Dozens of Muslims have been killed in Hindu mob counter-attacks in Gujarat. Meanwhile, the US is taking action against 'enemy troops' in eastern Afghanistan. The cabal is finsihing moving in on and consolidating its grip on central-Asian oil-pipeline country.

US forces have 'encountered unexpected resistance' in fighting south of Gardez (Afghanistan), and have kept reporters away from the area (BBC News 24 at 3 a.m. GMT). Are they covertly depopulating the area? Is this where the central-Asian oil pipeline will go (not the west of Afghanistan, say, which might be too near Iran) -- and won't the US cabal prefer to depopulate to ensure its protection from potential saboteurs?

Meanwhile, a powerful earthquake has hit the Hindu Kush (it caused damage in Kabul, and was felt -- or heard -- as far afield as Delhi). This is earthquake country, of course. Is it a sign of the times, or has the cabal begun cutting tunnels for an oil pipeline using bunches of H-bombs? Well, I only asked!

--A related story was reported on BBC >Newsnight. A French authority reported that, though al-Qaeda has been knocked out, individual cells of terrorists (previously affiliated to al-Qaeda) are spread throughout western Europe, ready to strike anytime, anywhere, with any weapons. He painted in place of 'al-Qaeda' a nameless, nebulous shadow-monster. This at least is more intelligent than the US administration's pointing here, there and everywhere (at their next targets of conquest) and repeating 'al-Qaeda—al-Qaeda—al-Qaeda'!

The British Channel 4 programme 'Secrets of the Saudi State' (tonight) featured a man, said to have left the CIA five years ago, who said that, when he sneaked a look at the CIA's computers (in about 1998?) he found nothing in them about al-Qaeda and Saudi Arabia (15 of the 19 Sept. 11 hijackers were said to be Saudi), and that the CIA showed no interest in obtaining information about them.

We're left to speculate on whether this points the finger at covert CIA-Qaeda conspiracy, or if the above is itself disinformation (put out against the CIA?)

Ariel Sharon (seen on BBC Newsnight) seems to have aged at least 5 years, maybe 10, in the last few weeks. He originally provoked the current intifada, by taking the leaders of his right-wing Likud party to the site sacred to both Jews and Arabs (on 28 Sept. 2000). The resulting Israeli backlash subsequently swept him and his hardline policies into power. Now he has apparently become the prisoner of his own Machiavellian provocation. Those to the right of him, Netenyahoo and/or Israeli military and 'intelligence' leaders, may be now the real driving force. In this they presumably act in conjunction with the American far-right cabal. (The 'Palestinian arms shipload' is a probable prime example of a trick got up between these two national hard-right groups). The presumable aim of the Israeli hard right is the complete crushing of the Palestinians, and perhaps their ethnic cleansing. The aim of the US cabal is to secure the Levant seaboard, the western flank of the Middle East oilfields, initially with a friendly hard-right regime similar to themselves, later perhaps with outright puppets, and ultimately direct administration. If war can be provoked with the surrounding Arab states over the issue, so much the better. (Though it will be cheaper if they can be 'peacefully' conquered.) Already no less a figure than US vice-president Dick Cheney is going to Israel. 'Phase 2' is swinging into action.

--Old Reliable ever describes him and hiss. The cabal are the parasites threatening the world with such weapons, either overtly (through 'mini-nukes' etc) or covertly (through their 'al-Qaeda' front-men), as they grub after its petroleum and other resources.

'Thousands of FBI agents have rounded up more than 1,300 suspects across America since September 11, but they have failed to find a single al-Qaeda cell operating in the United States. As I remarked before, just by 'random chance' you'd expect a few arrestees, at least, to be al-Qaeda agents. (And the FBI, it seems, is still too honest to cook up cases against detainees.) But it's what you would expect if 'al-Qaeda', as such, didn't exist. But this organization does exist -- in a sense. The CIA (et al) have unwittingly constructed this chimera as a mirror-image of themselves, reflecting (to some extent) the numbers, distribution and methods of their own agents, allies and hirelings. And instead of an attack by the 'non-West' on the Western World, it represents the reverse, the quest to establish the American imperium mundi -- and to do it in a secretive, sneaky, covert way. What an inglorious beginning for such an empire!

Of the thousands of Palestinian detainees the Israelis are now seizing, some have had numbers written on their arms. (BBC TV news at 10 p.m.)

This underlines that one aspect of the Palestinian persecution is historic proxy Jewish revenge, on a third party, for the Holocaust.

He 'pledged to work with the Pakistani government to find those responsible'.

Berlusconi has said the assassination underlines the need to introduce forceful measures against terrorism.

Berlusconi appears as a near fascist, and is no doubt backed by the US cabal in this. We can speculate that this was a right-wing 'facilitating' assassination. Phase Two is really swinging.

'A new anti-terrorism bill has been adopted by the Indian government during a rare joint session of parliament.

'The legislation was passed despite opposition claims it would give police sweeping powers of arrest and could be used to oppress political opponents.

