(Kevin and Lucy are in Lucy's Deception Office. Lucy drinks a cup of coffee as Kevin watches her. He finally says...)

K: "A penny for your thoughts."

L: "Oh, you may want to re-think how you spend your money."

K: "I could tell it wasn't pleasant. Is it Damian?"

L: "No, oh, gosh, no, who cares about him, anyway? He's so involved with Detective Garcia and the Grand Jury right now, he's plenty occupied. No, it's this, this bad feeling I had when I walked in the office today."

K: "I'd like to help."

L: "Even if it's based on intuition?"

K: "Even if."

L: "Oh... (They kiss) That's very sweet of you, but I don't think you can help because this premonition, or whatever it is, concerns Deception and that means I am the only one who can fix it."

(Later... Lucy sits on Kevin's lap, as they kiss. Kevin asks...)

K: "Do you feel any better?"

L: "Mmm-mmm... with support like that, I think I could take on the world."

K: "Oh, call on me anytime."

L: "Oh, do you really mean that?"

K: "Of course, I do."

L: "Hmmm..."

(She gets up and straightens her jacket.)

K: "Why? Do you have something in mind?"

L: "Maybe. I just have to return a couple of overseas calls and then I thought I'd spend the rest of the day brainstorming on the new ad campaign for Deception."

K: "Ah, sounds productive. Where do I fit in?"

L: "Well, see, unfortunately, I have this thing that happens that I can only hold that creative power of mine up for a few hours and then all those bad ideas start coming in."

K: "Oh, well, please no more bad ideas."

L: "Nmmm-nmmm... So I was hoping, perhaps, maybe, I could lure you to take me to an early dinner at the Outback."

K: "Followed by?"

L: "A bubblebath at my place."

K: "I think I can do that. How's 4 o'clock?"

L: "Perfect."

K: "I'll see you then. (They kiss) Don't be late."

(Kiss)

L: "Bye."

(As Kevin walks out.)

K: "Bye-bye."
