16 Dec. 2001
Encouraged no doubt by cabalistic banditry, British legalism is collapsing apace. The police have plans to supply addicts with heroin at police stations; the chief constable of N. Wales calls for the legalization of all drugs; the police (supported by deputy Prime Minister Prescott) are encouraging the News of the World's anti-paedophile lynch-mob publishings, and have called (in imitation of the new terrorist detention laws) for the locking up of paedophiles without trial. The police state is arriving in the UK.
26 Dec. 01
Anti-paedophilia is being developed in tandem with the 'anti-terrorist' campaign. [British] Lord Chief Justice Woolf has said it may be necessary to lock up a small number of dangerous paedophiles before they commit a crime. Previously, it has been suggested that international paedophilia is another form of international terrorism.
Anti-paedophilia has already acquired a social status comparable to anti-witchcraft in early modern times. It has become a potent instrument of social terror. It is becoming one more weapon within the arsenal of the anti-democratic and totalitarian tendency. Any opponent of this tendency can and will be accused, now without proof, of terrorism, paedophilia, or other heinous crime, and thereby destroyed. We are at the beginning of the institutionalization of mob law, but for the benefit of an elite to whom the mob will be one more tool (and, ultimately, victim).
27 Feb. 2002
The anti-paedophile campaign is being worked up on an international level. The Catholic church (in Britain at least) has been on the receiving end for some years, and it has now spread to the Anglican church in Australia. [The Archbishop of Brisbane, Peter Hollingworth, has been accused of covering up alleged cases of child sex abuse.]
Anti-paedophilia is the modern equivalent of anti-witchcraft: a method of the first water for undermining and destroying opponents. One cannot but feel that its practitioners are following a Satanic agenda, that in the Christian church they see a fundamental opponent, and are attempting to smash it to prepare the way for the Reign of the Antichrist.
Peacekeeping troops in West Africa seem now to have been added to this target list, with accusations that some of them have abused their authority to procure sex with local children. (BBC World Service news, 1 a.m. GMT)
23 March 02
Since January 55 Catholic priests in the US have been suspended over allegations of sexual misconduct, much of it 'paedophile'. One priest was cited with accusations going back 30 years. (BBC News 24 at 4:15 a.m.)
The potential Satanic attack on the Christian church is proceeding apace.
24 April 02
'POLICE TARGET CHILD PORN TRADE
'... In the biggest operation of its kind ever in the UK, officers searched 75 addresses in England, Scotland and Wales and N Ireland, making [wow!] several arrests.'
(ITV Teletext, 24 April 02, p.304)
20 May 02
British police have arrested 36 people for downloading child pornography from commercial American websites. This time their 'tip-off' came from the FBI. The police say they have 2000 more suspects, but haven't the resources to deal with them. Aka a 'quick flash' of the begging bowl at the government. (BBC TV news)
Are the (would-be) 'paedophile' mass arrests also a cover for political/'anti-terrorist' arrests? Are the British authorities acting in concert with the US cabal on this?
21 May 02
'The Daily Express splashes on news that suicide bombers are to target [precognition?!] Britain as the island is put on bomb alert amidst terrorist fears.
'The FBI has admitted the [sic] "walk in" suicide bomb attacks in the US were also inevitable, the paper says.'
(BBC Ceefax at 3:30 a.m., p.148)
--This 'alert' coincides with the 'paedophhile'-arrest campaign and, although the above review doesn't say explicitly if there's a connection with the FBI, there is such a connection in the 'paedophile' case (see above, 20 May). Britain's authorities dance as the US cabal pulls the strings, and the police are no doubt glad of the improved employment opportunities and wage prospects this means.
29 May 02
'VATICAN[:] George Bush has met Pope John Paul II and raised his concerns regarding the Catholic Church's standing after US sex abuse scandals."
24 June 02 Meanwhile, the assault on the US Catholic Church continues apace, with talk of criminal charges against Cardinal Law, accused of shifting paedophile priests from parish to parish.
4 August 02
'FBI "CATCHES 7,000 BRITISH PAEDOPHILES"
'... Detectives have been given details of 7,272 Britons who used credit cards to access pictures of children having sex with adults, said the Sunday Telegraph.
'The two websites they were using have been seized by the FBI and their owners arrested, the paper said.
'Raids are now reportedly being planned by British detectives.'
(BBC Ceefax, p.141)
The US cabal is sinking its fangs-of-venom into Britain as surely as it is sinking them into the FBI, into the rest of America, and worldwide. Paedophile accusations are a potent, perhaps the most potent, toxin with which to discredit and destroy one's enemies, and in the future the cabal (or its successors) may employ this weapon to its full potential. We may speculate that already, among the ranks of targeted genuine paedophiles are anti-cabal oppositionists whom the cabal wants taken out — by way of a 'field experiment'. As of yet, it couldn't get away with fitting up whole swathes of people as child molesters. But we can look forward to the cabal's version of the Stalinist purges, when millions — or maybe even tens, or hundreds of millions — are disposed of by such methods. This will be the perfection of Stalinism. Or production-line Torquemada.
16 August 02
'Residents in Holly Wells' and Jessica Chapman's home town have been urged to turn detective, to help police find the 10-year-olds' abductor. [These two vanished nearly two weeks ago; there is still no proof that they were abducted; their case has received maximum media coverage.]
'DCI [Detective Chief Inspector] Andy Hebb told a packed public meeting at Soham that past cases indicated the solution was most likely to be found in the Cambridgeshire town.
'"Look at the behaviour of your friends, relatives, neighbours, anything.
'"Are they doing anything differently? That's the important thing," he said. [He also said the local population should be "vigilant".]
(BBC Ceefax at 2:30 a.m, p.105)
Hebb's language is that of the totalitarian state. He seems to be following in the footsteps of the American aspirants of the police state.
It seems the world is "spontaneously" transforming into police society. Cf. Japan, Colombia.
But is a field experiment, a "pilot scheme" being carried out for the whole of Britain in little Soham? Here too the annihilating "paedophile weapon" is (apparently) to be employed.
24 August 02
British Master of the Rolls, Lord Donaldson, has warned against vigilante attacks if the News of the World Sunday paper presses ahead with its campaign to 'name and shame' convicted paedophiles. (BBC Ceefax, 24 August 02, p.141)
12 Sept. 02
'HOLLY, JESSICA POLICE QUIZZED OVER PORN
'Two police officers who worked on the Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman case have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in child pornography.
'The men are being questioned at a police station outside Cambridgeshire.
'They are being held on suspicion of inciting others to distribute indecent photographs of children.
'Cambridgeshire police said the arrests were not connected with the inquiry into the deaths of the 10-year-olds.'
(BBC Ceefax, 12 Sept. 02, p.122)
We won't be surprised if we learn that the FBI is behind this. The cabalized FBI is insinuating its Satanic tentacles throughout the world.
Yes, this is part of the FBI's worldwide "paedophile campaign" — see below, under 13 Sept.]
It could be that the officers had refused to go along with the Holly-Jessica police-state/paedophile-mob experiment. Or maybe its just another part of the experiment.
13 Sept. 02
'GIRLS' OFFICERS ON PORN CHARGES
'Two policemen who worked on the Soham murders case have been charged over indecent images of children.
'DC Brian Stevens, who comforted the parents of Jessica Chapman, and PC Anthony Goodridge will face magistrates in Bury St Edmunds tomorrow morning.
'The officers were arrested as part of a worldwide inquiry which is being led by the FBI in the United States.'
(ITV Teletext, 13 Sept. 02, p.303)
Hypothesis confirmed! (See above, under 12 Sept.) And it suggests the FBI has its hand in the "Soham experiment" too.
This is the "intra-scale" social equivalent of the anti-Iraqi agitprop currently being wielded by the US cabal. Both are tools to achieve an end. The latter to create an empire. The former to establish a (worldwide) totalitarian state by means of Stalin-style terror, in this case a worldwide paedophile campaign:- the modern equivalent of the witchcraft campaigns of early modern times but, perhaps ultimately, on a vastly-greater scale.

