Chapter 25
~~Snowflakes~~
Lucy's house
''Mother, you do not have to wait anymore, your snowflake is here and I am not going anywhere.'' Lynne said.
''I am so glad, Sweet Girl. I am so glad.'' Lucy said.
''I have an idea.''
''What?''
''Could I stay with you for a while. The apartment is lonely. I know that Krissy and Des are there but Ryan isn't. Plus it is just a reminder of what he did.''
''I would love it. We have so much to talk about and so many trips to the mall to make up for.'' Lucy said grinning.
''Sounds like Heaven to me. Thank you for coming into my life when you did. I needed my mommy so much right after Jannelle died. I wanted to go to her. But something kept me here and now I know why. It was so I could find you and enter your life again.''
Lucy and Lynne looked at each other and suddenly burst out laughing. It was a release of the emotions that they both have been battling for years and now they have both come full circle. The journey was worth it, even through the pain.
~~Revelations~~
Just as Tamera said that she hoped Lynne did not find out it was her that was with Ryan, who should walk in the door but Kristen. Her mouth dropped when she realised what Tamera had just said.
''Oh, she will find out and with Lucy Coe as her mother, you will never live it down.''
Kristen smiled at the thought of Tamera being exposed for what she did. It was a delicious feeling. Then again Kristen always did enjoy revenge. She walked over to the table and pretended that she did not hear a word of what Tamera had said.
''Tamera? Anything new on the romantic front?'' Kristen said, hoping it was subtle enough so that Tamera would not get suspicious.
''Uh..do I know you?''
''We went to school together.'' Kristen replied. It was a lie she knew but she thought it was necessary in order to get what she wanted from Tamera.
''Okay. As a matter of fact yes there is something new on the romatic front of my life. Bad for me good for his wife.'' Tamera said.
''What happened?'' Kristen could not wait to see Tamera's face when she tried to get out of it.
''My lover, Ryan left me the other day because he felt guilty about what happened to his wife because of us.'' Tamera said taking a drink of her strawberry margarita.
''What happened to his wife? Who is his wife? Would I know her?''
''His wife lost their baby after she found out about the affair. Her name is Lynne. I doubt it she works at the hosptial and I have never seen you there before.''
Wanting to pound Tamera from here to Kingdom Come, but realizing the timing was wrong, kept her cool..
''Sorry to hear that. Oh look at the time, I have to fly. See you later.''
After she left the table she smirked, ''Gottcha you little rat! You will never see your payback coming. But it is coming.''

About 45 minutes later, Angelique returned from Kelley's. She was ready to get down to business. She wanted Damian behind bars so that he could not hurt anyone else again. Plus she wanted to prove to Mac that she could do it. She knew she could but Mac was the one that needed the convincing.
''Angelique? Mac said you wanted to see me about the Damian Smith case?'' Alex Garcia said.
''Yes. I wondered if you would work with me to bring him into custody. A young woman named Kimberly Anderson is in cahoots with him and she is not telling the whole story. She claims that she just met Damian the other night at the hotel. But something does not add up.'' Angelique said.
''Why do you need me here Angelique? It sounds like you got a pretty good handle on the case already.'' Alex said.
Angelique wanted to scream.''I wanted to have an experienced detective on the case with me. But if you don't want to..''
''I did not say that.''
''Well? You in or out?''
''In''
Angelique just grinned. She had Alex Garcia right where she wanted him. All to herself.
~~Snowflakes and Revelations~~
Lucy and Lynne were discussing Lucy's childhood when they were interrupted by Lynne's beeper going off. She excused herself to answer the page.
''Dr. Lynne Chamberlain.''
''Ly it's Krissy. I found out some interesting stuff about Ryan and the mystery woman named SweetDoc. Can I come over to Lucy's and discuss it with you and your mom?''
''Come on over I am staying here for a while anyway.'' Lynne said.''See you soon.''
With that she hung up the phone and went back to her mother. She loved her mother so much. There were a million questions she wanted to ask but did not know how to do it.
''Can I speak with Great Aunt Charlene?'' Lynne said.''I want to know why she did this. I don't think she is telling you the whole story.''
''Sure. How bout tomorrow?''
''Great.'' Lynne said.
Chapter 26
•Partnerships & Secrets•
Angelique was proud of herself. She suckered Alex Garcia to work with her. What Garcia did not know was that Angelique had an ulterior motive.
''Where did Ms. Anderson say she first met Damian Smith?'' Alex asked a daydreaming Angelique.
''Huh? Oh..she said that it was in the lobby of the Port Charles Hotel. She was leaving to go out for the night and she and he literally ran into each other. They talked and then he asked to see her later and she said no and then he said that no one says no to him. Then she answered back that was until then.'' Angelique said.
''But--'' Alex prompted.
''But, that does not fit what she told me earlier. She claimed that she had just returned home and she noticed a spraypainted warning from who she claimed was a dangerous man. Then she said that she never heard of this man before. One of these stories is wrong! But which one? And why would she tell two different stories?''
Outside the PCPD Kim was on the phone with Damian. She was smirking and trying not to laugh as she told Damian what Mac's reaction had been when she told the story!
''So he bought it then?'' Damain asked,''Because we have to make sure that he did in order for our plan to work.''
''Comm. Scorpio seemed to, but this one chick--(Sorry Angie)--named Angelique does not seem to believe me. What do you want me to do with her?''
''Nothing. I do not feel as though she is a problem right now. But if she does become a problem let me handle her.'' Damian said.''Call me later okay and we will discuss what to do next.''
''Will do. See ya!'' Kim said and hung up the phone.''But I will not wait for you to do something about Angelique. She needs to be taught a lesson.''

Lynne was so nervous. She was about to learn who the person was that destroyed her marriage to Ryan.
When Kristen came into the room, Lynne looked at her with a smile that could be interpreted as though she were planning something. Little did Kris suspect she was doing just that.
''Okay, Kris who was it?'' Lynne asked.''Do I know her? Would Kevin know her?''
''Kevin probably knows her, I am not sure if you do. Her name is Tamera Malone. She is a first year intern at the hospital. She works in Pedes. That is where she met Ryan. I guess the temptation was a little too much. And the fact that he was married made it that much more fun for her.'' Kris said sadly.''I am so sorry honey.''
''Why? You don't have a thing to be sorry about. You did not cheat on me. Ryan was the one that did that. I know your sorry it happened, I really do, but that is not going to change things.'' Lynne said.''I need to talk to Ryan about this. But I am not sure if I am ready to.''
Just then the doorbell rang and Lynne went to answer it. When she opened the door, she was surprised to see Ryan on the other side.
''Hi, Lynne.''
''Hello. Ryan Joel. How did you know I was here?'' Lynne asked, she was mad but she had to admit that she was glad to see him. Boy did she love him.
''Destiny, your sister told me.''
''Thought so.'' she said with a grin.''It is good to see you. Wanna come in. I have someone I want you to meet.'' Lynne said as her defenses dropped.
''Sure.'' Ryan said touching the side of her face and smiling.
''Come on in.''
As they made their way to the livingroom Ly could not help but wonder how Lucy and Kris would react. She hoped that Kris would keep calm and let Ryan explain himself.
''Ryan, I would like for you to meet my mother.'' Ly said motioning towards Lucy.''Mom this is Ryan. Ryan this is my mother Lucy Monica Coe.''
Ryan said nothing. He was in shock. If Lynne's mom was Lucy Coe he was really in trouble.
