| Turkey is one of the most beautiful place i've
visited. It's a land rich in history and culture. If you're a history buff
.. then Turkey is for you .. there's plenty of archealogical sites there
and most of them are quite fascinating .. really. Off course there are
plenty of other places to see such as the resort town of Antalya, Cappadocia
(The Land of the Fairy Chimneys) which happens to be my favourite place
in Turkey, Pamukkale The Cotton Castle, Istanbul, etc.Pamukkale was quite
a disappointment coz there's no more water on the cascading terraces but
you can still walk on the terraces with yr shoes off. If you're ever
in Turkey, try to catch the live performance of the Whirling Dervishes
from Konya. It's a very riveting experience like no other I've seen before. |