'[British police] CONSTABLE FACES FIVE CHILD PORN CHARGES
'A police constable has been charged with child pornography offences.
'Pc Paul Thompson of Lancashire Police is accused of five counts of making indecent photographs of children.
'The 43-year-old, from Preston, was arrested on Friday. He has been suspended from duty, said a spokeswoman for the Lancashire force.
'He is due to appear before Chorley magistrates on Monday.'
(BBC Ceefax, 21 Sept. 02, p.116)
22 Sept. 02
'[British] POLICE ASK CPS FOR ADVICE OVER CARDINAL
'Police have asked the Crown Prosecution Service for advice on an inquiry involving the head of the Roman Catholic Church in England and Wales.
'It concerns claims that Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor, when a Bishop, overlooked a priest's paedophile tendencies — says the Sunday Mirror.
'A CPS spokeswoman said: "Our advice to the police is confidential."
'A spokesman said the Church would co-operate with any police inquiries.'
(BBC Ceefax, p.104)
Apart from the USA, there was a similar case with the leader of the Anglican church in Australia (when he was a bishop).
The Sunday Times says up to 2,000 suspected paedophiles are facing arrest in "the biggest police inquiry undertaken on [sic] Britain".' (Ibid., p.148)
The "on" may be a psychological slip by the writer, indicating that this has been imposed on Britain by the FBI.
Police in Northern Ireland have seized more than 100 computers in a major crackdown on child pornography. (ITV Teletext, 22 Sept. 02, p.315)
26 Sept. 02
Another policeman has been arrested on child porn charges.
30 Sept. 02
AUSTRALIA ARCHBISHOP FIGHTS ABUSE CLAIM
'Church officiials in Australia have begun an inquiry into claims that the Catholic Archbishop of Sydney sexually abused a 12-year-old boy 40 years ago.
'Dr George Pell strongly denies the allegations, which stem from a camping trip while he was a priest.
'The accusation was evil and vindictive, he said.
'The Church has appointed a retired supreme judge to investigate for the inquiry, which is being held in private.'
(BBC Ceefax, 30 Sept. 02, p.142)
This is the highest Catholic Church official to be accused of personal homosexual child abuse (as opposed to covering-up for others). While personal malice may be at the root of this accusation, yet so high an attack is grist to the mill of the US cabal's quasi-Satanic agenda, and they may well be involved in it.

