Plus 6? You're missing the two top trump (no singletons) plus another A (no voids), and declarer is plus 6? Well, now, how'd that happen? Declarer took the opening lead with the 10 of clubs in dummy, led a heart to his Q, which held (!), continued the suit, picking up the A and K, of course. West now led a spade, third hand playing the K, declarer winning. Declarer cashed his J of spades, cashed the K of clubs, overtook the Q of clubs and cashed the J of clubs, sluffing a diamond. Another diamond went on the Q of spades, and declarer was plus 6. That's how he did it.
