct.
'In a speech, he singled out Iran and Iraq as countries which caused the US concern, but did not repeat President Bush's "axis of evil" phrase.
'He said there were too many examples of Iran's active support of terrorism.
'And it was making "unstinting efforts" to develop weapons of mass destruction.'
(ibid, p.108)
The cabal are suffering so many "disappointments" nowadays! Arafat too is "shamefully falling short in his efforts to halt terrorism". How long before China or Britain, say, also begin to let them down?
In 1976, at a time both of detente and of the apogee of Soviet imperialism, Solzhenitsyn remarked that the Soviets, unhindered by the democratic process, could easily overmatch the West for speed of policy-change. "One command is enough!" and Soviet newspapers would announce that the "imperialists have become so brazen, that the situation has become intolerable". (Warning to the Western World, p.19.)
Today, the boot is on the other foot.

'FBI HAS ANTHRAX SUSPECT
'The FBI has a suspect for last autumn's deadly anthrax attacks but is "dragging its feet because it is a former government scientist, it is claimed.
'Federation of American Scientists' Chemical and Biological Weapons Program head Barbara Rosenberg made the claim.
...' (ITV Teletext, 19 Feb. 02, p.309)
BBC Ceefax adds that 'the man had been interviewed twice by the FBI.
'She said he may have [also] worked at the same laboratory that tested the anthrax [in the contaminated letters].'
See 'Anthrax suspect "is US scientist"', Guardian, 20 Feb. 2002.
This article quotes Rosenberg as saying that the unnamed suspect used to work at the US military laboratory at Fort Detrick, Maryland, and is now working for a contractor in the Washington DC area. This wouldn't turn out to be one of the "outside contractors" used by the CIA for its anthrax "experiments", would it? (See, e.g., Washington Post, Dec. 22, 2001.)

'US CONSIDERS BLACK PROPAGANDA CAMPAIGN
'US officials are considering a policy of planting news items including false information to foreign media as part of a strategic war against terrorism.
'The newly-created Office of Strategic Influence has been created to tackle the task of shaping global opinion.
'So-called black propaganda has been used in the past to plant disinformation against Iraq and Cuba.
'The Pentagon is legally forbidden from passing misleading stories to US media.'
(BBC Ceefax, 20 Feb. 02, 2:45 a.m. GMT)
The office is (to be) run by a brigadier-general. (BBC World Service news at 3 a.m.)
The lamps are going out all over the world. The cabal intends them never to be relit.
The news is also another indication of the inferior status that the cabal intends to impose on the rest of the world, outside of American legal jurisdiction. Non-citizens in the Roman Empire were in the same situation.
Why announce such an idea publicly? As they did their underground War of Terror? Do they intend to sow nebulous fear and confusion, as with their terror-warnings? You won't know whether to believe true reports. This is part of the idea, to cover up the truth with a cloak of darkness.
It can hardly be coincidence that the story of an ex-government anthrax suspect has emerged just before this news. Are they trying to discredit the story? Or convince us of it (by double-bluff)?
'President Bush has called for greater dialogue with North Korea, saying that the US had no intention to attack. ... The US was peace-loving and would not attack. (Ceefax, 4 a.m.)
-- early effort at Strategic Disinformationn?!
'PEACE-LOVING':- this patently insincere cliché was a traditional Soviet phrase ('peace-loving peoples' etc).
372 people died in a fire on a Cairo-to-Luxor train. An exploding gas cylinder may have caused the blaze. (ITV Teletext, 20 Feb. 02)
Quite a coincidence, occuring simultaneously and geographically so-close (the Nile Delta) to the Israeli-Palestinian flare-up. It certainly serves to stoke up tension levels in the area.
21 Feb. 02
'US DITCHES PROPAGANDA PLANS
'The Pentagon has abandoned plans to plant lies in the foreign media in order to promote American policy.
'Plans to spread "black propaganda" caused controversy in Washington after it was revealed friendly countries would be targeted with misinformation.
'•The CIA has warned Afghanistan could fall into violent chaos again due to tensions between power-hungry warlords.'
(ITV Teletext, 21 Feb. 02, p.312)
Personally, I think they're lying about having dropped their plans. In fact, this is the FIRST LIE. (We have some bright little wits down in CIAops -- sorry, the Pentagon.)
22 Feb. 02
A video has allegedly been sent to the US consulate in Karachi, showing hostage (Wall Street Journal reporter) Daniel Pearl being killed. [It was later stated the three-half minute video was something of a composite.] Bush affirmed that the outrage would not deflect them from their "war on terror".
This is in fact precisely what the cabal is GUNNING FOR! A "top up" on the TERROR ATTACKS to galvanize more popular energy to back their world imperial drive! CIAgitprop has apparently now entered the snuff movie business in pursuit of this goal. [It was later stated that the video might be a composite of several takes, and that Pearl was probably dead when he had his throat cut on camera. Or is this another outright fake video (as some of the bin Laden videos may have been)?]