P[olice] C[onstable] AND TEACHERS HELD OVER CHILD PORN [— Britain]
'Twenty people, including a police officer and two teachers, have been arrested in Cumbria as part of a UK-wide inquiry into internet child porn.
'Cumbria police said the officer, a police constable from Barrow, and one of the teachers, also from Barrow, have been charged with offences.
'Sixty computers were seized as part of the investigation.
'The operation involved information obtained from the FBI in the US [my emphasis].'
(BBC Ceefax, 10 Oct. 02, p.119)
17 October 02
'MORE CHARGES LAID AGAINST SOHAM POLICE
'Two police officers who served on the Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman murder inquiry have been charged with a further 15 child pornography offences.
'Brian Stevens was charged with three counts of making indecent images of children and two counts of indecent assault on a 13-year-old girl.
'Antony Goodridge was charged with 12 counts of making indecent images.
'None of the charges relates to the deaths of the two Soham 10-year-olds.'
(BBC Ceefax, 17 Oct. 02, p.112)
We are expected to believe that this is just an amazing coincidence. Or are most British police officers involved in the production of child pornography?! No, we shouldn't encourage Attorney-General Ashcroft and his demonic followers with such an idea. They are making enough progress already in their experiment to destroy the credibility of both the police and the Catholic Church, in the USA and the UK alike.
18 October 02
'POLICE ACCUSE VICAR, 62, OF MALE RAPE
'An Anglican vicar in south Wales has been charged with serious sex offences, a church spokesman has said.
'Church officials said Reverend Canon Lawrence Davies, 62, Vicar of St Pauls, Grangetown, Cardiff, had been arrested.
'A spokesman said Canon Davies had been suspended from his clerical duties.
'Police have confirmed a 62-year-old man from Grangetown had been accused of rape of a male over the age of 16 and of gross indecency with two boys.'
(BBC Ceefax, p.111)
Most such homosexual and/or paedophile accusations against the clergy are against Catholics, and many if not all have, since Sept. 11, 2001, stemmed from the FBI. This is only the second accusation I have heard of against the Anglican clergy, and the first of direct accusations of sexual abuse. Late last year came an "indirect" one against the Anglican Archbishop of Australia, Peter Hollingworth, who was accused of covering up for paedophile priests when he was a bishop.
There's no statement in the current case that the FBI instigated it. In any case it's not clear that American "Christian" extremists (represented by Attorney-General Ashcroft) would have an interest in attacking the Anglican Church. Unless they're attacking Christianity in general.
In a curious sidelight on false accusations of paedophilia,
'A female police constable is being investigated for allegedly making up a child abuse case in order to meet the celebrities David and Victoria Beckham.
'Rhonda McGrea, from the Thames Valley force, asked the pair to see a friend's daughter, the Daily Mirror paper says. ...'

'Child porn swoop targets 90 police' (in Britain)
The Observer, 20 Oct. 02, pp.1, 3
'Hundreds of child welfare professionals, including police officers, care workers and teachers, have been identified as "extremely high-risk" paedophiles by an investigation into internet porn.
'The discovery came after US authorities passed on more than 7,000 names of UK subscribers to an American-based child porn website. ...
'Investigators now believe as many as 90 police officers have so far been identified from an initial trawl of 200 of the British names found in the US. Many of the other suspects work in other sensitive professions, often linked to the criminal justice system. ...
'British ... police set up Operation Ore to investigate all 7,200 subscribers [of specified child porn websites] in this country. ... Police believe that at least 5,000 could be considered "goers" and lead to arrests. ...
'The US investigation, Operation Avalanche, was set up by the United States Postal Inspection Service, which probes online porn. It began in Texas and has generated more than 75,000 identities worldwide. ...'
I have come across this "7,200" figure once before, but I tended to assume it was a mistake for the total number of investigatees arising from the US Operation Candyman (two-thirds of which were in the USA; the British figure is usually given as 2,400). "Ore" was said to be the British wing of "Candyman". But now we have a total figure over ten times bigger, at 75,000 worldwide. "Candyman" was and is run by the FBI, under the malevolent auspices of Attorney-General Ashcroft. "Avalanche", says the Observer, is run by the US "Postal Inspection Service". Is this fronting for Ashcroft's evil coterie?
Increasingly, people in positions of importance and trust are being targeted. This is the real aim of Ashcroft's Soul Police: to undermine personnel in key positions in the established administrations of the Anglo-Saxon core of the US cabal's prospective world police state, to clear the path for their own style of rule. And the numbers targeted seem to be ever expanding — as they will need to for this project to be successful.

Delays in paedophile inquiries in Britain
'Acpo was unavailable for comment yesterday.'
The proportion of police officers in this "sample" is ten times as high as their proportion in the population as a whole — 0.2 percent, as against 0.02 percent (if we say there are 100,000 policemen in Britain).
They're not targeting British policemen, are they?!

TOP FBI OFFICIAL TO HEAD US CATHOLIC CHURCH'S NEW CHILD- PROTECTION BOARD
Washington Post
'The highest-ranking woman in the FBI was named yesterday to head a new office for child protection in the Roman Catholic Church, part of the effort by U.S. bishops to restore confidence in the church after months of scandal over sexual abuse by priests.
'Kathleen L. McChesney, a veteran of 24 years in the FBI and its No. 3 official, is leaving the bureau to become the full-time director of the church's Office for Child and Youth Protection, hedquartered in Washington. An arm of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, the new office is charged with ensuring the safety of children and teenagers in Catholic schools and youth groups throughout the country. ...
'... one of the office's key functions will be to serve as a watchdog over the bishops.
'McChesney is supposed to work with a National Review Board of lay Catholics, headed by Oklahoma Gov[ernor] Frank Keating (R[epublican]), to produce an annual report on compliance with the policy. ...
'McChesney, 51, has served since December 2001 as the FBI's executive assistant director for law enforcement services. FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III created that job to improve cooperation between fedeeral and local law enforcement agencies in the wake of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. ...'
(Alan Cooperman, 'Catholic Church is FBI Veteran's New Boss: Office Charged With Protecting Children', Washington Post, 8 Nov. 02, p.A02.)
Mueller, and hence Ashcroft, now have one of their own top people in a position of power over the US Catholic Church, a viper in the nest to influence and undermine it.

