It has been created an e-group called Backstreet Boys Oficial Online Team. It's an oficcial team half managed by Jive, so it's totally official. What it wants to be is have a lot of fans supporting BSB and their new album, Black & Blue. There are a lot of people but we can make it even bigger! So for join visit this url:

Well, and besides that, in the US there are about 5 millions of preorders for the new album!! And that means that the first week the sales of the new album are going to break all records! It's going to be amazing! And if just talking about preorders there are about five millions... what about all the girls that will go to buy it the first day? When Millennium was released it was released first in Asia, so this time like a strange and typical thing :) Black & Blue will be released on 14th November in Asia and it will have a bonus track written by Howie called: "What Makes You Different, Makes you Beautiful". This song is also going to be on the Black & Blue edition for Wallmart.

Shape Of My Heart went on sale on Monday. Besides the single it has two tracks more: All I Have To Give (A Capella) and a cool version of The One. If I have the time to I'll put both of them on the audio section.

On 4th November BSB will be presenting the Radio Music Awards in Las Vegas. They are nominated in"Artist of the Year: Top 40/Pop Radio"

I've heard that in the next Rolling Stones issue will appear some BSB stuff. It's posisble that it will be a preview of the Black and Blue cd-artwork.

At NMEpop.com has published an article with lots of information on the new album, including some lines of the lyrics, who have composed the songs, etc. It's an interesting article, so if you have the time take a look here. But, I can't really assure you that all that appears there is totally official.

Firstly and to make you not forget (although I think this would be impossible to forget :) Remember that Shape Of My Heart single is going on sale on Monday 23rd!! Song that is hitting all radio stations! And also do not foget that is just one month to go to have Black & Blue!

The dates for the European promo have been confirmed. The Boys will arrive in Europe on 11th November and they will land in Germany at first to perform in a ZDF program called Wetten Das? but let's suppose that if they are visiting Germany are  visiting the VIVA tv studios as well... On 13th November they will be in SPAIN to perform at the Premios Amigo!! (More info about this below) and on 16th November they will be in Stockholm to perform at the MTV Europe Music Awards (don't forget to vote at: MTVE.COM!!)

And then after this little-promo starts the madness!:) Almost 3 days of promotion!! The madness starts on 18th. From Stockolm they will travel to Tokyo, from there they will fly to Sydney where they will arrive on 19th. After being in Sydney they will go to Hong Kong, they'll arrive there on 20th November (when the album is coming out) where they will spend some hours before leaving to Frankfurt, that day after a few hours in Frankfurt they'll travel to Moroco. There they will take a plane to Caracas where they will arrive on 21st and that same day they will fly to New York where they will finish all this madness giving a little-concert at the JFK airport! After ALL this I suppose they will spend almost a whole day sleeping :)

As I have already tell you BSB are one of the confirmed performances for the 4th Edition of the Premios Amigo which will take place on 13th November. The ceremony will be at the 'Palacio Municipal de Congresos del Campo de las Naciones' in Madrid and it will be broadcasted live on Antena 3TV. Despite that they are not nominated in none of the categories they will perform at the ceremony singing Shape Of My Heart. Between the other confirmed performances as there are Madonna and U2. as other international artist. Maybe Christina Aguilera is coming too.

Well, in all this time that I haven't update have happened things that I'm sure you already know but even so, I'm doing a resume right now... On 28th August the Burger King promo started (finally it was just in USA and Canada). Before this, at the end of July the Boys were in Canada at the Toronto Performing Arts Center recording three tv comercials for the BK promo. You can see some pics HERE. During the promo it was possible to get three different cd's:

Before the BK promo were presenting the Backstreet ProjectWebisodes. They will be 22 episodes, they are great! That day Howie, Nick and AJ did a little press conference at the Universal Studios CityWalk in Orlando where each one of them sang some songs.... Nick sang two of my fave songs: Heaven (Bryan Adams)and Interstate Lovesong (Stone Temple Pilots) :)

The Boys were some days in California and they visited Hollywood where they did a photo shoot for the new album (dressed in black) and also where Nick and AJ went to a Tattoo place. AJ got two, both in their arms in one of them is writen Poppy and in the other Jack Daniels and Nick got two simbols in his left arms, they mean 'Ocean God' (Cause the shark he has in that arm too).

And as I have resumed the Backstreet summer, go in to the NEW STUFF!

Let's start with the new album, which already has title and date...
On 26th September was the Shape Of My Heart world premier, which is the first single from Black And Blue and since then all radio stations have gone CRAZY! When it was aired for the first time here, the program who was airing it had to play it 3 times! Because they were getting tons of callings requesting it! It's amazing! Just BSB can get this!
The single will hit stores on 23th October.

At the end of September the Boys were in Los Angeles recording Shape Of My Heart video.The director is Matthew Ralston and it was filmed at the Orpheum Theatre.

The video clip world premiere was on 9th October. It's a simple but beautiful video. It's in black and white...  or better black and blue? I personally think that it's perfect for a first single video. Nick looks SO GREAT! I don't want him to change that hairdo, I LOVE it!

On 3rd October (Kev's bday) Tony Aguilar (one of the most important and famous DJ's from 40 Principales) was in New York and had the luck to interview the Boys and to go to a press conference they did there.

The title of the album as you know will be BLACK & BLUE. The cover don't have any pic. The cover is of these two colors and the title is in the middle. The idea for name the album this way was Brian's. The track listing has been confirmed by JIVE and here it is:

The album goes on sale on 20th November and in some places on 21th. The Boys will promote the album in an amazing way, they will visit the 5 continents in two days, this time the Boys want to literaly do a World Premier of their new album.

According to the Boys the next tour it's going to be the best thing they've ever done and I wonder, how it can be something better than thel Into The Millennium Tour?!?!. The tour will start on 23th January and it will be around 90 cities in the first leg. It will start in the US and Canada. But lately I've heard that it will start in Japan, I don't know. It's supposed that the stage WON'T be on the middle this time, something that I DO NOT undersand, because it was GREAT.