'Police will be able to hold suspects for three months without charge.

'The government claims the law is necessary following the US terrorist attacks on September 11.'

It's interesting that the Sept. 11 attacks are here cited over and above the terrorist attack on India's parliament last December. The latter failed of course, but helped this legislation become more acceptable.

The Indian legislation is, presumably, something that the US cabal can only dream of, and console itself with its poor 'Patriot Act' substitute. So far. The West is the home of modern democracy, and it dies far harder here.

ITALIAN PRESIDENT LONGS FOR BABY BOOM' (Ibid., p.143)

'France's Le Monde voices concerns at the state of Italy's democracy.

'Premier Silvio Berlusconi is "doing nothing to resolve" the conflict of interests between his political duties and his bourgeois activities, it argues.

'His control of "executive, legislative, financial and media powers" is "too much in a democracy", the paper adds.

'This was the message the millions of demonstrators in Rome on Saturday wanted to convey, it concludes.'

'The US has warned its citizens they could be targeted by extremist groups in four Italian cities on Easter Sunday. 'The US Embassy in Italy said the cities at risk were Venice, Florence, Milan and Verona.

'It added the US government had received "credible reports" that extremists were planning "terrorist actions".

'It did not say which groups may be involved, but said possible targets included places of worship and schools.'

This confirms the US cabal's new policy of going into an absurdly-detailed depth of prediction as extreme in its way as the previous fear-inducing vagueness they employed. By including schools and places of worship on an Easter Sunday, they paint their phantom 'enemy' in terms as black as are their souls in reality. To adapt from La Stampa (above), who but the cabal's Black Propaganda department would churn out such a 'poisonous concoction'?

How's that for double standards! Bush could 'understand' Israeli attacks on Palestinians as 'defence against terrorism'.

'"BIN LADEN E-MAIL" SENT TO UK NEWSPAPER

'An e-mail claiming to be from Osama Bin Laden and praising Palestinian suicide attacks has been sent to a UK-based Arabic newspaper.

'Abdul-Bari Atwan, editor of the Arabic language Al-Quds al-Arabi newspaper, said he thought the message was genuine.

'The e-mail did not give any indication of Bin Laden's whereabouts, he told CNN.

'Earlier this week, the Pentagon looked into claims Bin Laden had been seen by Afghans near the Pakistan border.'

A meeting of the Arab League has assembled in Beirut. The heads of Egypt and Jordan did not attend. Yasser Arafat was prevented from going by the Israelis, and apparently the League meeting itself disallowed him from addressing it by video link (which caused the Palestinian delegation to temporarily walk out). These absences have apparently helped the League take a more radical stance against American imperialism in the Middle East, but this may be empty posturing in the face of the US momentum now bearing down on the region.

Iraq made a 'public pledge not [ever] to invade Kuwait again'; America expressed scepticism at this. (BBC Ceefax, p.114) The League meeting also resolved that an attack on Iraq would be an attack on all League members. (British Channel 4 news, 7 p.m.)

But the US cabal has probably reached the stage where it would actually welcome such a state of affairs. Imagine the following. Bush, gazing out of his luxury rural villa, to Cheney: 'We'd have a beautiful view of the oilfields, if it weren't for all those unsightly Arabs in the way! It's high time to have them all cleared away.'

Yasser Arafat has called for immediate acceptance of what he (or his own translator) called the 'Tenet war plan'. (BBC Newsnight, 28 March 02) This refers to the 'peace plan' for Israelis and Palestinians drawn up by CIA chief George Tenet in June 2001, but never implemented. Was this a simple slip of the tongue, a psychological slip, or a satirical remark by Arafat (or his translator)?

Further claims of 'barbarians heading towards the gates of Italy' have emerged. Italian news reports and Turkey's 'border chief' Mehmet Terzioglu speak of 15 ships of Far Eastern (would-be) illegal immigrants heading for Italy via the Suez canal. 'If each ship has 1,000 illegals the total would be 15,000', said Terzioglu in a piece of helpful arithmetic. (BBC Ceefax, 29 March 02, p.143) A few days ago a ship with about 900 mainly-Kurdish 'illegals' was off the Sicilian shore (see above).

Israeli forces have closed in for the kill on the Palestinian government. They have stormed Arafat's compound in Ramallah and confined him to a single room. They have also stormed the hilltop sacred to both Jews and Muslims, bearing the Wailing Wall and the al-Aqsa mosque.

They have turned Good Friday into Black Friday.

Arafat has renewed his call for the world to intervene 'to end what he called Israel's assault on his people' (an appeal first made on 1 March — see above). 'His appeal was made in a candle-lit interview from his ruined headquarters in the West Bank city of Ramallah. He accused Israel of carrying out "terrorist, racist actions using all kinds of American weapons". The US has backed a UN motion calling for the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Palestinian-controlled areas.' (BBC Ceefax)

'Around 40 Western pacifists have got past Israeli soldiers into the ruined headquarters of the Palestinian leader.