'HUNDREDS ARRESTED IN WEB ABUSE INQUIRY [in Britain]
'Hundreds of suspected paedophiles have been arrested during a six-month crackdown on internet child abuse.
'Many are professionals [including many policemen] with no previous contact with the authorities. One in five is alleged to have been involved in physical abuse, the BBC has learned. [My emphasis.]
'An international computer trail showed where pornographic images of children had been downloaded from the internet.
'Police admit a lack of resources means thousands more suspects are at large.'
(BBC Ceefax, 11 Nov. 02, p.111)
And no doubt, besides Operation Candyman/Ore, Ashcroft & Co. have at least a dozen more such "operations" up their sleeves. They are using such methods to attack the social backbone of their target societies.
14 Nov. 02
'60 ARRESTED IN CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CASE
'...on suspicion of viewing or downloading child pornography.
'The arrests ... are part of a national investigation called Operation Ore.
'The accused are alleged to have accessed an American website.
'Around 7,000 people were quizzed by police. [In just Northumbria?!] The accused have been bailed to appear in court early in 2003.'
(BBC Ceefax, 14 Nov. 02, p.114)

'CARDINAL ACCUSED ON PAEDOPHILE PRIESTS
'The Archbishop of Westminster failed to act appropriately when dealing with paedophile priests in a former post, a BBC News investigation has revealed.
'Police are already examining whether Cardinal Cormac Murphy O'Connor covered up the activities of one jailed priest.
'At least three other accused priests in Arundel and Brighton [in Sussex] were allowed to continue working, the BBC has found.
'The Cardinal is head of the Catholic Church in England and Wales.'

'[British House of ]COMMONS CLERK ON NET CHILD PORN CHARGES
'A top aide to MPs has been ordered to stnad trial on a string of internet child porn charges.
'Senior Commons clerk Phillip Lyon, 37, of Basildon, Essex, faces 12 counts of making indecent images of children between October 2001 and April 2002.
'The aide, who arranges Prime Minister's Question Time, faces a maximum of 10 years in prison if found guilty.
'He pleaded not guilty at Southwark Crown Court and was bailed until March.'
(BBC Ceefax, 21 Nov. 02)
How many officials will have to be arrested in these Stalinist witch hunts before the public recognize them for what they are? Just as al-Qaeda is the US cabal's facade for world conquest?
Of course, any individual may be guilty, and it would make sense, in the early stages, if the large majority were, to establish credibility for a future campaign of mass arrests and social destruction ...

'CLINTON BACKS ANTI CHILD-ABUSE CAMPAIGN [in UK]
'Former US president Bill Clinton has thrown his support behind plans to eradicate child abuse in the UK.
'Mr Clinton, speaking at a fundraising dinner in Liverpool, backed the NSPCC's [National Society for the Protection of Children's] Full Stop campaign.
'He added that as well as fighting physical, mental and sexual abuse, the charity should target the "systematic" cruelty of poverty and war.
'Other guests at the event included Cilla Black and Tom O'Connor.'

'[BRITISH] POLICE CHARGED AFTER CHILD PORN RAIDS
'Fifty police officers are being investigated — eight of whom have been charged — as suspected users of child pornography sites on the internet.
'Details of the police suspects emerged as 32 other people were held in raids[ in London].
'In total, the names of 1,200 suspected paedophiles have been given to detectives by police in the US. [This may refer to those who have been charged so far. The total number of British "suspects" (curtesy of the US) is 7,200 (see above).]
'Around 250,000 paedophiles worldwide were traced last year through credit cards used to download child porn. [My emphasis.]'
(BBC Ceefax, 17 Dec. 02, p.110)
The "Landslide" site was said to have links to "thousands" of other child-porn websites. But it was only post-9/11 that Avalanche began to live up to its name and rake in "identities" in ever more massive quantities. Avalanche is an operation that (along with their own brainchild, Candyman) Ashcroft and his crew have seized on for their own purposes of (they hope) destroying all opposition to the US cabal's projected world totalitarian empire.
14 January 2003
Another "anti-paedophile" operation comparable in scope to Operation Avalanche is being prepared in America. (TV news)
The conveyor belt of the Stalin-style purge is well-and-truly rolling — though as yet in low gear. A credible front must first be firmly established by ensuring that most of the accused are genuine child-porn offenders. Only then can the American imperial cabal's true programme begin to be implemented: the destruction of all opposition, actual and potential, to their prospective world totalitarian empire.
The purging of the white, Anglo-Saxon core of the empire is more important than the targeting of Islamic peoples as "al-Qaeda terrorists" in the Middle-Eastern oil province.
15 January 03
Among the targets of the US cabal-inspired Operation Ore, are said to be two former Labour government ministers. No names have been given (which spreads the tar of suspicion wide). The matter is "so sensitive" that Special Branch, not the ordinary police, are investigating.
Now we're beginning to get to the meat of the US fascist regime's campaign: the destruction of political leaders who might provide a focus of opposition to its design for a world totalitarian empire.

'110 HELD IN PORN CRACKDOWN [in Sussex, Britain, in four weeks]
'A police force says it has arrested more than 110 people suspected of downloading child pornography from the internet in just four weeks.
'Sussex police have made 110 arrests as part of Operation Ore, the national crackdown on child abuse on the net.
'Officers have seized more than 1,000 computers from addresses across both the east and west of the county.'