There might be a subsection of the CIA (call it, say, "Pornosec") specializing in video and other nasties. Those demonical images (straight from Death Metal) on the propaganda leaflets dropped into Afghanistan might come from the same source.
'NORTH KOREAN TV SAYS BUSH HAS DECLARED WAR
'North Korean TV has said that President Bush's trip to Japan, South Korea and China was a pretext to "issue threats" against North Korea.
'"Even before he left the US, Mr Bush unleashed reckless gunpowder-reeking remarks to threaten us," the TV said.
'"The vicious remarks the Bush gang are blabbering are equal to a declaration of war against us," it added.
'The commentary added that North Korea was "ready to settle final scores with" the American "empire of evil".'
(BBC Ceefax, 22 Feb. 02, p.143)
One bunch of w__kers against another, really. The North Koreans are right, though; for once their stereotyped Stalinist fantasy propaganda coincides with reality.
The US cabal's ambitions deliberately destroyed the limited rapprochement that had built up between North and South; for once 'peace process' had had some genuine content.
24 Feb. 02
The grand tragedy of the (un)holy fool Blair is that he seems really to believe in his "crusade", that he is not really a "gold-side" puppet of US cabalistic imperialism.
The US claims one-third of bin Laden's "lieutenants" have been killed (in Afghanistan). This leaves a handy two-thirds as a "Stalinist excuse".
This may give a term to the cabal's design. Naively speaking, then, the cabal has used up one-third of the time allocated to its world scheme (from mid-October last, say, to [?]now). It has eight to nine months left, then, to "use up" the two-thirds (of this "phantom army"). Of course, my "assessment" is a first, extremely oversimplified attempt.
Arafat is to stay boxed in Ramallah, despite the "ceasefire".
Meanwhile,
'BLAIR, BUSH "TO DISCUSS ACTION ON IRAQ"
'Tony Blair and US President George Bush are to hold a summit to finalise military action against Iraq, The Observer [Sunday sister of The Guardian] has claimed.
'The Prime Minister will go to the US in April for talks on "phase two" of the war against terrorism, it says.
'A Downing Street spokesman said the Government shares US concerns on Iraq.
'The Observer says the Government will publish evidence of Iraq's nuclear capabilities to quell Labour opposition. [Labour being the UK government party, believe it or not.]'
(BBC Ceefax, 24 Feb. 02, p.107)
Hey presto! Pakistani police have discovered an AL-QAEDA link with the Pakistani 'Islamic terrorist' group supposedly responsible for Daniel Pearl's kidnap and murder. They say they're hunting an Arab with connexions to both al-Qaeda and the murder. It's all clicking together now, like Lego. (ITV Teletext, 24 Feb. 02, 11 p.m. GMT)
'USA[:] More than 30 people were arrested as police used foam-tipped bullets to disperse an angry crowd outside a Winter Olympics beer garden.' (Ibid., p.318)
(See also, e.g, Yahoo news report.)
Is this the way they deal with drunken trouble-makers now, even in 'martial-law' Salt Lake City?
And in 'next-door' Denver, they've staged a large-scale training drill for a chemical terror attack (23 Feb.).
(See Washington Post article.)
And of course Salt Lake City is the site of a massive military 'security' operation (for 'protecting the Winter Olympics'). Are all these manoeuvres a complex of 'field experiments', in 'hill-billy country', for later military repression in the population centres of America? And are the rubber bullets on drunken revellers a little practice for post-putsch crowd control?
25 Feb. 02
In a US TV interview of US Defense Secretary Rumsfeld (by Tim Russell), it was suggested that 'disgruntled members' of Pakistani intelligence service ISI were involved in Daniel Pearl's kidnapping. Rumsfeld seemed to agree. (Interview excerpted on BBC World Service news at 1:25 a.m. GMT.) Is the US cabal trying further to 'incriminate' the Pakistani regime? But in doing so they only incriminate themselves, since the CIA is the Big Daddy behind the ISI.
'GUARDIAN[:] A 400-mile wide corridor of airspace across England and the North Sea was closed because one air traffic controller was off sick.' (ITV Teletext, p.326, reviews of today's newspapers)

'PENTAGON CLOSES "CONTRAVERSIAL" AGENCY
'The Pentagon is to close a new office that reportedly proposed spreading false information abroad, US Defence Secretary Donald Donald Rumsfeld has said.
'He said reports on the Office for Strategic Information had left it incapable of doing its job.
'The office was created after the September 11 attacks and aimed to help put forward US views on events, he said.

The head of the opposition 'terrorist' GIA in Algeria was recently assassinated, and Le Figaro claims that the CIA was behind it. A day or two ago the head of UNITA, the long-term opposition fighters in Angola, followed suit. Bush has now called for the country to 'seize this opportunity for peace'.
