| Yahiko is the youngest out of the Kenshin-Gumi (duh) and probably the most annoying. His father died as a Samurai and left Yahiko's mother to be a whore so she could support Yahiko. She then died (I don't know how, but she did) and Yahiko was given to the gangster group, Yakuza. They taught Yahiko how to pickpocket so he could pay off a debt that his parents owed them. While Yahiko was out, he spotted Kenshin and Kaoru walking and stole their money. Kenshin and Kaoru couldn't stop him so they went to the Akabeko and asked for some dirt on him. They found out about Yahiko and went to go help him. Kenshin saved Yahiko without killing any other the members of the Yakuza. He then gave him a spot in the Kamiya Dojo to train under the Kamiya Kasshin Ryu and learn some Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu (it's not like there wasn't enouh spots open =P) . Yahiko can get on any of the Kenshin-gumi's nerves but Kenshin's which he never really wants to. Kenshin is his role model and Yahiko wants to be just like him. |