"Anti-War Protesters are Pedophiles" : the Real Message of Scott Ritter
This January Scott Ritter faced raked-up old charges (from 2001) of courting an under-age girl in a chatroom. Ritter suggested this was done to undermine his "Iraqi peace efforts". But, critically, HE REFUSED TO DENY THE CHARGES (in a Channel 4 News interview), on the pretext that the law suit was dismissed and "under wraps". This left viewers with the impression that he really did have something to hide in the pedophile department.
Scott Ritter, the right-wing head of the Iraqi weapons inspectors, who in August 1998 called for bombing Saddam Hussein into the ground, then suddenly "became born again" and said "It's all a mistake, give Saddam a chance". And last year in Baghdad, he beseeched the Iraqis to let the inspectors back in "to show they have nothing to hide" -- a tactic which has proved in reality a stepping-stone on the path to war.
[See:-
Ritter sex accusations on BBC news]
Is Scott Ritter a stooge of the American hard right? One who acted not only as a Trojan horse in Iraq, but also seeks to convey the public message that those who oppose Middle-East conquest are "pedophiles"? (This may seem very "self-sacrificing", but such political tricks have been done before.) Or is he just an innocent target?
Either way we see the real purpose emerging of the gigantic worldwide "anti-pedophile" campaign originating from John Ashcroft's "Justice Department". To submerge opposition to the New Order under the tar of the most heinous of accusations -- sexual child abuse (which child pornography-downloading has become synonymous with).
And with 250,000 "suspects" worldwide from Operation Avalanche alone, and rumors of further operations on a similar scale, they will need to open barbed-wire concentration camps to imprison the targets.
The targets themselves, originally necessarily real child-porn viewers (to establish credibility for the campaign), will increasingly include stitched-up political oppositionists to the US cabal's aimed-for world terror-state.
(copy of a Usenet posting I made in early Feb. 03)
'[British] STAR QUIZZED OVER CHILD PORN
'A Bristol-based member of dance [music] group Massive Attack has been questioned over alleged internet child porn offences.
'Robert Del Naja, known as 3D and aged in his 30s, was bailed by police working on Operation Ore — a national crackdown on child porn.
'Detectives seized computer equipment and a quantity of suspected Class A drugs during a raid.'
(ITV Teletext West, 27 Feb. 03, p.333)
Del Naja 'said: "I have never looked at child pornography in my life.
'"I am fully co-operating with the police and I would ask everyone not to judge me prematurely. I have total faith in the justice system. [This boy's a fool!]
(BBC Ceefax West, p.162)
See BBC News online
Del Naja was a "prominent figure" on the recent anti-war demonstrations. (TV news; my emphasis)
Further evidence that Attorney-General Ashcroft and his British Operation-Ore puppets are turning the deadly paedophile weapon against its real intended targets — those who oppose the US cabal's aspirations to totalitarian world empire.

'43 MORE ARRESTS IN CHILD PORN INQUIRY [in London]
'A further 43 men have been arrested in connection with a long-running inquiry into child pornography on the internet.
'Scotland Yard said around 350 officers swooped on suspects across Greater London as part of Operation Ore.
'The men are suspected of downloading or distributing image of children.
'The operation is investigating a list provided by the FBI in the US, of more than 7,000 men suspected of using credit cards to access child porn sites.'

A child-porn probe into Robert Del Naja, 36 — "3D", frontman of dance-music group Massive Attack — has been dropped.
'Avon and Somerset [west of England] Police said there was "insufficient evidence" to charge the performer.
'The star ... has insisted the allegations were baseless.'
(Ibid, p.118)
Ashcroft's followers can't — yet — convict with fraudulent "evidence".
It will be sufficient, for the time being, for them to tar the reputations of their targets with unsubstantiated, then withdrawn, accusations of this most appalling of crimes.
A smear campaign is a large part, perhaps necessarily the main part, of the operation — so far.

'SOHAM POLICEMAN JAILED FOR CHILD PORN [in Britain]
'An ex-policeman who worked on the Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman murder probe has been jailed for six months after admitting child pornography charges.
'Anthony Goodridge, 34, of Ely, Camb[ridgeshire], was jailed at Ipswich Crown Court after admitting possessing more than 300 indecent images of young girls.

'A directly elected mayor has resigned from his post a day after he was arrested and bailed on suspicion of possessing indecent images of children.
'Chris Morgan, North Tyneside Council's Tory mayor, was arrested as he answered bail on an unrelated assault allegation.
'The 33-year-old, of Whitley Bay, was the region's first elected mayor.
'Mr Morgan's solicitor said leaks about the inquiries before any decision on charges had made his position untenable.'

'QUEEN'S AUSTRALIAN ENVOY DENIES RAPE
'The Queen's envoy to Australia has denied raping a woman when he was a clergyman in the 1960s.
'Governor-General Peter Hollingworth said a woman seeking financial payment had made these claims in a case now before a Victorian state court.
'He is facing mounting calls to resign for mishandling child sex abuse complaints in the church in the 1990s [when he was Archbishop of Brisbane].
'"I did not know this woman. I did not rape her," Mr Hollingworth said.'
(BBC Ceefax, 8 May 03, p.142)
Hollingworth's is the only significant case I know of ("mishandling of") child-sex-abuse in the Anglican church — to which has now been added a rape allegation.

'SUSPECTED PAEDOPHILES ARRESTED IN SWOOP [in Britain]
'Detectives have arrested 30 suspected internet paedophiles in a series of raids on their homes.
'Some 200 officers from Scotland Yard and a team from the NSPCC raided 35 addresses around London.
'The suspects were taken to police stations for questioning about pictures of children being abused.
'Some, but not all, of them were suspects in the huge, ongoing crackdown on paedophiles codenamed Operation Ore.'
(BBC Ceefax, 3 June 03, p.109)
The first case of "paedophile mass arrests" I've heard of for two months (12 March 2003 was the last — see above). But it shows the beast is still lying in wait for new prey ... And indeed, under the care of its keeper Ashcroft, it has an open-ended supply.

'[Soham] DETECTIVE CLEARED OF CHILD PORN CHARGES
'The detective who helped the family of Soham murder victim Jessica Chapman has been cleared of possessing child porn.
'Detective Constable Brian Stevens was also cleared of charges of indecent assault on the direction of a judge at Snaresbrook Crown Court, London.
'The prosecution offered no evidence on three counts of assault, three of distributing indecent photos of a child and five of possessing indecent photos.
'Cambridgeshire Police says he remains suspended until "matters are resolved".'
(BBC Ceefax, 20 Aug. 03, p.111)
The prosecution said that telephone records "which would have helped convict Stevens" were no longer available. Stevens said that many people could have had access to his laptop computer (and thus be responsible for the downloaded child porn).
Did they consider the other possibility — that anyone could have uploaded them to his laptop?
21 August 2003
The Daily Mail details the stories of the two girls who claimed [DC Brian Stevens] indecently assaulted them — charges also dropped.
"Mr Stevens' "future remains uncertain" subject to an internal police inquiry, the Daily Telegraph [says].