Both Algeria and Angola are oil producers, though not of course in the first rank. The US cabal presumably considers it worth the lesser effort of assassinating opposition leaders to 'stabilize' the existing regimes in the cabal's favour. And as ever, its international strategy is as subtle as a herd of stampeding elephants.
The anti-paedophile campaign is being worked up on an international level. The Catholic church (in Britain at least) has been on the receiving end for some years, and it has now spread to the Anglican church in Australia.
Anti-paedophilia is the modern equivalent of anti-witchcraft: a method of the first water for undermining and destroying opponents. One cannot but feel that its practitioners are following a Satanic agenda, that in the Christian church they see a fundamental opponent, and are attempting to smash it to prepare the way for the Reign of the Antichrist.
Peacekeeping troops in West Africa seem now to have been added to this target list, with accusations that some of them have abused their authority to procure sex with local children. (BBC World Service news, 1 a.m. GMT)
'TIMES[:] America has failed to amass enough evidence against any of the 500 prisoners from the Afghanistan war for prosecution by a military tribunal.'
(ITV Teletext, p.326, reviews of today's papers)
This echos the FBI's admission last year that, of the 1000-odd non-citizens detained in connexion with Sept. 11, NOT ONE had any evidence against him or her! NOT ONE! You'd have expected, just by random chance, at least a few to have been connected to 'al-Qaeda' and for some evidence to have been findable against them.
This suggests that they were looking in the wrong place altogether. Now, maybe, if they'd arrested 1000 top members of the CIA they'd have had considerably more success.
But then, the CIA may shortly be arresting them ...
'US AIMS TO LIMIT AFGHAN SUSPECTS TRIALS
'Only a small number, if any, of the 500 al-Qaeda and Taleban suspects being held by the US are now likely to face trial before a military tribunal.
'US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld is still drawing up guidelines on how the tribunals would function.
'But the Pentagon has said he wants to keep to a minimum the number tried by the American authorities.
'One problem is thought to have been building a case against the suspects.[!!!]'
(BBC Ceefax, 27 Feb. 02)
'US SENDS MILITARY EQUIPMENT TO GEORGIA
'The US has sent military equipment and personnel to the former Soviet republic of Georgia as part of its war on terrorism.
'The move is aimed at helping the Georgian government fight rebels in the Pankisi region.
'The Pentagon has sent up to eight helicopters along with a military trainer and six contractors.
'But Russia said the move could aggravate the situation in the region.'
(Ibid.)
The US cabal is now fitting a lid on its box for the Middle Eastern oilfields (it has already announced it is setting up an airbase in Kyrgizstan, far to the east). Georgia is handy for Caspian oil too.
28 Feb. 02
'US WANTS END TO UN TRIBUNALS
'The United States has opened a rift with Britain and much of Europe by announcing it wants to abandon the UN's international war crimes tribunal.
'The government thinks the system should be phased out to avoid "a dependency on international institutions".
'It has put forward a plan which would see alleged war criminals tried in the country where they committed the crime.'
(ITV Teletext, 28 Feb. 02)
Indeed! The US cabal's grand scheme is faltering and juddering, and they probably see the concrete possibility of themselves winding up as defendents in the Hague court!
But do they really want to be tried in America for September 11?
194 inmates of Camp X-ray (of a total population of '300') 'are now refusing meals', according to an American military spokesman. (This 'hunger strike' was sparked by a 'refusal to let an inmate wear a turban during prayers'.)
Unable to produce the evidence to put them on trial (see above), do they intend to murder them all by starvation, or even by shooting them after a staged or provoked breakout?
Who are the inmates, anyway? Just a mass of nobodies, perhaps containing a sprinkling of agents to feed disinformation to FBI interviewers?
'US STEPS UP PRESSURE ON IRAQ
'US President George W Bush is stepping up efforts to oust Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, media reports suggest.
'The US is to ask Iran's permission to build a transmitter to beam radio propaganda into Iraq, despite Mr Bush having recently branded Iran as "evil".
'And a newspaper claims he has approved a CIA plan for covert action to destabilize the regime.'
(ITV Teletext, 28 Feb. 02)
The transmitter 'request' is intended as a provocation to Iran. If they refuse, the US will condemn them. If they accede, there will be another demand, and another, and another ...
'The US has urged Israel to exercise restraint after 11 people died in Israeli incursions into two refugee camps in the West Bank. ...' (BBC Ceefax, p.110)
So much for the truce!
The US government present themselves as peacemakers (with the 'peacemaking' undoubtedly to be in the direction of the cabal's projected empire), reconciling the conflicts provoked or aggravated in the first place by the covert "army of 100,000" CIA agents, affiliates and hirelings. (The 'arms shipload for the Palestinians', doubtless cooked up between the US rightist cabal and its Israeli counterpart, is a good example of the latter.)
And White House spokesman Ari Fleischer has apologised for having the brass to say that the current Israeli-Palestinian conflict was Clinton's fault!