Stevens says there should be an inquiry into the whole case.

Brian Stevens, the British Soham case detective who was cleared of child-porn charges, has been re-arrested on a charge of "perverting the course of justice". It is claimed that Louise Austin, "his former lover", provided him with a false alibi for a time when, according to a previous charge, he downloaded child-porn onto a laptop computer.
The Soham Experimenters are not going to let a victim go once they have him in their jaws.

One of the US junta's main business fellow-travellers, Microsoft, is promoting the censorship of free discussion, using paedophilia (Attorney-General Ashcroft's favourite tool) as the pretext ...
'MICROSOFT CLOSES CHATROOMS
'Computer giant Microsoft has announced plans to close most of its internet chatrooms around the world [in October] to protect children from potential harm.
'The move follows a string of cases where paedophiles have used chatrooms to "groom" youngsters for sexual abuse.
'Microsoft believes the only way to tackle the problem is to close almost [why almost?] all the chatrooms it operates through its MSN web sites in 34 countries.'
(ITV Teletext)
The Microsoft business owes much to the conservative-Republican regime in respect to termination of anti-trust lawsuits and the like. It in turn is helping the junta to pave the way for post-democratic censorship. It is using Attorney-General Ashcroft's favourite tool, the ("anti") paedophile weapon — a cynical exploitation of a genuine evil — for ulterior purposes. (See "Ashcroft's Paedophile Terror".)
How will closing almost all of its chatrooms (including public ones, presumably) help combat "grooming"? Is this not the start of a general attack on web discussion sites, using the same pretext?

'POLICE PROBE UK LINK TO CHILD PORN RING
'Seven people have been arrested in the UK following a German police operation to smash an internet child porn ring thought to involve up to 26,000 people. [My emphasis.]
'Police in Germany say they have broken up the ring after issuing 500 warrants there as part of Operation Marcy.
'Those held included a man in Bavaria who had 26,000 indecent pictures. [Is someone getting their statistics confused?]
'The UK's National Crime Squad said it had been tipped off about British links in December [2002] and 22 suspects had been identified, with seven arrests to date.'

Modest figures by the standards of Operations Candyman and Avalanche (and their offspring Ore), but it once again illustrates the marvellous potential of such methods for raking the masses in — whatever ulterior purpose this might be used for.

'COUNCILLOR WANTED OVER DOWNLOADING PORN
'A [Liberal-Democrat] councillor from Bristol [England] arrested on suspicion of alleged electoral fraud is now wanted for questioning about downloading internet pornography.
'John Astley, 38, fled to Amsterdam after his arrest over two weeks ago.
'The police have revealed that during their investigation into the electoral fraud they seized a computer and disks.
'Mr Astley is fighting an extradition order and has resigned from the Lib Dem group [on the city council]. Talks continue between the UK and Holland to secure his return.'
(BBC Ceefax West, 8 Nov. 03, p.164)
Admittedly flight and resignation do not sound like the actions of an innocent man. But the Liberal Democrats? The only visible opposition, God help us, to the upcoming Labour-Tory one-party police state? And the Lib Dem who is accused of electoral fraud also happens to have porn (child-porn, what else?) on his computer??
This is just a confirmation that the potential agenda of tarring political oppositionists with child-porn is being put into effect. The West police running the local subsection of Operation Ore — itself a subsection of Candyman/Avalanche — have already tried applied the technique to Bristol pop musician Robert Del Naja, who was involved in (organizing?) anti-Iraq-war protests. 'UK authorities failed to take full advantage of a list they were given by the FBI of child porn site subscribers, the Lib Dems have said.
'[Liberal Democrat] [h]ome affairs spokesman Mark Oaten said a lack of convictions and prison sentences suggested the intelligence was not being properly exploited [!].
'A [Government] Home Office spokesman said resources were being made available, but how they were spent was down to the police.
'Mr Oaten said the Ore list ["Ore" is the British "sub-franchise" of US Operations Candyman and Avalanche] was "an absolute gift [!!!] to the police.'
(BBC Ceefax, p.124)
Mr Oaten wholly underestimates the "gift value" of the paedophile campaign, which empowers the whole imperial police-state lobby with a weapon of the first water for smashing those who oppose them. Qualitatively and quantitatively paralleling the tools of a Stalinist witch-hunt.
Oaten is at best a fool ...

Ian Huntley has been convicted of the murders of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, the 10-year-old Soham children whose bodies were found badly decomposed in a ditch last year. He was sentenced to life. His partner, Maxine Carr, was sentenced to three-and-a-half years for obstructing justice.
'FAILINGS IN POLICE SYSTEM [in UK, re. Huntley Soham case]
'The chief constable whose force investigated allegations of rape and under-age sex against Ian Huntley has admitted there were "system failings".
'David Westwood expressed "deep sorrow" at the Soham murders but said nothing on Humberside Police's computer had pointed to Huntley's murky past.
'He said the Data Protection Act meant vital information [!] was not available when vetting checks were carried out. [Huntley has been convicted of the murder of two girls at whose school he was caretaker.]'
(ITV Teletext, 17 Dec. 03, p.306)
These were allegations from a number of different people about Huntley. This makes malicious allegations seem less likely. ...
Now, is this one prize to be won from the Soham case? Conviction of selected targets by serial allegations which could in future be suitably orchestrated? Preferably of child-molestation, a charge so heinous that it tends to replace rational analysis? I have suggested that Soham may have been used as an experiment in public-manipulation by those who seek to have the most effective methods at their disposal for the running of a police state and the suppression of opposition.)

'FEARS OVER RISE IN CHILD PORN
'Child pornography crimes have rocketed 1,500% [in the UK] since 1988 [from 35 people charged or cautioned in 1988 to 549 in 2001, according to Home Office statistics] — and an avalanche [now there's a pithy word!] of more porn could be unleashed by new internet mobile phones, a report warns.
'The massive rise is mainly due to the increase in use of the internet, the study by children's charity NCH showed.
'Child welfare professionals are worried new phones will be used by paedophiles to access child sex sites, take pictures and trade in vile images.'
(ITV Teletext, 12 Jan. 04, p.304)
And does this reveal one of the ulterior — police-state — motives that may be behind this concern? ...
'SAFETY CALL OVER CHILD INTERNET PORN
'Child protection experts are calling on the computer industry to install better safety devices to help stop children becoming victims of abuse.
'The NCH said in a report that the internet had driven a 1,500% rise in child pornography since 1988.
'Experts believe the availability of images of children could be encouraging people to commit actual abuse.
'There are also fears new mobiles that can film, display and send video could generate a further danger to children.'

Police win paedophile internet ban
'A Welsh police force has won what is thought to be a ground-breaking ruling which bans a paedophile from using the internet and mobile phones.
'Gary Geoffrey Thomas, 37, lured a 14-year-old mid Wales girl into having sex with him after grooming her via an internet chatroom.
'He was sentenced to 18 months in jail after the jury at Mold Crown Court heard how he had sex with the youngster, one of 15 underage girls he had met in internet chatrooms.
'Detectives asked the court for the order after they [said] Thomas — described as "predatory" — had made more than 1,000 calls on his mobile phone to schoolgirls. ...
''... Judge Huw Daniel ... banned Thomas ... from subscribing or using the internet or mobile phones of any description for the next five years.
'The order has been welcomed by Dyfed-Powys Police Detective Sergeant Diane Davies, who asked for the ruling. ...
'However, John Carr, an internet consultant for the children's charity NCH, said he understood what the police were trying to do but doubted they would be able to police the order.
'He told BBC Radio Wales: "The simple truth is there are thousands of internet cafes on the high streets and back streets [!] of every urban area in Britain.
'You can walk into one of them, give someone a quid [£1] in cash and set yourself up an internet account in less than three seconds. [Just slightly exaggerated claims. ...]
'"It requires absolutely no proof of you[r] name, address, telephone number or anything, and the same applies with mobile phones — you just pay cash in a shop and walk out with one." [Brother, you're big!] ...'
Reminds you of those Soviet unpatriots who listened to all that Western bourgeois filth on their trannies. No wonder the Great Leaders banned private photocopiers, in a bid to stop samizdat propagation of this corruption.
I know little about Carr, or what his degree of sincerity might be; but he is playing hell-for-leather into the hands of >the Ashcroft-led anti-crusade which, under the cynical pretext of child protection, aspires to set the scene for the suppression of all opposition to the US cabal's world-imperial projects.
The establishment of an all-seeing state eye, followed by strangulation of independent media and, ultimately, the wholesale stitching-up of oppositionists as pedophiles (and other discrediting labels). US slated on child porn
'Following the jailing of railway guard Gary Geoffrey Thomas on Thursday [15 Jan. 04] for unlawful sex with an underage girl and an unprecedented ruling that he must not use a mobile phone or the internet for the next five years, David Williamson reports how the leading children's charity NCH [is anyone capable of saying National Child Helpline in full?] is blaming the United States for the spread of paedophile material around the world. ...
'Legal hair-splitting has prevented the US law-enforcement agencies from being able to act against the vast majority of suspects. Meanwhile, the United States continues to be the world's number-one source of paedophile websites. [Unsurprising, since it is the no. 1 host of the internet.]
John Carr [it's that man again!] is the author of NCH's recent report which argues that exposure to child abuse images fuels the sexual fantasias of paedophiles.
'He is exasperated by the American response to a growing criminal market. [Now this is a gob-smacking critique of the land of origin of Ashcroft's great anti-paedophile campaign ...]
'In 2002, even though the United States only accounted for less than 30% of global internet users, 52% of the child abuse images found in Britain were created there. {Whatever these statistics are supposed to mean or tell us.] ...
'US investigators handed in a list of 6,500 names to their British counterparts after [considerably after, I think] shutting down a child pornography "gateway" ["Landslide"] in 1999. Being suddenly presented with so great a number of suspects to investigate has [... stalled the system? No ...] led to more than 2,300 arrests.
Meanwhile, US officials have an equivalent list of 35,000 names but have arrested only around 200 people.
'Mr Carr explained that one of the chief reasons for the US failure in prosecuting those who had been downloading the images.
'He said, "In order to get a warrant you have to present evidence that is recent. In some states recent is interpreted as meaning the last 30 days."
'Instead of using the giant [yep, it's giant, but perhaps a minnow compared to the total scale of "investigations"] list of names for prosecutions, in most cases police have to target specific individuals in sting operations which are time-consuming and expensive.
'What is of great concern to Mr Carr and his colleagues is the American failure to shut off internet newsgroups [my emphasis] used by child pornography enthusiasts, again on legal grounds. [Now we're getting to some of it ...]
'In 2002 more than 1.2 million child abuse images were moved across the internet using such newsgroups.
'Britain's Internet Watch Foundation, which is made up of members of the internet industry, the police and the Government, concluded that the easy availability of the pornography through the newsgroups was fuelling demand.
'When the newsgroups were then dropped by British internet service providers [my emphasis; what newsgroups are we specifically talking about?it became vastly more difficult for anyone in the UK to access images of child abuse and helped disrupt paedophile networks.
'The proportion of reported child porn images which are believed to have originated in the United States has now fallen [in the UK] from 18% to 2%. [Sounds effective. What other categories of newsgroup will it be used against next??]
'Mr Carr said, "We asked the American industry, "Why don't you do something similar?' They said they are powerless because of their anti-trust laws." ...
[
All-in-all, we have one nice example here of Britain beginning to be used as a test-bed for the projected American police state.] ...
'Concerned Women for America, one of the nation's largest conservative women's groups, is outraged that attempts to make it easier to prosecute child pornography producers have been frustrated by lawsuits brought by respected free-speech groups. [Yes, please note the "respected". They can see the way the wind's blowing; and those genuinely concerned with child-pornography and pedophilia are being just as cynically exploited.] ...'

BRITISH POLICE INSPECTOR CLEARED OF CHILD PORN CHARGES

'[British] POLICE CALL FOR ID CARDS
'The introduction of ID cards could have stopped Ian Huntley getting a job as a school caretaker, the inquiry into the Soham murder has heard.
'The Police Federation, representing rank-and-file officers, told the Bichard Inquiry ID cards [can't they say "identity cards" anymore?] could have stopped Huntley using a dual identity.
'A spokesman said: "Verification of an individual's identity will continue to be problematic without ID cards".'
(ITV Teletext, 17 Feb. 04, p.307)
The Soham case was an opportunity (such as from-time-to-time arise) for an experiment in police-state methods, and also a lever (one of various) for erecting an actual police state. The plan is now unfolding.
[UK] Judge arrested over child porn
'A senior Crown Court judge has been arrested over child pornography allegations.
'David Selwood was arrested on Wednesday [21 April 04] as part of a national paedophile investigation [Operation Ore, offspring of Candyman/Avalanche], the Department of constitutional Affairs said.
'He was interviewed by detectives over allegations of possessing indecent images of children and released on police bail pending further inquiries. [And who needs a conviction? Mud sticks.]
'Judge Selwood is the resident judge at Portsmouth Crown Court.
'Judge Selwood, of Winchester, Hants, became a circuit judge in 1992 after a successful army career. [Selwood was apparently a major-general in the army and a judge in military courts.] ...'
Selwood is, I think, the biggest UK establishment target yet in The Great Paedophile Campaign. But it would still be gauche, at this stage in the game, to "discover" child-porn on Lord Chief Justice Woolf's hard drive, for example. Maybe in a couple of years ...

'Officers from all eight Scottish police forces took part in the searches as part of Operation Falcon [such a noble name!], along with the Scottish Drug Enforcement Agency.

The Bichard inquiry into the Huntley/Soham affair in Britain has concluded. It seems confirmed that the affair will be used as a lever to promote "safety" at the expense of confidentiality, and to centralize police intelligence. Indeed, Home Secretary Blunkett has said it must mark a "watershed".
Amongst other things, Bichard has proposed a "passport" for those working with children and vulnerable adults.
UK Home Secretary David Blunkett has ordered the suspension of the Humberside chief constable (under "new" powers of 2002) over the Huntley/Soham. But Chief constable David Westward has said he will carry on in his job until his police authority says otherwise.

From our worthy London Times, a glimmering of understanding of the direction, if not the uses, of the Great Paedophile Campaign ...
Spirit of Salem is haunting Soham
'The authorities in Salem, Massachusetts did not have a computer database of suspected offences back in 1692, but we can imagine how useful they would have found one. It would not just have been 20 citizens executed for witchcraft; it would have been half the town.
'Replace "witch" with "sex offender" and 17th-century Salem has more than a little in common with 21st-century Britain. The murder of Soham schoolgirls Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells was a despicable crime, for which former caretaker Ian Huntley has properly been jailed for life. But the fallout from the Bichard report into the Soham case threatens our liberty by putting us at the mercy of rumour and false allegation.
'The nub of the report is this: Huntley would have been prevented from taking up his job as a caretaker at Soham and, therefore, from murdering Jessica and Holly, if the Humberside Police had only bothered to keep proper records and share them with potential employers. For his failure to do this, David Westwood, the Chief Constable of Humberside, has been suspended by the Home Secretary and vilified by the public.
'Yet there was a good reason why Mr Westwood and his staff did not go about telling all and sundry that Huntley was a vicious sex offender. Until the conclusion of the Soham trial, Huntley had never been convicted of any sex offence. He had been acccused of having sex with four under-age girls, of raping four women and indecently assaulting an 11-year-old girl. But in a free society, the weight of allegations does not equal guilt.
'If Huntley was guilty of these earlier offences, some of which he appeared in court over, the failure lies with the Crown Prosecution Service for failing to construct a convincing case against him. Possibly Humberside Police, too, failed in their investigations into the earlier offences. But to suggest that the force should disseminate damning information [sic] merely on the basis of unproven allegations is tantamount to calling for a police state. [My emphasis.]
'Yet this is exactly what the Bichard report does. It demands the setting-up of a national police intelligence system to allow forces to share information on alleged criminals. It also demands that the social services establish a database of those suspected of child abuse and suggests that, the Government, too, creates a register bringing together all known information — substantiated or not — on those who work with children. [My emphasis.]
'It is hard to see how these measures would have prevented Huntley from offending. But even if they did it would be at the terrible cost of ruining the reputations of those wrongly smeared. [A previous case is referred to, that of Dawn Reed and Christopher Lillie.]
'As a result of the Bichard report, more innocent citizens will be caught up in the maelstrom of rumour and innuendo which blighted the lives of Ms Reed and Mr Lillie. If you want to ruin somebody, just start muttering about his or her inappropriate contact with children. An Englishman used to be innocent until proven guilty. From now on, he is innocent only until someone has a grudge against him. [My emphasis.]'
What Ross Clark doesn't note is that Soham was part of a campaign that has been orchestrated from the start from US Attorney-General Ashcroft's Injustice Department and the recently-purged FBI. See "Ashcroft's Paedophile Terror".

On the History of Operation Avalanche
Operation Avalanche started out as a small-scale investigation in 1999 of a Texas child-porn website, "Landslide". The operation was run by the Dallas police in conjunction with the Postal Inspection Service, and with the support of the US Department of Justice (which was then, of course, under Clinton's Democrat presidency). Even as late as August 2001, it had only resulted in 100 arrests.
